Update 6/26/2009

(NaturalNews) As the anticipated July release date for Baxter's A/H1N1 flu pandemic vaccine approaches, an Austrian investigative journalist is warning the world that the greatest crime in the history of humanity is underway. Jane Burgermeister has recently filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations (UN), and several of the highest ranking government and corporate officials concerning bioterrorism and attempts to commit mass murder. She has also prepared an injunction against forced vaccination which is being filed in America. These actions follow her charges filed in April against Baxter AG and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology of Austria for producing contaminated bird flu vaccine, alleging this was a deliberate act to cause and profit from a pandemic.

(NaturalNews) There's a popular medical thriller novel in which a global pandemic is intentionally set off by an evil plot designed to reduce the human population. In the book, a nefarious drug company inserts live avian flu viruses into vaccine materials that are distributed to countries around the world to be injected into patients as "flu shots." Those patients then become carriers for these highly-virulent strains of avian flu which go on to infect the world population and cause widespread death.

There's only one problem with this story: It's not fiction. Or, at least, the part about live avian flu viruses being inserted into vaccine materials isn't fiction. It's happening right now.

Deerfield, Illinois-based pharmaceutical company Baxter International Inc. has just been caught shipping live avian flu viruses mixed with vaccine material to medical distributors in 18 countries. The "mistake" (if you can call it that, see below...) was discovered by the National Microbiology Laboratory in Canada. The World Health Organization was alerted and panic spread throughout the vaccine community as health experts asked the obvious question: How could this have happened?

Baxter uses BSL 3 (Biosafety Level 3) precautions in its laboratories, a system for the safe-handling of toxic substances, which makes an accidental contamination of ordinary flu material with the dangerous bird flu virus virtually impossible.

The contaminated vaccine material contained a mixture ofa seasonabl H3N2 human influenza virus and the deadly H5N1 virus. By adding a virus of the type H5N1 to an ordinary flu virus of the type H3N2, Baxter produced a highly dangerous biological weapon with a 63 per cent mortality rate.

The H5N1 virus is restricted in its human-to-human transmissibility, especially because it is less airborne.

However, when it is combined with seasonal flu viruses, which are airborne and easily spread, a new flu virus is created which is unknown to the human immune system and which will have a severe impact on an unprotected population.”

A deadly virus of this kind could spread around the world in a short time and infect millions and even billions of people.

Second, Baxter distributed via Avir a number of these contaminated vaccines using false concealment and a false label to 16 laboratories in Austria and in other countries at the end of January/beginning of February, potentially infecting at least 36-37 laboratory staff, who had had to be treated preventively for bird flu and ordinary flu in hospital.

On February 9th – on the very same day as 18 employees of Avir were given preventative treatment for the bird flu in the Otto Wagner Hospital in Vienna – AFP reported that Panasonic Japan intended to bring back to Japan the families of many of its staff working around the world because of the threat of a bird flu pandemic.

Baxter International Inc said on Friday that it is in full-scale production of an A/H1N1 flu pandemic vaccine that could be ready for commercial use next month.

The news comes a day after the World Health Organization (WHO) officially declared a pandemic and cautioned governments to prepare for a long-term battle against the new virus.

Baxter said it received an A/H1N1 strain from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in May and has been working to develop a pandemic vaccine for use as early as July.

A number of national public health authorities have agreements with Baxter that allow them to place orders for a vaccine now that a pandemic has been declared by WHO, Baxter said.

Baxter said it would also work with WHO to allocate a portion of the company's commercial vaccine production to address global public health issues deemed most urgent.

The company, which said it has completed testing and evaluation of the virus, is developing the vaccine using cell technology. Traditional flu vaccines are made using chicken eggs and typically take some six months to produce.

Baxter said it believes its Vero cell technology will allow for much more rapid production and delivery of pandemic flu vaccine.

It's emerged that virulent H5N1 bird flu
was sent out by accident from an Austrian lab last year and given to ferrets in the Czech Republic
before anyone realised. As well as the risk of it escaping into the wild, the H5N1 got mixed with a human strain, which might have spawned a hybrid that could unleash a pandemic.

Last December, the Austrian branch of US vaccine company Baxter sent a batch of ordinary human H3N2 flu, altered so it couldn't replicate, to Avir Green Hills Biotechnology, also in Austria. In February, a lab in the Czech Republic working for Avir alerted Baxter that, unexpectedly, ferrets inoculated with the sample had died. It turned out the sample contained live H5N1, which Baxter uses to make vaccine. The two seem to have been mixed in error.

Markus Reinhard of Baxter says no one was infected because the H3N2 was handled at a high level of containment. But Ab Osterhaus of Erasmus University in the Netherlands says: "We need to go to great lengths to make sure this kind of thing doesn't happen."

Accidental release of a mixture of live H5N1 and H3N2 viruses could have resulted in dire consequences. While H5N1 doesn't easily infect people, H3N2 viruses do. If someone exposed to a mixture of the two had been simultaneously infected with both strains, he or she could have served as an incubator for a hybrid virus able to transmit easily to and among people.

MEXICO CITY (AP) - A new swine flu strain that has killed as many as 68 people and sickened more than 1,000 across Mexico has "pandemic potential," the World Health Organization chief said Saturday, and it may be too late to contain the sudden outbreak.

The disease has already reached Texas and California, and with 24 new suspected cases reported Saturday in Mexico City alone, schools were closed and all public events suspended in the capital until further notice - including more than 500 concerts and other gatherings in the metropolis of 20 million.

A hot line fielded 2,366 calls in its first hours from frightened city residents who suspected they might have the disease. Soldiers and health workers handed out masks at subway stops, and hospitals dealt with crowds of people seeking help.

The World Health Organization's director-general, Margaret Chan, said the outbreak of the never-before-seen virus is a very serious situation and has "pandemic potential." But she said it is still too early to tell if it would become a pandemic.

Mexico shut down schools, museums, libraries and state-run theaters across its overcrowded capital Friday in hopes of containing a swine flu outbreak that authorities say killed at least 20 people — and perhaps dozens more. World health authorities worried openly that the strange new virus could become a global epidemic.

Mexico put the confirmed toll at 20 dead, but 40 other fatalities were being probed, and at least 943 nationwide were sick from the suspected flu, the health department said.

Scientists said the virus combines genetic material from pigs, birds and humans in a way researchers have not seen before.

“We are very, very concerned,” World Health Organization spokesman Thomas Abraham said.

“We have what appears to be a novel virus and it has spread from human to human,” he said. “It’s all hands on deck at the moment.”

President Felipe Calderon cancelled a trip and met with his Cabinet to coordinate Mexico’s response. The government planned to administer its remaining 500,000 vaccines from the flu season to health workers, the highest risk group, although it is not known how effective they are on swine flu. It said it also has enough oseltamivir, the generic name of Tamiflu, to treat 1 million people, but the medicine will be strictly controlled and handed out only by doctors.

The CDC says Tamiflu and Relenza do seem effective against the new strain. Roche, the maker of Tamiflu, said the company is prepared to immediately deploy a stockpile of the drug if requested. Both drugs must be taken early, within a few days of the onset of symptoms, to be most effective.

Authorities urged people to avoid hospitals unless they had a medical emergency, since hospitals are centers of infection.

Canadians who have recently returned from Mexico should be on alert for flu-like symptoms that could be connected to a severe respiratory illness, federal health officials said Thursday in issuing a travel advisory.

A severe respiratory illness appears to have infected 137 people in south and central areas of Mexico, with cases concentrated in Mexico City and three other areas, including 20 deaths, the Public Health Agency of Canada said.

In the United States, health officials in Texas and California were scrambling this week to deal with a new strain of swine flu, which has been diagnosed in seven people.

The states share a border with Mexico not far from a town where two deaths were reported.

The U.S. cases are unusual, because it appears none of the patients had contact with pigs, and the virus is one that health officials have never seen before.

No cases of this swine flu have yet been found in Canada. The country's national laboratory in Winnipeg is analyzing 51 samples from Mexico to determine if any of them are swine flu and are linked to the U.S. cases. Results are expected in two days.

"It certainly is suspicious that you have a new strain of swine flu showing up just north of the Mexican border, and you have an outbreak of cases south in Mexico," he said.

"We already have the Americans talking about the H1N1 strain, which is a new strain they haven't seen before .… If you had evidence that this strain was also in Mexico, you would have further evidence that something new has shown up which has the ability to go person-to-person and has crossed borders as well."

However, there is no reason to panic, said Gardam.

"A pandemic virus basically means a virus that is going to affect a large proportion of the population. It doesn't mean they're going to get necessarily all that sick."

CAIRO – Egypt began slaughtering the roughly 300,000 pigs in the country Wednesday as a precautionary measure against the spread of swine flu even though no cases have been reported here yet, the Health Ministry said.

The move immediately provoked resistance from pig farmers. At one large pig farming center just north of Cairo, farmers refused to cooperate with Health Ministry workers who came to slaughter the animals and the workers left without carrying out the government order.

"It has been decided to immediately start slaughtering all the pigs in Egypt using the full capacity of the country's slaughterhouses," Health Minister Hatem el-Gabaly told reporters after a Cabinet meeting with President Hosni Mubarak.

Egypt's overwhelmingly Muslim population does not eat pork due to religious restrictions. But the animals are raised and consumed by the Christian minority, which some estimates put at 10 percent of the population.

The outbreak of disease in people caused by a new influenza virus of swine origin continues to grow in the United States and internationally. Today, CDC reports additional confirmed human infections, hospitalizations and the nation’s first fatality from this outbreak. The more recent illnesses and the reported death suggest that a pattern of more severe illness associated with this virus may be emerging in the U.S. Most people will not have immunity to this new virus and, as it continues to spread, more cases, more hospitalizations and more deaths are expected in the coming days and weeks.

April 26 (Bloomberg) -- At least eight students from a private school in New York are suspected of having swine flu, New York health officials said yesterday as teams of international investigators raced to determine how widely the potentially deadly virus has spread.

About 200 children from the 2,700-student St. Francis Preparatory School in Queens were absent last week with flu-like symptoms, said Thomas Frieden, commissioner for the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, at a press conference yesterday. All of the cases have been mild, lasting several days, and none of the children have been hospitalized, he said.

New York health officials will confirm today whether the suspected swine flu cases are linked to a new strain of the virus that may have killed at least 80 people and made more than 1,000 people ill in Mexico. That strain has spread to people in California, Texas and Kansas, where 11 cases, and no deaths, have been verified, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said yesterday.

Swine flu, which was initially only transmitted from pigs to humans, is now traveling through human to human contact, and is one of the most deadly of the flu viruses.

You might have noticed people wearing surgical masks in areas of Mexico to avoid the Swine Flu epidemic. At least 150 people have died from Swine Flu infection in Mexico and clusters of swine flu are found in areas all over the United States and around the World as well. The Swine Flu is currently under investigation by the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization.

Swine flu symptoms include runny nose, muscle aches, lethargy, lack of appetite, fever over 101 and sudden onset. It is difficult to distinguish from other flu types, and does require a diagnosis.

Researchers are not yet sure if antiviral medicines such as Tamiflu or Relenza may remain effective against swine flu, although these antiviral medicines are working against the current strain. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) are currently in the process of developing a vaccine to protect against the Swine Flu.

The Swine Flu is a combination of four known strains including Avian flu, Human Influenza and two other viruses. This new strain of influenza is not only extremely contagious but also deadly, however, there are flu pandemic preparation measures you can take to ensure you do not get the Swine flu.

Comment: The strain in Mexico is reported as being the same in the U.S. One of two things is true - either the Mexicans are lying about the severity of the crisis, or deaths in the U.S. are being covered up. The fact that this is all unfolding right on the border with Texas is obviously of prime importance because we are based here.

I work as a resident doctor in one of the biggest hospitals in Mexico City and sadly, the situation is far from “under control”. As a doctor, I realise that the media does not report the truth. Authorities distributed vaccines among all the medical personnel with no results, because two of my partners who worked in this hospital (interns) were killed by this new virus in less than six days even though they were vaccinated as all of us were. The official number of deaths is 20, nevertheless, the true number of victims are more than 200. I understand that we must avoid to panic, but telling the truth it might be better now to prevent and avoid more deaths.

Taking extreme precautions to stop the fast-spreading swine flu, Fort Worth became the nation’s first major city school district to close on Thursday, as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced that the number of confirmed cases had risen to 109 in 11 states, up from 91 cases in 10 states on Wednesday.

Several more states are awaiting confirmation of likely cases, including Illinois, Colorado, Maine, Georgia and New Jersey, while hundreds of other schools around the country from Alabama to Minnesota have shut down.

The closing of public schools in Fort Worth, the nation’s 17th-largest city, is expected to keep 80,000 students out of their classrooms through May 11, adding to the 53,000 pupils already being kept out of school in Texas.

Elsewhere, the swine flu virus was confirmed in the Netherlands and Switzerland on Thursday, with the World Health Organization now confirming cases in 11 countries . In Canada, the confirmation of eight additional cases on Thursday brought the total number of cases of swine flu there to 27.

The World Health Organization said Thursday it did not plan to raise its pandemic alert level, one day after the Geneva-based organization raised the level to the second-highest, phase 5, signaling that two countries had sustained human-to-human transmission of the virus.

April 30 (Bloomberg) -- Fort Worth, Texas, closed 144 public schools with 80,000 students after one child came down with swine flu. Companies, school districts and nations are reacting swiftly to a new strain of flu that has been confirmed in only 257 people worldwide yet threatens millions, according to the World Health Organization. Confirmed cases are now reported in 11 countries, and officials in New York, Mexico and Australia have said hundreds more infections are suspected.

Warren D. Ward, 48, was in high school when the swine flu threat of 1976 swept the U.S. The Whittier man remembers the episode vividly because a relative died in the 1918 flu pandemic, and the 1976 illness was feared to be a direct descendant of the deadly virus.

"The government wanted everyone to get vaccinated," Ward said. "But the epidemic never really broke out. It was a threat that never materialized."

The panic in 1976 was partly because of the belief -- now known to be erroneous -- that the 1918-19 flu pandemic, which killed half a million Americans and as many as 50 million worldwide, was caused by a virus with swine components. Recent research suggests instead that it was avian flu, but that seems unlikely to assuage the current anxiety.

The episode began in February 1976, when an Army recruit at Ft. Dix, N.J., fell ill and died from a swine flu virus thought to be similar to the 1918 strain. Several other soldiers at the base also became ill. Shortly thereafter, Wenzel and his colleagues reported two cases of the flu strain in Virginia.

"That raised the concern that the original cluster at Ft. Dix had spread beyond New Jersey," said Wenzel, former president of the International Society for Infectious Diseases.

At the CDC, Sencer solicited the opinions of infectious disease specialists nationwide and, in March, called on President Ford and Congress to begin a mass inoculation.

The $137-million program began in early October, but within days reports emerged that the vaccine appeared to increase the risk for Guillain-Barre syndrome, a rare neurological condition that causes temporary paralysis but can be fatal.

Waiting in long lines at schools and clinics, more than 40 million Americans -- almost 25% of the population -- received the swine flu vaccine before the program was halted in December after 10 weeks.

More than 500 people are thought to have developed Guillain-Barre syndrome after receiving the vaccine; 25 died. No one completely understands the causes of Guillain-Barre, but the condition can develop after a bout with infection or following surgery or vaccination. The federal government paid millions in damages to people or their families.

Insights from a study of the events in '76...

The whole swine flu scare was based on the death of only one soldier at Fort Dix, New Jersey (One report said october, 1975 and another said February, 1976). There was never any real evidence that he even had swine flu. There was a wide divergence of opinion among the doctors as to the real cause of his death. Some even tried to blame it on a walk he took when he was ill. An official diagnosis pronounced his death to be from A-Victoria flu, and not swine flu. All the soldiers at the camp had been innoculated with Port Chalmers flu vaccine, which was claimed to contain antigens to protect against all strains of flu. Shortly after the shots over 500 men got sick with the flu anyway, thus proving that the flu vaccine is a total failure and does not protect from the flu or anything else. 66 more were hospitalized at Fort Knox about the same time. We do not have the report from all the army camps but, it is quite certain there were a large number of cases of serious vaccine poisoning—no doubt, called by some other name, and death certificates falsified as is usually the case with vaccination deaths. The death certificates of vaccine poisoning usually read, "died of pneumonia" or hepatitis, or meningitis or something else.

The present flu vaccine they are using on the civilian population is just as ineffective and dangerous, and yet, it is being promoted all over the country with disastrous results. No matter how many casualties they have they are determined to use it as long as they can get away with it—because it is profitable. That is its one and only purpose.

Even if the swine flu had been the cause of the soldier’s death, one case of a disease is not grounds to stage a nation-wide epidemic. It takes at least 30 cases of the same disease in the same locality to constitute an epidemic.

The vaccine promoters have been frantically trying to find at least one case of swine flu anywhere in the world to justify their custom made vaccination campaign. But they have not found one case—even among the swine. They heard of a man named Larry Hardison in Missouri who had a cold and they rushed to him to try to get a throat sample so they could make a case out of it. But he got well before they got the throat sample. Most of the cases of flu they check are caused by the vaccine itself.

There is no swine flu epidemic in U.S. or anywhere else in the world, and there is not going to be one either unless the vaccine promoters carry out their plan to vaccinate all the people; then there will be a full blown epidemic of vaccine poisoning—not flu.

There are already 113 recorded vaccine deaths and that is enough to be an epidemic of vaccine poisoning.

Vaccines contain decomposed protein such as that which is taken from pustules on sick animals or putrefied eggs mixed with deadly drugs such as carbolic acid (phenol), mercury, formaldehyde (formalin), etc. Decomposed proteins can cause botulism, salmonella or other types of body poisoning. It’s no wonder people drop dead after the shots.

All doctors who know the subject know and admit that all vaccines are highly toxic, and the after-effects are unpredictable. No doctor, laboratory technician or scientist can possibly determine the reaction the vaccine will have on each individual. It is impossible to know, in advance, the toleration point for poison which each person has. Therefore it is a deadly gamble—like Russian roulette—as to whether the vaccine will cause instant death (and that sometimes happens), or paralysis a few hours later, or cancer, heart trouble or TB a few years later, or kidney disease, liver damage, insanity (post vaccinal encephalitis—inflammation of the brain caused by vaccines) or some other chronic disease somewhere along the way.

A U.S. based pharmaceutical company that just weeks ago was involved in a scandal involving vaccines tainted with deadly avian flu virus has been chosen to head up efforts to produce a vaccine for the Mexican swine flu that has seemingly migrated into the U.S. and Europe.

Baxter confirmed over the weekend that it is working with the World Health Organization on a potential vaccine to curb the deadly swine flu virus that is blamed for scores of deaths in Mexico and has emerged as a threat in the U.S., reports the Chicago Tribune.

Baxter has previously worked with governments all over the globe to develop and produce vaccines to protect against infectious disease or potential threats from bioterrorism. After 9/11 Baxter helped supply stockpiles of a smallpox vaccine and in 2003 the company was contracted to develop a vaccine to combat the SARS virus. In 2006 the UK Government announced plans designed to inoculate every person in the country with Baxter's vaccines in the event of a flu pandemic.

However, Baxter has a very recent and most disturbing connection to flu vaccines.

As reported by multiple sources last month, including the Times of India, vaccines contaminated with deadly live H5N1 avian flu virus were distributed to 18 countries last December by a lab at an Austrian branch of Baxter.

It was only by providence that the batch was first tested on ferrets in the Czech Republic, before being shipped out for injection into humans. The ferrets all died and the shocking discovery was made.

The Swine Flu scare has boosted the stock market values of Big Pharma. Following initial reports from Mexico on the influenza outbreak, the demand for anti-flu drugs has skyrocketed.

Supported by media disinformation, an atmosphere of fear and intimidation has unfolded. Health “emergencies” have been declared in various parts of the US.

The most sought after influenza drugs are Tamiflu and Relenza. Treatment courses by the US government have been released from the national stockpile “to make sure health care providers are ready for any escalation in cases.”

Tamiflu is produced by the Swiss pharmaceutical giant Hoffman-La Roche on behalf of a US based biotech company Gilead Sciences, Inc. While the drug is produced by Roche, it was developed by Gilead Sciences Inc. which owns the intellectual property rights.

Former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld was one of the major shareholders of Gilead Sciences. In 1997, Rumsfeld was appointed Chairman of Gilead Sciences, Inc., a position which he held until becoming Secretary of Defence in the Bush administration in 2001. Rumsfeld was on the Board of Directors from the establishment of Gilead in 1987.

Fortune Magazine in a report published at the height of 2005 bird flu crisis, described Gilead as one of the most politically connected companies in the biotech industry. Rumsfeld’s interests and/or holdings in Gilead following his resignation in 2006 are not known.

What's included in the vaccines...

Obama made a trip to Mexico a couple weeks ago. The guy who greeted him and showed him around the historic sites is dead of the flu. Why isn't Obama worried?

WASHINGTON – Virulent swine flu spread to 10 U.S. states from coast to coast Wednesday and swept deeper into Europe, extending its global reach as President Barack Obama mourned the first U.S. death, a Mexican toddler who had traveled with his family to Texas. Total American cases surged to nearly 100, and Obama said wider school closings might be necessary.

The World Health Organization said the outbreak is moving closer to becoming a full-scale pandemic.

Dr. Keiji Fukuda, the organization's top flu expert, told reporters in Geneva that the latest developments are moving the agency closer to raising its pandemic alert to phase 5, indicating widespread human-to-human transmission. That's just one step below level 6, a full-fledged pandemic.

In Washington, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano was questioned closely by senators about whether the U.S. should close its border with Mexico, where the outbreak apparently began and the casualties have been the greatest. She repeated the administration's position that questioning of people at borders and ports of entry was sufficient for now and said closing borders "has not been merited by the facts."

(FTW) - In the four-month period from Nov. 12 through Feb. 11, seven world-class microbiologists in different parts of the world were reported dead. Six died of "unnatural" causes, while the cause of the seventh's death is questionable. Also on Nov. 12, DynCorp, a major government contractor for data processing, military operations and intelligence work, was awarded a $322 million contract to develop, produce and store vaccines for the Department of Defense. DynCorp and Hadron, both defense contractors connected to classified research programs on communicable diseases, have also been linked to a software program known as PROMIS, which may have helped identify and target the victims.

In the six weeks prior to Nov. 12, two additional foreign microbiologists were reported dead. Some believe there were as many as five more microbiologists killed during the period, bringing the total as high as 14. These two to seven additional deaths, however, are not the focus of this story. This same period also saw the deaths of three persons involved in medical research or public health.

The scenario is straight out of a Robert Ludlum novel. Since 2001 nearly four dozen microbiologists from around the globe have died, some in very questionable and mysterious circumstances. Some of them were working on how best to counter attacks of bioterrorism and some are suspected of working in labrotaries doing secret research on bio-weapons. There are dozens of websites out there peddling conspiracy theories and a few police investigations on.

A brief recap: 11 microbilogists died within five months between Nov 2001 and March 2002. There was the mysterious disappearance of Don Wiley, 57, Harvard biochemistry professor. Within a week of that Russian defector Vladamir Pasechnik, 64, fell dead. The Russian scientist who defected in 1989 to London was part of the team that had figured out how to deliver bio-agents on cruise missiles.

Microbiologist, Robert Schwartz, 57, was stabbed with a sword in Leesberg, Va, his daughter and her accomplices are facing charges. Next day, itself, on Dec 5, 2001, scientist Nguyen Van Set died in an airlock filled with nitrogen in his lab in Geelong, Australia. Later, Russian microbiologist Victor Korshunov, 56, an expert on intestinal bacteria of children, was hit repeatedly over the head near his home in Moscow. Five days later the British microbiologist Ian Langford, 40, was found dead in his home near Norwich, England. He was naked from the waist down and was jammed under a chair. He was an expert in disease and environmental risk management.

The final two deaths came one day after the other in March. David Wynn-Williams, 55, a respected astrobiologist with the British Antarctic Survey, who studied the habits of microbes that might survive in outer space, was hit by a car while jogging in Cambridge, London. The next day, Steven Mostow, 63, an influenza expert and expert on bioterrorism, died when he crashed near Denver, US, while piloting his own plane.

"The two American scientists he had worked with were Benito Que, 52, and Don Wiley, 57. Both microbiologists had been engaged in DNA sequencing that could provide "a genetic marker based on genetic profiling." The research could play an important role in developing weaponized pathogens to hit selected groups of humans"identifying them by race. Two years ago, both men were found dead, in circumstances never fully explained."

Microbiologists With Link to Race-Based Weapon Turning Up Dead

More on Kelly... True or False?

Exclusive to American Free Press By Gordon Thomas 8-10-3

Dr. David Kelly - the biological warfare weapons specialist at the heart of the continuing political crisis for the British government - had links to three other top microbiologists whose deaths have left unanswered questions.

The 59-year-old British scientist was involved with ultra secret work at Israel's Institute for Biological Re search. Israeli sources claim Kelly met institute scientists several times in London in the past two years.

Israel has not signed the Biological Weapons and Toxins Convention, an international treaty ratified by more than 140 countries. It forbids the development, possession and use of offensive biological and chemical weapons.

The CIA, FBI and MI5 are now examining Kelly's connections. Their findings could form part of the British government's inquiry into the background of Kelly's death, which opened last week.

The intelligence investigation is believed to have originated in Washington, where it emerged that Kelly had contacts with two companies in the U.S. bio-defense industry.

Authorities said Sunday that the November death of an internationally recognized Harvard scientist was the result of an accidental fall from the Hernando DeSoto Bridge and not a homicide. Shelby County Medical Examiner Dr. O. C. Smith gave to police Sunday his findings in the death of Dr. Don C. Wiley, 57. Smith said the cause of death was a fall from the bridge and the manner of death was accidental. He said the accidental death followed a minor motor vehicle accident on the bridge. Police could announce details of the medical examiner's findings as early as today. Authorities are expected to say that Wiley, who was at least 6-foot-3, accidentally went over the railing after getting out of the car to examine the damage to the vehicle. They said there is no evidence anyone else was involved in the death. It has been reported that the hubcap for the right front wheel was missing and there were yellow scrape marks on the rented white four-door 2001 Mitsubishi Galant. The car was found abandoned in one of the westbound lanes of the bridge at 4 a.m. Nov. 16. The key was in the ignition, the gas tank full. A Memphis police officer responding to "an abandoned vehicle call" located the car. Its hazard lights were not flashing. The officer then checked the catwalks on both sides of the bridge, but found nothing. The officer who located Wiley's car said the vehicle wasn't there when he made a routine check of the bridge an hour earlier. Wiley, a prize-winning biochemist, had been in Memphis for a two-day meeting of the Scientific Advisory Board of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Wiley was last seen about midnight Nov. 15 in the lobby of The Peabody, where he had attended a banquet for the advisory board.

If you sell crack, join a gang, or rob the mob you can expect to die a violent death, but if you listen to your mother, eat all the right foods, and study hard in college to become a microbiologist, you should expect to live to a ripe old age and die peacefully.

That being the case, a few eyebrows were raised when five microbiologists either disappeared or died mysteriously violent deaths in 2001. A short time later the number rose to 19, and then 29.

They were found stabbed to death in the trunks of cars, thrown off bridges, or they wrapped their cars around trees after their brake fluid disappeared. Once again, this is the stuff of Hollywood spy stories, and not the way you would expect a microbiologist to give up the ghost.

By 2005, we lost 40 micro-biologists in less than 4 years, all under suspicious circumstances, and during this time someone discovered that they were all working for the government, or government contractors, on projects related to bio-terrorism, flu pandemics, or anthrax. Obviously they weren’t trying to find a cure for anything, or there would be no need to silence them.

Then it was discovered that our government was involved in strange experiments that involve exhuming bodies of people that were killed by the 1918 Spanish flu, and genetically engineered flu viruses, all the while the media is preparing the public with stories of bird flu wiping out thousands of chickens (acid test?) and even a few people here and there.

People who are becoming accustomed to the practices and motives of our criminal government tried to warn you of an impending flu pandemic, but your TV training taught you to dismiss them all as “crazy conspiracy theorists,” and you naturally associated all their warnings with stories of Bigfoot and UFO abductions, just as you were trained to do.

The good folks of FEMA predicted a need for a few million plastic coffins, which are now spread out across the country, but despite this revelation, most of America still thinks their biggest concern is a toss up between the Super Bowl and American Idol.

The influenza pandemic of 1918-1919 killed more people than the Great War, known today as World War I (WWI), at somewhere between 20 and 40 million people. It has been cited as the most devastating epidemic in recorded world history. More people died of influenza in a single year than in four-years of the Black Death Bubonic Plague from 1347 to 1351. Known as "Spanish Flu" or "La Grippe" the influenza of 1918-1919 was a global disaster.

LONGYEARBYEN, Norway One by one, experts gently removed six wooden crosses last week marking a frozen mass grave that may contain secrets about one of the deadliest epidemics this century.

A four-nation team is exhuming the bodies of six young coal miners who were among the victims of the Spanish flu, which killed 20 million to 40 million people in 1918 and 1919 before vanishing.

The miners were buried in the permafrost of this Norwegian Arctic outpost, and researchers say the frigid conditions might have preserved samples of the mysterious virus sufficient to build a genetic profile.

Reported deaths for the 1918 flu range from 20 million to 100 million worldwide with most reports at around 40-50 million. From what I have been able to ascertain, subsequent pandemics did not have the same hallmarks/virus combinations as the Spanish flu making the Mexican flu “rare” but only on the timeline. It is more than a little bit similar to the Spanish Flu with elements of avian, swine, and human virus strains. In 1951 and 1997, bodies were exhumed and the Spanish flu virus captured for researchers to study. When it was first reported in 1998, I thought it was an profoundly dangerous idea, considering the military was hunting this little microbe down, and it seems it may have been. Will we ever really know? Not likely, but I can have my suspicions.

What follows are two articles with background information about the 1918 Spanish Pandemic and the hunt for the lethal virus. Also, please be aware that some of the findings in these initial reports have changed and will be in subsequent articles in this series.

In 1948 Heinrich Mueller, the former head of the Gestapo, told his CIA Interrogator that the most devastating plague in human history was man-made.

"Indeed, symptoms in 1918 were so unusual that initially influenza was misdiagnosed as dengue, cholera, or typhoid. One observer wrote, "One of the most striking of the complications was hemorrhage from mucous membranes, especially from the nose, stomach, and intestine. Bleeding from the ears and petechial hemorrhages in the skin also occurred. ...Another unusual feature of this pandemic was that it mostly killed young adults, with 99% of pandemic influenza deaths occurring in people under 65 and more than half in young adults 20 to 40 years old. This is unusual since influenza is normally most deadly to the very young (under age 2) and the very old (over age 70)."

At a 1944 Nazi bacteriological warfare conference in Berlin, General Walter Schreiber, Chief of the Medical Corps of the German Army told Mueller that he had spent two months in the US in 1927 conferring with his counterparts. They told him that the "so-called double blow virus" (i.e. Spanish Flu) was developed and used during the 1914 war.

"But," according to Mueller, "it got out of control and instead of killing the Germans who had surrendered by then, it turned back on you, and nearly everybody else." ("Gestapo Chief: The 1948 CIA Interrogation of Heinrich Mueller" Vol. 2 by Gregory Douglas, p. 106) Actually the Armistice took place Aug 11, 1918.

The interrogator, James Kronthal, the CIA Bern Station Chief asked Mueller to explain "double blow virus."

Mueller: "I am not a doctor, you understand, but the 'double-blow' referred to a virus, or actually a pair of them that worked like a prize fighter. The first blow attacked the immune system and made the victim susceptible, fatally so, to the second blow which was a form of pneumonia...[Schreiber told me] a British scientist actually developed it...Now you see why such things are insanity. These things can alter themselves and what starts out as a limited thing can change into something really terrible."

The subject of the Spanish Flu arose in the context of a discussion of typhus.
The Nazis deliberately introduced typhus into Russian POW camps and, along with starvation, killed about three million men. The typhus spread to Auschwitz and other concentration camps with Russian and Polish POWS.

In the context of the Cold War, Mueller says: "If Stalin invades Europe...a little disease here and there would wipe out Stalin's hoards and leave everything intact. Besides, a small bottle of germs is so much cheaper than an atom bomb, isn't it? Why you could hold more soldiers in your hand than Stalin could possibly command and you don't have to feed them clothes them or supply them with munitions. On the other hand, the threat of war...does wonders... for the economy." (108)

Is Mueller credible? In my opinion he is. Gregory Douglas apparently is a pseudonym for his nephew with whom he left his papers. Normally a hoax would not run to thousands of pages. The Interrogation is 800 pages. The Memoirs are 250 pages. The microfilmed Archive apparently covers 850,000 pages. Finally, the material I have read is incredibly well informed, consistent and full of plausible revelations .

Scientists have applied to exhume the corpses of 10 Londoners buried more than 80 years ago to discover the genetic make-up of the world's most deadly virus.

The bodies, says Britain's leading flu expert, could help explain why 40 million people died in the 1918 outbreak of "Spanish flu". Research on them could help to combat future global epidemics.

John Oxford, the Government's flu adviser, is convinced a highly contagious and deadly strain of the influenza A virus will strike within a decade. The last time a type A strain struck Britain, two years ago, 20,000, mainly elderly, people died, bringing the National Health Service to its knees. A type B flu hit last year with less effect.

Professor Oxford, of Queen Mary's School of Medicine in London, predicts another type A flu outbreak this year with a really nasty strain hitting the planet within 10 years. "We are anticipating a pandemic in the next decade," he said yesterday. That makes the race to discover the cause of the 1918 pandemic all the more urgent.

After two years' detective work, trawling through undertakers' records, his team has tracked down 10 young people, who died of Spanish flu, buried across London in lead-lined coffins. The lead will have kept the corpses preserved, he believes, allowing scientists to examine the corpses and the genetic code that makes up Spanish flu.

The removal of the bodies will have to be done with extreme caution. Professor Oxford admits there is an outside chance of unleashing Spanish flu again."It has to be done very, very carefully," he said.

Hopefully the news as of late regarding the spread of Swine flu has you concerned to some degree of your own exposure. Or perhaps the news has at least made you aware that your emergency preparedness supplies aren’t presently sufficient for such a crisis. If you’re becoming aware of such a situation, that’s actually the best thing that can result from the news of this epidemic. Because the good news is that you can be prepared for this and other like ailments by taking some proactive steps now. Being prepared independently to handle such a crisis as a Swine flu epidemic is critical. Believing that life will always be “normal enough” for you to plan on having access to the “anti-virus” or vaccination shortly after the time of exposure is truly a gamble of Russian roulette proportions.

First let’s look at some supplies that you will want to have on hand for external physical benefits.

USE: The Commission E approved the internal use of elder flower for colds. The British Herbal Compendium lists its uses for common cold, feverish conditions, and as a diuretic (Bradley, 1992). The German Standard License for elder flower tea calls it a diaphoretic medicine for the treatment of feverish common colds or catarrhal complaints (Braun et al., 1997).

(1) Two randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind studies demonstrated the elderberry extract, Sambucol, effectively inhibited both influenza A and B strains when given orally to patients in the first 48 hours of influenza symptoms. In the earlier study, 27 individuals experiencing typical early flu symptoms were given Sambucol or placebo daily for three days—2 tablespoons (children) or four tablespoons (adults). Patients were followed for six days and symptoms monitored. Serum from all subjects was analyzed for antibodies to influenza A and B at the initial dose and during the convalescent phase. In the treatment group, significant improvement in flu symptoms was observed in 93.3 percent of subjects within two days after initial dosing, while 91.7 percent of the control group demonstrated improvement after six days. A complete resolution was achieved in the treatment group in 90 percent of patients after 2–3 days, while the placebo group yielded similar results after six days. Of these 27 patients, 23 had laboratory confirmation of influenza B.

During the Black Plague, a band of thieves went around robbing the dying and dead. Upon their capture, the magistrate offered to spare their lives if they would reveal how it was they protected themselves. The bandits (spice merchants and perfumers) relied on an old Egyptian alchemist's recipe: herbs and essential oils of lemon, cinnamon, clove, rosemary, and eucalyptus.

Clove - Clove oil is the most powerful known antioxidant on the planet. Coming in at approximately 10,800,000 this oil has the highest rating on the ORAC scale than any other substance organic or otherwise. Nothing even came close. Clove stops free radical damage dead in their tracks. Also a powerful antimicrobial ranking right up there with Oregano & Cinnamon Bark.

The impact...

The Massachusetts Senate has unanimously passed a pandemic flu preparation bill that has languished in the Legislature before the recent swine flu outbreak.

The 36-0 vote today sends the measure to the House. Both branches have taken it up in past years, but have not been able to agree on the details.

The new Senate version would allow the public health commissioner — in a public health emergency — to close or evacuate buildings, enter private property for investigations, and quarantine individuals.

The bill specifically mandates the following:

(1) to require the owner or occupier of premises to permit entry into and investigation of the premises;
(2) to close, direct, and compel the evacuation of, or to decontaminate or cause to be decontaminated any building or facility, and to allow the reopening of the building or facility when the danger has ended;
(3) to decontaminate or cause to be decontaminated, or to destroy any material;
(4) to restrict or prohibit assemblages of persons;
(5) to require a health care facility to provide services or the use of its facility, or to transfer the management and supervision of the health care facility to the department or to a local public health authority;
(6) to control ingress to and egress from any stricken or threatened public area, and the movement of persons and materials within the area;
(7) to adopt and enforce measures to provide for the safe disposal of infectious waste and human remains, provided that religious, cultural, family, and individual beliefs of the deceased person shall be followed to the extent possible when disposing of human remains, whenever that may be done without endangering the public health;
(8) to procure, take immediate possession from any source, store, or distribute any anti-toxins, serums, vaccines, immunizing agents, antibiotics, and other pharmaceutical agents or medical supplies located within the commonwealth as may be necessary to respond to the emergency;
(9) to require in-state health care providers to assist in the performance of vaccination, treatment, examination, or testing of any individual as a condition of licensure, authorization, or the ability to continue to function as a health care provider in the commonwealth.

WASHINGTON – A member of the U.S. delegation that helped prepare Energy Secretary Steven Chu's trip to Mexico City has demonstrated flu-like symptoms and his family members have tested probable for swine flu.

White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said Thursday that three members of an aide's family are being tested to see if they have the same strain of swine flu that is threatening to become a pandemic. The aide worked in presidential advance, which is responsible for planning and preparing trips.

Gibbs said that Secretary Chu has not experienced any symptoms. The spokesman also said that President Barack Obama also has had no symptoms of the virus and doctors see no need to conduct any tests on his health.

ATLANTA — People hospitalized in the United States for swine flu are turning out to be younger than is typical for regular flu. U.S. health officials say the median age for confirmed hospital cases is 15.
