The CIA and the "Halloween Massacre"

The Carter efforts to shake up and "moralize" foreign policy (and the State Department) were paralleled by efforts to clean up the CIA. Responsibility for the latter task fell largely to a fellow navy man, Admiral Stansfield Turner. President Ford had already made a step toward requiring greater CIA accountability in February 1976, by limiting the function of intelligence in Executive Order (EO) 11905. Ford's order was best known for its ban on assassinations—a direct response to the Senate's hearings on the subject.26 An August 1976 CIA briefing for candidate and then-Governor Carter stressed that EO 11905 spelled out guidelines for "the conduct of intelligence operations within Constitutional limits," while creating the "Operations Advisory Group" to replace "the NSC subcommittee known under various Administrations as 54/12, 303, and 40 (taken from the numbers of the presidential directives)."27 Carter restated the prohibition on assassinations in the 1978 EO 12036 and exercised greater prudence authorizing major covert action initiatives overseas. The NSC covert action group under Carter remained largely unchanged but was renamed the Special Coordinating Committee.

The new order at CIA under Turner was best known for what the clandestine services would call the "Halloween Massacre" of 1977, a purge attributed in part to budget cuts, but which also reflected a change of emphasis from paramilitary action to intelligence collection and analysis. Former CIA covert action chief Theodore Shackley has claimed that over 2,800 intelligence officers, many of them paramilitary specialists were fired or forced out of the CIA.28 Turner himself has given a figure of 820 staff positions cut from the clandestine service, but maintained that the tightening up of personnel policies had actually improved both human and technical intelligence collection capabilities.29 Turner's critics also tended to be vociferous about the relative decline in the strength and status of the army Special Forces—the CIA's partner in paramilitary action—which in fact began during the Nixon administration. Special Forces had diminished in number since their withdrawal from Vietnam in 1971, from a peak of 9,000 to about 2,000 in the late 1970s.30 The paramilitary side of covert action was indeed curtailed, if not to the extent suggested by Shackley and other ax-operatives.

Despite the purge at the CIA's Langley headquarters, the covert side of security assistance continued, through the CIA and the various mechanisms by means of which covert personnel could be drafted in from the military. At the same time, Israel and Argentina stepped in to fill overt advisory and materiel requirements that could not be met by the United States as long as the formal estrangements over human rights persisted. At the height of President Carter's human rights offensive, Latin American armies exercised a form of "import substitution," replacing U.S. automatic weapons with Israeli Galil and Uzi submachine guns and assault rifles, and World War II-vintage American aircraft with state-of-the-art Israeli STOL [short take-offend landing] aircraft, tailor made for counterinsurgency.!' Argentine and Israeli advisers, in turn, provided field assistance in intelligence and unconventional warfare to the Central American armies whose U.S. military trainers were overstretched or withdrawn. Neither arrangement could have gone forward without a green light from Washington. Even as U. S. security assistance to the Somoza dynasty was curtailed in 1978, when the regime turned to the destruction of Nicaragua's cities to save itself, shiploads of Israeli arms, ammunition, and aircraft arrived to ensure there would be no interruption of supplies to Somoza's National Guard.

There is some evidence that the civilian policymakers, and notably the president, were not kept fully informed of the ongoing assistance to governments that were nominally on the United States' list of villains. The flood of arms and the backdoor training in special warfare seems too patently a mockery of his foreign policy for the president to have been aware of it. But the level of covert training and arms procurement going on at the height of Carter's human rights offensive was too extensive to have continued without a go-ahead at high levels at the Pentagon and from CIA headquarters in Langley. The Reagan administration would later reveal, if unwillingly, some of the ways through which legislative prohibition of covert action could be circumvented through clandestine action orchestrated from within the White House itself. The contra supply operation of the 1980s would be insulated from the CIA's conventional mechanisms of covert action, albeit imperfectly, by calling in contract personnel like General John K. Singlaub and by handling procurement and logistics through second governments and the same human and commercial "proprietaries" more commonly under direct CIA supervision and control.

The supplementary measures to the aid cuts, whether involving further sanctions or positive inducements to promote human rights, largely failed to materialize. In this the human rights advocates in the administration were, in the final analysis, little more empowered than were their counterparts of previous years in Congress. Even before January 1977, congressional committees had the power to stop military assistance on human rights grounds, and had indeed taken steps to do so. The human rights officers, like their congressional colleagues, found their role limited to opposing bad policy. There was no proven machinery or precedent through which to remedy past mistakes and to implement the alternatives that could preempt future atrocities. The distant holocausts continued unchecked, from Central America to East Timor.

It was perhaps a reflection of the active subversion of the Carter human rights policy by the foreign policy and defense establishments that, during the Carter years, human rights abuse reached its peak in Argentina and Nicaragua, and reached new and unprecedented levels (to be exceeded only in the Reagan years) in Guatemala and El Salvador. The United States' response to the pogroms and death camps of Argentina, the creeping demolition of Nicaragua, and the rustic genocide in Guatemala was largely one of silence, smoke screens, quiet diplomacy, and business as usual.32 The U.S. government, on balance, did nothing to stop mass murder by its allies. But the nominal aid cuts provided an effective alibi, while a significant part of the United States' apparatus without question contributed directly to the slaughter through military aid, advice, and the global screen of diplomatic defense against impolitic criticism.

Under Turner's direction, the CIA emphasized TECHINT and SIGINT more than HUMINT. Turner eliminated over 800 operational positions in what was called the Halloween Massacre. This organizational direction is notable because William Casey was seen to have a completely opposite approach, focusing much of his attention on HUMINT. Turner gave notable testimony to Congress revealing much of the extent of the MKULTRA program, which the CIA ran from the early 1950s to late 1960s. Reform and simplification of the intelligence community's multi-layered secrecy system was one of Turner's significant initiatives, but produced no results by the time he left office.

One exception to Turner's preference for non-human intelligence gathering involved the use of a psychic. In the January 2006 issue of GQ magazine, former President Jimmy Carter reported that Turner hired a psychic to help locate a US plane that had been lost in Central Africa. When Turner's preferred TECHINT and SIGINT approaches both failed to find the missing plane, Turner reported to the president that the agency hired a psychic to help find the plane.

During Turner's term as head of the CIA, he became outraged when former agent Frank Snepp published a book called Decent Interval which exposed incompetence among senior American government personnel during the fall of Saigon. Turner accused Snepp of breaking the secrecy agreement required of all CIA agents, and then later was forced to admit under cross-examination that he had never read the agreement signed by Snepp.[2] Regardless, the CIA ultimately won its case against Snepp at the U.S. Supreme Court. The Court forced Snepp to turn over all his profits from Decent Interval and to seek pre-clearance of any future writings about intelligence work for the rest of his life. The ultimate irony was that the CIA would later rely on the Snepp legal precedent in forcing Turner to seek pre-clearance of his own memoirs, which were highly critical of President Ronald Reagan's policies.[3]

On Oct. 31, 1975, President Gerald Ford announced a Cabinet shakeup that would soon come to be known as the "Halloween Massacre." Ford fired National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger, replacing him with Gen. Brent Scowcroft (Kissinger retained his post as Secretary of State). He fired CIA Director William Colby and replaced him with George H.W. Walker Bush, and he fired Defense Secretary James Schlesinger and replaced him with his White House Chief of Staff, Donald Rumsfeld. Rumsfeld's deputy, Richard Cheney, moved up to be the Chief of Staff.

The mass murder of the passengers and crew of EgyptAir 990, occurred on Halloween, October 31st, 1999. For 20 years, this date has been an important one in the war between the two factions of the American Intelligence Agencies.

On October 31, 1979, President Jimmy Carter fired 700 CIA operatives and agents. This is referred to as the Halloween Massacre.

Some of these operatives and agents, such as George Bush, did not take kindly to being fired. They began to conspire to defeat Jimmy Carter in the 1980 election.

There were other covert types who knew that Carter had to be removed, no matter what had to be done. These men were part of a small black operation run by an old OSS man named William Joseph Casey.

During WWII, Casey quickly realized that he did not come from the right side of the tracks, as far as the OSS was concerned. Even though he was a lawyer from a respected New York Law School, he did not have the right pedigree. In other words, he was not from the East Coast Elite who were the children of the families who owned the Federal Reserve Banking System.

Casey saw less capable men given positions and assignments for which they were not qualified. He realized that the OSS was a private club, and no matter how good he was, he could not join it, because he was not born into the right family.

During World War II a conspiracy to murder Adolph Hitler was being planned. The men who were behind the conspiracy were mainly of royal blood. While they supported Hitler in the beginning, they quickly came to believe that he had come under the control of outside forces. Some even suspected that the occult masters who taught him in his early years, had somehow gained control of him, possibly through hypnosis or some form of mind control programming.

The conspirators could see that international corporations, mostly owned by the same families who owned the Federal Reserve banks, were the ones who were gaining the most by the war. The conspirators sought the help of England and the United States. Neither country wanted to help these men kill Hitler and end the war. The conspirators realized that if the war continued, Germany, Austria and all of the countries that made up the Old Austro-Hungarian Empire, would be bombed back into the stone age and destroyed almost beyond repair. Because of this, the conspirators knew they had to act, no matter how slim their chances were, and no matter what cost they would have to pay if they failed.

The attempt to assassinate Hitler did fail, and the conspirators paid a price that most humans can never even imagine. Within a few weeks over 10,000 suspected conspirators had been rounded up and killed. The lucky ones were shot. The unfo rtunate were tortured unspeakably, then hung naked with piano wire.

The families of the men who were part of the conspiracy fared no better than the men. The wives, sisters, mothers, grandmothers, daughters, sons, fathers and other relatives were gathered up. If it was suspected that they were part of the conspiracy, they too were tortured. If they were found ignorant of the conspiracy, they were not killed, they were sent to concentration camps. At the camps, they were treated much worse than Jews. The German guards hated them more than they hated Jews. Many of these people were used in experiments. All were sent to the work camps. Many died and were burned along with the Jews.

The children of the conspirators were labeled Jews. Many of these children were shipped to Israel after the war. They were raised believing they were the children of Jews who had been killed by the Germans.

Many of the leading conspirators were able to fake their deaths and escape. A number of these men made their way into the United States where they were taken under the wing of Secretary of State Cordell Hull.

At the beginning of World War II, Hull had tried in vain to convince President Roosevelt to place the intelligence unit within the State Department. Instead, Roosevelt decided to create an independent intelligence agency which was called the Office of Strategic Services, the OSS. When Roosevelt created the OSS and put William Donovan in charge of it, Hull was not about to be left out of the intelligence gathering business.

Hull formed a super secret unit within the State Department. It was called Consular Operations. ConsOps exists today, but most people believe it is the CIA operating under the cover of State Department employees. This is not always the case. Consular Operations is still an active intelligence gathering and covert operations arm of the United States State Department.

After the conspirators failed to kill Hitler, they knew they had to flee Europe before Hitler tracked the plot back to them and killed them and put their families in concentration camps. Many of these men were high ranking officers in the Abwehr and Das Reich. Many of them were above and beyond suspicion. Still, many of them fled, mostly before the war ended.

The man who was behind the conspiracy was Admiral Wilhelm Canaris, who was the head of the Abwehr, German military intelligence. According to the book, the Canaris Conspiracy, Admiral Canaris was captured and was held in a jail cell awaiting interrogation. According to the book, someone slipped Canaris cyanide. According to German history, he was tortured and hung with piano wire. According to men who are the children of some of the surviving Canaris conspirators, Canaris did not die. His death was faked, and he was smuggled out of Germany, brought to the United States and resettled in Oklahoma..

Many of the Canaris conspirators were resettled in Oklahoma, near Canaris. After the war, these conspirators were introduced to a young New York lawyer named William Casey. These men began to teach Casey the truth about the men who control led the United States, and what they had planned for the Unites States and the world.

Up until this time, very few men in the United States understood the origins of the Federal Reserve Bank, and they certainly didn’t understand that the owners of the Federal Reserve were slowly stealing ALL the wealth of the citizens of the United States. Once Casey understood what was happening to his country, he joined with other loyal Americans, and many of the sons of the Canaris Conspirators, and set in motion a plan that would bankrupt the Federal Reserve and restore control of the United States and its money to the American People.

One part of this fifty year plan was set in motion by Admiral Canaris during World War II. In 1938 Hitler invaded Austria and stole the Austrian gold from the Austrian National Bank. Hitler personally escorted the gold to Switzerland. Hitler believed that this particular Austrian gold was not just ordinary gold. He believed that it contained magical power and whoever controlled it controlled the world. Adolph Hitler had received early training from some of the most knowledgeable occultists alive. It was probably from one of these occultists that the origins of the Austrian gold was imparted to Hitler.

The gold from the Austrian vaults had once lain far below the ruins of King Solomon’s temple. It was the gold from the fabled gold mines of Solomon. When the temple was destroyed, the location of the underground hermetically sealed chambers was not discovered. Even though the legends of the destruction of the Temple state that the gold was thrown into a well, there was other gold in underground chambers.

During the middle ages, the Knight’s Templars traveled to the Holy Lands. They built their stable over the ruins of Solomon’s Temple. As such, they were able to excavate the temple in secret. The wagons that routinely left the stable with manure, usually carried far more than manure. In addition to the gold, the chambers contained a library which was an equal to the Library at Alexandria, Egypt. Also in the temple were records of all descendants of the House of David.

After the destruction of King Solomon’s Temple, a price was put on the heads of all of King Solomon’s descendants. King Solomon was the son and successor of King David. Most members of the House of David were the many children of King Solomon. All people who were of the bloodline of the House of David had to flee or be killed. Many of these people fled to Europe, as far as the British Isles, Scandinavia, Russia, but the bulk of them settled in France, Switzerland and Austria.

The descendants of the House of David considered themselves to be the true royal family of the planet. Not only were they descended from the great King of the Old Testament, but they believed themselves to be descended from the star Sirius. Jesus was also descended from the House of David and Jesus was referred to as the King of Man. Because the descendants considered themselves to be Holy rulers, they kept to themselves and passed their traditions down through secret societies. One of these secret societies was the Knights Templars. The Order by this name was created for the purpose of going to the ruins of King Solomon’s Temple, and retrieving the gold, the books and the records. Up until this time, i.e. the middle ages the desendents of the House of David had lived in "clans" throughout Europe. None of the "clans" claimed any affiliation with Jews, Hebrews, the House of David or Abraham.

Sources within the United States intelligence community and members of the Hapsburg royal family have all privately stated that Admiral Wilhelm Canaris was the Grand Master of the Order of the Knights Templar’s up until his death in 1973. It is my belief that the position of Grand Master passed to his son, Admiral Wilhelm Johann, United States Navy, also known as William Raborn, William Raeder, Joseph Peden and probably others. This son was illegitimate in the eyes of the church and the world, but in the eyes of the Knights Templars, he was born to be the Grand Master.

Because Admiral Canaris was the Grand Master of the Knight’s Templars, the Templar gold from King Solomon’s Temple was sacred to him. He was the protector of the gold and the power that it carried. During World War II, Admiral Canaris made two trips a month from Berlin to Spain, via Switzerland. In Switzerland he picked up the gold from the Austrian Treasury and carried it to submarine bases in the Catalon region of Spain. From there, his son Wilhelm Johann supervised the transport of the gold to Paraguay where it lay hidden until 1955 when its location was discovered. In 1955, the gold was moved to the Phillippines, where it lay for forty years before it was returned to Europe.

The gold was only one part of the many pieces of the plan that would hopefully destroy the Federal Reserve Bank and prevent its owners from implementing their New World Order.

When William Casey joined with the remnants of the Canaris Conspiracy, a new conspiracy was created. The new conspiracy was designed to destroy the families who make up the New World Order. The way in which the New World Order would be destroyed would not be by war or death, it would be by the destruction of the financial empire upon which the New World Order depended for power.

The part of the plan that William Casey played was set in motion during the Nixon years when Casey was the head of the SEC (Security Exchange Commission) At that time, Casey and others, created billions of dollars in counterfeit bearer bonds. The plan for destroying the Federal Reserve would take at least thirty more years.

The first part of the plan was to create the counterfeit bonds, have them sealed and stamped by the Federal Reserve so that they appear to be genuine, and then have them used as the 10% reserve in thousands of small savings and loans and banks. These S&L’s and banks were started by the CIA during the 70's. Casey new that the second part of his plan had to occur during the 80's, and for it to occur, the banking laws had to be changed.

Because of the importance of his covert operation and the timing involved, Casey knew that he had to have his own president in power. Casey looked around and chose a candidate that he felt could sneak by David Rockefeller, the representative of the NWO who passed the final judgement as to whether a candidate would be allowed to run for president.

In other words, David Rockefeller chose the candidate that would represent the Republican Party as well as the candidate that would represent the Democratic Party. The New World Order picked people they could control and who would run the country in the best interests of the families that make up the New World Order. William Casey and his conspirators vowed to end this perversion of the United States government and Constitution.

Casey saw his chance to recruit outsiders into his plan to remove President Carter from the Oval Office, when Carter fired 700 CIA Operatives and Agents on October 31, 1979. Most of the men who were fired in the infamous Halloween Massacre did not leave government service, they simply left the CIA. They also did not leave the world of espionage, they merely switched aliases and agencies and continued to work on the same projects that they had been working on.

It was during this time that Iran had a revolution. The Shah was deposed and the revolutionaries seized the United States Embassy in Tehran and held 52 of the embassy employees hostage for 444 days. The hostages in Iran made President Carter look ineffective, indecisive and weak. The race between Reagan and Carter was so close in percentage points, that the pollsters predicted that if Carter could free the hostages before the election, he would win the election. If the release of the hostages was delayed, Carter would lose the election.

During the summer months of 1980, William Casey, Ronald Reagan’s campaign manager for his 1980 race for President, spent several weekends in Europe. Supposedly, he set in motion the negotiations with Iran that would eventually lead to the delay in the release of the hostages, and a victory of Ronald Reagan. The final negotiations took place on the weekend of October 19 and 20th of 1980. The Iranians demanded to conclude the final phase of the hostage delay agreement by speaking directly with either Ronald Reagan or George Bush, Reagan’s Vice Presidential Candidate.

Since it was impossible for Reagan to be out of the limelight for any length of time, the job of flying to Europe to conclude the negotiations fell to George Bush. This famous trip has been covered many times by many different reporters. This was the trip in which Navy pilot and CIA operative, Gunther Russbacher, flew Bush to a small airport outside of Paris, and several hours later, flew Bush back to the United States in an SR-71 supersonic spy plane.

Part of the agreement involved a prepayment to the Iranians of 40 million dollars. This money came from Richard Nixon’s CREP fund (Committee to ReElect the President). The money originated from a 60 million dollar “gift” to the fund from the Shah of Iran. The 40 million dollars had to be delivered to the Iranians before the election. If it was not delivered, the Iranians would accept the agreement they made with the Carter administration.

The day William Casey chose for the money to be delivered and the October Surprise hostage delay to be concluded was October 31, 1980... exactly one year after President Carter fired the 700 CIA operatives and agents.

Sources have told me that October 31st has become the day, which the two original factions of the intelligence community, use to settle scores. Usually the scores are settled in ways that never make the newspapers, and only a few people “in the know” ever are aware of what has happened.

EgyptAir 990 was destroyed and many innocent people were murdered, on October 31st 1999, 20 years from the start of the last phase of the war between the opposing factions of the intelligence community.

RMNews Sources have stated that the 767 was depressurized in the same way that golf pro, Payne Stewart’s Learjet was depressurized. The timing of the depressurization was meant to catch both pilots in the cockpit and knock them out. The depressurization of the rest of the airplane was to have followed. Payne Stewart’s Learjet was a test run to see if such a thing could work and if it would be believable.

It appears as if the pilot was out of the cockpit at the moment the depressurization occurred. This caused the plan to go awry. If this is the case, then a back up plan was activated.

In, Operation Open Eyes, the article on mind control that was written by CIA operative, Gunther Russbacher, Russbacher points out that many programmed “sleeper” assassins are returned to their normal lives, just waiting to be activated and carry out their suicide mission.

In Operation Open Eyes, Russbacher makes the uncanny and prescient statement that after the mind control programming, the subject will be returned to live a normal life as a, “a doctor, an airline pilot, a politician....”

One of the most unusual occurrences in the strange tragedy of EgyptAir 990 is the grief counselor, who at the last moment, decided not to fly on Flight 990. Because of this, the counselor was on hand, at the airport, to comfort the grieving friends and family of those who were killed when Flight 990 plunged, headfirst, into the ocean.

The counselor was open and talkative about the fact that he was a grief counselor and was there to comfort the grieving. He was less forthcoming about the fact that he had been a passenger on Flight 990, and at the last minute, decided to deplane. For some reason, a CNN reporter was able to discover this and broadcast it.

Could the so-called grief counselor be the operative who was sent in to trigger the Level 5 program that was installed in an EgyptAir copilot? Did this copilot just happen to be in the right place and the right time, to be triggered to carry out his Manchurian Candidate “sleeper” program for the United States government?

If this is the case, then it is possible that other people in the crew recognized the “grief counselor” and knew that something tragic was about to happen. This may be the source and reason behind the unusual phone calls that were made by one of the crew.

As for which Faction of the intelligence community was behind this, and why it was done, I can only speculate from information that was provided by a Source. Evidently there was a man on the flight who was not listed on the passenger roster. While the existence of this individual has not been made known to the public, it is certain that both factions knew of the man’s presence on the plane.

If this disaster is connected with the NWO’s plan to create Armageddon at the end of December, then the man on board the airplane could have been someone in a position to defuse it.

There is another possibility. What if a low yield nuclear backpack bomb, or biologicals were on the plane. What if some of the passengers on board the plane were programmed to create the terrorist acts that would start Armageddon in Israel? If this is the case, then are 217 innocent people a sacrifice that will save the millions of people who are living in Israel?

Unless people who were involved in this tragedy come forward and tell the truth, we will never know what really happened to this airplane and why the 217 passengers had to die.

As for the demise of the Federal Reserve, my Sources assure me that the plan that was created over 50 years ago which will bankrupt the Federal Reserve and the companies owned by the owners of the Federal Reserve, is right on schedule. There is a hidden group of men and women who are in opposition to the New World Order. They call themselves Faction Two. Faction One is the New World Order! The Dark Masters who made up the Society of Thule have used their dark magic throughout the ages and throughout the nations of the world, to pervert, seduce, corrupt and control leaders. Once the leaders were/are controlled, the Dark Masters could/can enslave the people, and rape and pillage the land with no opposition. From Babylon to Egypt to Rome - wherever this dark cabal raised its head - evil, death and destruction soon followed.

The Nazi officers who were members of the conspiracy to assassinate Hitler were not only members of the Hapsburg royal family. They were also members of an age-old Order that had been destroyed, and whose memory had been maligned by the same evil cabal that was now trying to enslave the world. This order is the Knights Templars.

The conspirators knew they had to end the war, and the only way to end it quickly was to assassinate Hitler. They reached out to England and America, and asked for help. Both countries refused to help them. Winston Churchill was heard to say that he wanted Germany "bombed into oblivion."

The bankers in England have a long history of using wars not only to make money, but also to destroy the bloodlines of countries. Baron Amschel Rothschild is well known for the quote, "The best time to make money is when blood is running in the streets." He meant that war is a great way to make a killing on the market, by investing in weapons of war and other things that will be needed by armies.

Even though the conspirators failed to secure the help of the Allies, they went ahead with their assassination plan. Their attempt failed. Hitler knew who was behind the assassination attempt - members of the German and Austrian Royal Families. The book "The Canaris Conspiracy" documents the royal bloodline of many of the men who were involved in the assassination attempt.

Hitler responded to the attempt on his life by killing at least ten thousand suspected conspirators. The majority of the people he murdered were not only innocent; their only crime was having a drop too much Royal Blood. The families of the conspirators were sent to concentration camps. Their children were separated from their parents, tattooed and treated as if they were Jews. Many of these children were sent to Israel as Jews!

The members of the conspiracy who survived the purge fled to the United States. They came before the war ended, under the protection of Cordell Hull, who was FDR's Secretary of State. Cordell Hull was not a member of the Eastcoast Elite Establishment. This is the code name for certain American families who work with and for the dark cabal. These families created the Federal Reserve banking system and use it to fund their evil plans. The Eastcoast Elite still controls the United States. To grasp the full meaning of how they do this, just ask yourself why Rhode Island and Delaware have two senators apiece, while states with large populations, like California, also have two.

The mission of the Federal Reserve System in the United States is to rake off as much American wealth as possible before destroying the sovereignty of the United States and delivering it into a one world government.

When President Roosevelt, who was part of the Eastcoast Elite, decided to create a United States intelligence service, Secretary of State Hull lobbied to have it placed within the State Department. He lost out to the sons of the Eastcoast Elite and the International Bankers. Roosevelt chose to create The Office of Strategic Services (OSS), making it a separate entity. It was controlled and directed by the families who made up the Eastcoast Elite, creators of the Federal Reserve system.

Cordell Hull understood the nature of the real enemy. He had been trained by men who could see the handwriting on the wall. Hull knew that the enemy was not Germany itself, but the dark financial cabal that controlled Hitler. When America's official intelligence agency was formed and placed outside the State Department's control, Hull created a secret intelligence and covert operations unit within the State Department. This unit still exists. It is called Consular Operations (ConsOps). Members of this unit sought out the survivors of the conspiracy to assassinate Hitler. The survivors and their families were smuggled out of Europe starting before the end of the war. They were brought into the United States. Out of the survivors of the Canaris Conspiracy, Faction Two was started.

The conspirators arrived in America under the wing of men who were completely trusted by Cordell Hull. The men who were chosen to resettle the conspirators were actually distant cousins of the conspirators themselves, and had lived in the United States for generations. These men had many things in common. They all carried Hapsburg blood. They all believed that English bankers, with the cooperation of the British Royal Family, had destroyed the Austro-Hungarian Empire. They believed that these were the same ones who were "bombing Germany into oblivion" so that they could control the World and implement their One World Government. But they had one more thing in common. They were all members of a secret order that had opposed the black cabal for centuries.

When the conspirators arrived in America, they brought with them documents which would prove to others the truth of what they said about Hitler and his controllers. They began educating loyal Americans as to the real reasons behind World War I and II. They also alerted these Americans to what was going to happen to the World if someone didn't stop the international bankers and business elite from creating their New World Order.

When loyal American military men were approached by the former Canaris conspirators, they quickly understood how American businessmen had sold out their country by creating a banking system that stole the wealth of America and put it in the hands of the same international cabal that was backing Hitler. The international bankers were orchestrating the war, not for conquest of land, but for accumulation of power and money on a worldwide level...AND as another step in creating their New World Order.

The State Department's ConsOps unit resettled the Canaris Conspirators in places like Winnemucca and Wendover, Nevada. Others were brought into Oklahoma. Still others were settled in San Luis Obispo, California, near the famous castle built by William Randolph Hearst. (Legend says that all the American members of the secret order built castles.)

In these out of the way places, the surviving members of the Canaris Conspiracy were educated to be Americans. They were taught to lose their accents. They were given new identities, and sometimes they were even given new faces. While these men were being "Americanized" they were teaching their American friends and family the truth about the men who control the World from behind the scenes.

Once the former conspirators had been "Americanized", they and the Americans whom they had educated formed the CIG, or Central Intelligence Group. This union of like-minded nationalistic patriots was short lived. The CIG was replaced within a year by the CIA.

The CIG had been made up of men whose loyalty was to freedom and liberty. They understood the international bankers and their plan for a One World Government. They understood that a One World Government would eliminate human rights all over the World.

When the CIA was created, the CIG people were replaced by the same Eastcoast Elite Establishment that made up the OSS. The CIA was made up of the very internationalists that the original CIG was trying to defeat.

The founders of the CIG, however, were not without power or intelligence. They did not lie down in defeat. They retreated to the shadows and ran their covert operations under the cover of the CIA Directorate of Covert Operations, or in Navy Intelligence. Fifty years later, they and their biological and philosophical descendants are still there.

The CIG founders, who disappeared into the shadow World, were a well orchestrated and disciplined group. Even today, from behind the scenes, they fight the New World Order. These men refer to themselves as Faction Two. Many of the leaders of Faction Two are in Navy Intelligence. Their group is so secret most other people in Navy Intelligence don't know it exists.

Among themselves, they refer to this secret unit as the "Secret Navy" or the "Nebraska Navy." This is because it receives its covert funding out of a Naval Reserve and/or Recruiting District in Omaha, Nebraska, or used to until 1990.

The men and women who make up Faction Two are working for one thing: Their goal is to destroy the New World Order and the international bankers behind it. They seek to restore sovereignty to individual nations and to the individuals who make up the nations.

The main thing the Canaris Conspirators had in common with their American cousins was not their royal blood, but rather their membership in a secret order. To be a member of this secret order, one had to be born in the proper bloodline, although being legitimate was not a requirement. In fact, this order actually "bred" its members in order to create people who were naturally adept at certain skills.

The secret order to which all of these people belonged was the Knights Templars.

The Knights Templars

During the Middle Ages, a group of monk-knights, all of noble birth, humbled themselves before God and the Pope, and dedicated their Order of Temple Knights to the service of the Church of Rome. They became known as "The Protectors of Christ."

The Popes of Rome were beguiled by their service and their humility. The poor and meek welcomed their protection. Using the technique of "protect and serve," the Knights Templars benevolently controlled Europe for almost 300 years. During these 300 years, Europe progressed from the Dark Ages into the Renaissance.

A well-informed Templar insider, who happens to be a Source for RMNews, expressed the concept of "protect and serve" this way:

"When you protect something, you control it. When you continue to serve the people you control, they are lulled into complacency. In this Edenic complacency, that group which is being protected never realizes it is controlled. Therefore, to control something, you must protect and serve it very well. You must be sure that what and who you are protecting stays so happy and complacent that they never think about freedom... let alone seek it."

This knowledgeable Templar insider went on to talk about the Praetorian Guard that protected the Emperors of Rome. He explained that by controlling access to the Emperors, the Praetorian Guard controlled Rome. His group, he said, had learned this secret from their enemies. He further stated that they had to use it because "sometimes you have to fight fire with fire."

The Original and True Charter
of the True Knights Templars

The men who created the original and true order of Knights Templars did so to protect the common man from the excesses of evil or ignorant Royal families. The Original Templar Charter set down a list of basic human rights for ordinary people. These were based on God-given rights... rights that are given to each and every human being, by virtue of their birth on Earth.

The Monarchs of Europe during the middle ages were bleeding the peasants dry. All land, animals, plants and trees belonged to the King. The peasants were not allowed to hunt, gather food or build shelter to provide for themselves or their family.

Had there been no sovereign, the peasants would have used the things God provided in nature to feed, house and clothe themselves. With the King ruling all property, (just as the government controls most property in America) the peasant could not survive unless the King decreed it. This massive injustice to the common man was the reason a benevolent group of minor royals and clergy created the original Knights Templar.

A Templar from Salzburg, Austria wrote:

"On a rain swept, desolate day, at Larambique, in the foot hills of the massive Mt. Blanc, a group of dedicated monks and their worldly brothers gathered on September 24, of the year of our Sovereign Lord, Jesus Christ.... we are writing the year Anno Domini 938.

"They gathered to form a New Order to keep alive the words which God had granted Solomon, in a dream.

"Although the drenching rains continued, a large beam of light filtered down to the statue of the Christ child, securely carried in the hands of his Godly Mother, Mary. The fright and silence were awesome as those gathered beheld the sight. All present began to speak at the same time, each in the language of his birth. Within minutes the babble ceased and they began to work on the plans to form a new charter, granting that each living being had diverse basic rights. When they were finished, they had created the following charter.

"Each living being possesses basic divine rights. The most basic right is the right of self determination. Each and every being upon Earth is divinely given the right to control his own life. Other inalienable* divinely granted rights include food, shelter, clothing and fair compensation for work well done."

* "in-a-lien-able", meaning incapable of having a "lien" placed on them. Look up the words 'alienable" and "inalienable" in your dictionary.

The Knights Templars were a secret sect which started sometime during the middle ages. The dates given in history books range from the 8th century to the 12th century. The Templars are shrouded in secrecy, and much of this secrecy was created by the Templars themselves. They even went so far as to create several versions of their origins and their demise.

They did this to hide themselves and their descendants from their enemies. It was necessary to hide, because they had access to secret information which had to be kept hidden until people were ready to use it... and not abuse it. They had to protect this information until the World was mature enough to handle it properly. Needless to say, the World still awaits the Knights Templars' secret information.

The Knights Templars called themselves the Protectors of Christ. Most Templars, but not all, were descended from the Merovingian Kings.

One version of history states that after the Templars were defeated in the early 1300's, they fled to Scotland and formed the Masons. This is one of the false histories. The Templars are NOT the ancestors of the Masons. The surviving Templars fled to Salzburg, Austria. From there, they slowly infiltrated the Austro-Hungarian bloodline and created the Austro-Hungarian Empire.

The Templars' reason for including the Hungarian bloodline as part of their lineage was a legend, which says that the Royal Family of Hungary is descended from the star Sirius. The Templars were Merovingians. Merovingians believe they also are descended from Sirius through the Royal House of David, father of Solomon.

The name of the Hungarian Royal Family is Esterhaszy. "Ester" means "star" and "haszy" means either "house of" or "descended from". The Esterhaszys believed they were descended from "the star". The star was Sirius.

The ranking Esterhaszy female was said to have been a Priestess in the temple of Ishtar, which translates as the Temple of the Star. In Babylonian scriptures, Ishtar was called the Light of the World, Lawgiver, Goddess of Goddesses and Queen of Heaven.

The Goddess Ishtar was one of the many names given to the Goddess Diana. In other words, the ranking Esterhaszy female is a Priestess in the Temple of Diana, as well as being descended from the star Sirius.

The Templars were mostly Merovingians, and so they knew that the Esterhaszy's, like themselves, were descended from Sirius. According to the Templars, a true Hapsburg and a true Templar will have Esterhaszy blood.

The Templar Mission

The Knights Templars were called "The Protectors of Christ." The Pilgrims who traveled to the Holy Lands during the time of the Crusades believed that the Templars went with them to protect them on their way to worship Jesus, their God and Savior, at the place of His birth and death.

The Knights Templars understood their mission a little differently. According to Templar beliefs, their holy mission was to protect the Holy Blood from which they all were descended. The Templars went to the Holy Lands to find the records of birth and marriage. They did this not to prove they were descended from Jesus and Mary Magdalene, as some have purported, but to find the records of all the bloodlines from the House of David.

But there were additional reasons the Templars went to Jerusalem.

To Excavate King Solomon's Temple!

During the Crusades the Templars, who take their name from the Temple of Solomon, erected the stable for their horses on the very site where King Solomon's Temple lay buried! The Knights Templars came to the holy lands and to King Solomon's Temple for three things. They came to find the records of births and marriages. They came for the gold that was stored in secret underground chambers. And they came for the ancient manuscripts, which were preserved in hermetically sealed chambers deep below the original temple.

With these three things in hand, the Knights Templars went back to Europe and became the undisputed Rulers of Europe. They ruled until King Phillip the Fair of France conspired with the Catholic Pope Clement III to destroy the Templars. But even their destruction was part of a hidden agenda.

The Templars had accomplished what they set out to do. They had accumulated enormous wealth and knowledge. Now they needed to establish an empire whose descendants would carry out their benevolent plan for the World.

The Austrian Connection

The surviving Templars moved to the mountains above Salzburg. They went on to create the Austrian Empire and ruled Europe for hundreds of years. The Austro-Hungarian Empire was built and financed by Templar wealth and information. Through shortsightedness, assassinations, insanity, ego and stupidity, the Empire was eventually lost to the age-old enemy of the Knights Templars, an evil cabal which now masqueraded as English bankers who controlled the British Throne from behind the scenes.

Even though the Templars lost the Empire from which their creators had planned to serve the World in benevolence, they did not disappear.

Admiral Wilhelm Canaris

During World War II, the head of the true Order of Knights Templars was Admiral Wilhelm Canaris. Admiral Canaris was descended from northern Italian and Bavarian royalty. (In 1776, the year of America's Declaration of Independence, Bavarian Royalty alerted Europe to the Illuminati plan to create a New World Order.)

Adolph Hitler invaded Austria in 1938 and stole the Austrian treasury, which was transferred to Swiss banks by Hitler himself. Much of the gold in the Austrian treasury was Templar gold taken from King Solomon's Temple. During World War II, even though Admiral Canaris was the head of German Military Intelligence, he made two trips a month to Switzerland and then to the Catalan region of Spain. He was stealing back the Templar gold and storing it in Spain!

The Templar gold stayed hidden in Spain until it could be transported by submarine to Paraguay. In 1955, its location was discovered and the gold was moved to the Philippines. In 1994, members of Faction 2, who are Knights Templars, arranged for the Philippine gold to be returned to Austria. In December of 1994, the largest gold transfer in history entered Germany from a gold smelter in Greece. This was the Templar gold.

Sources have said that this gold will be used to back the new monetary unit of Europe, the Euro. When the Euro is finally backed by gold, it will become the currency of choice for the business World. This will cause the dollar to fall, and according to my sources in Faction 2, the fall of the dollar will mean the end of the Federal Reserve Banking System and its member banks. Hopefully this will also end the international bankers' plans for creating a New World Order.

Admiral Canaris Was Resettled in Oklahoma

After the assassination attempt failed to kill Hitler, many of Admiral Canaris' closest allies fled to the United States. The rest were horribly tortured and murdered. According to history books, Admiral Canaris was jailed and was about to be tortured to reveal the truth of the conspiracy when he swallowed cyanide and died. According to sources who are sons of the men of the Abwehr, however, Admiral Canaris escaped to the United States and lived in Oklahoma under the name of Samuel Randall Pittman, a lawyer. The men who told me the story of Admiral Canaris say he died in 1973, in Oklahoma.

The men who survived Hitler's purge and came to the United States were the ones who formed the CIG. When the CIG was replaced by the CIA, these men retreated to the shadow World where their Templar ancestors have lived for hundreds of years. In modern day parlance, they formed a covert spy network and continued to work against their age-old enemy, the men who make up the New World Order.

These men are now members of intelligence communities around the World. They call themselves Faction 2. The Saudi Royal Family works with Faction 2. Several Faction 2 individuals, who were exiled members of the Austrian and Czechoslovakian Royal families, were the pilots for the Saudi Royal Family.

Many of the royal family members who were exiled to the United States had been sent into exile because they would not sign agreements with the allied victors of World War II, stating they would not plot to restore the monarchies of central Europe. The royals who did sign the agreement not to restore the monarchy were given back their money and lands. Those who refused to sign had everything they owned confiscated.

The highest-ranking members of the Austro-Hungarian family were sent into exile. Some of the children of these highest-ranking Royals were taken from their parents and placed in ordinary middle class American families. Usually the "adopting" father was part of Faction 2. The children were never told their true identity. This was done to hide them and their future children until the time was right. In 1995 their exile ended. Many members of Faction 2 have now started to move back to their homelands.

Since 1995 a war has been going on in the financial world. Most people are so naive about the way the financial world works that they do not even begin to understand how the war is being fought.

One of the ways it is being fought is by sucking as many naive investors into the stock market as possible. Once the powers who are fighting this war believe they have sucked up as much money as they possibly can, they will try to engineer a stock market crash in a way that will leave as much money as possible in the hands of their group. In other words, both groups are working to crash the market, destroy their enemy, and leave themselves in the driver's seat. The real losers in all of this are the innocent people who put their life savings in a rigged stock market!

If Faction One - the international bankers who we call the New World Order - wins, a one world government will be implemented and humanity will become slaves... at least the ones who survive the purge... and I will bet you that YOU and I won't be amoung the survivors!

If Faction Two wins, there is a plan to take the money that has been stolen from the people of the world, and give it back to the people of the world. These plans are drawn up and can be implemented at any time the funds are released.

There is a new faction, one that has labeled itself Faction Three. This new faction is not aligned with either of the two older factions. Some members are the children of Faction One, others are the children of Faction Two. The job of dispersing the money that has been stolen from the nations of the world has been given to this Faction. It appears that the people who make up this Faction are ALL Knights Templars or live according to the same standards.

Yesterday in class, a student asked why more wasn't done to stop the plot of 9/11. When I responded that the plot might not have been executed had the CIA shared information with the FBI, Mr. Bolos said he'd "quibble" with that idea and said there was a long history of rivalry between the departments.

While it is true that there has been a long-standing mistrust between these government agencies, relations became outright hostile in the years leading up to the World Trade Center attacks.

According to Lawrence Wright, the Pulitzer Prize winning author of The Looming Tower: Al-Qaeda and the Road to 9/11, "the CIA eagerly institutionalized the barrier that separated it from the Bureau" (343). The CIA "blocked the Bureau's investigation into the USS Cole attack [which] allowed the attack to proceed" (342). Further, Wright argues that John O'Neill, the FBI's point man on al-Qaeda could have "taken the morsels of evidence that the CIA was withholdingand marshaled a nationwide dragnet that would have stopped 9/11" (350).

The bi-partisan 9/11 Commission supports Wright's contentions by concluding that the CIA "didn't alert the State Department's 'TIPOFF' list"...nor did the CIA share this explosive informaiton with the FBI, which had primary domestic responsibility for protecting the United States from terrorism, and a team of agents specifically devoted to going after Al Qaeda" (Jane Mayer, The Dark Side, 15).

U.S. Agencies Battle Each Other on the Internet

The U.S. government is struggling to rebuild its image after it failed to discover the plot to attack America on Sept. 11.

The FBI and CIA, two agencies charged with law enforcement and intelligence operations, have taken the most heat for the failure. Both agencies had few areas of cooperation prior to Sept. 11.

Now the FBI and CIA have suddenly discovered conflicting roles inside cyberspace.

The FBI recently was forced to reveal another part of its Cyber-Knight project, an effort by the agency to monitor all Internet communications.

Last year the FBI was forced by privacy advocates to reveal that it had a new software program called Carnivore designed to monitor Internet e-mail. The Carnivore system is reportedly installed not on home personal computers but on Internet Service Provider computers, allowing the agency to siphon off data from suspected customers.

The FBI is reportedly using a new and improved version of Carnivore, a software program designed to monitor secure e-mail over the Internet. The new FBI program, called Magic Lantern, is described as key logger software designed to steal the pass phrase used to start the popular encryption program PGP, or Pretty Good Privacy.

A key logger program is designed to capture keystrokes – what a user keys in – and then store the data in a separate location for later retrieval by a hacker. The FBI plans to use Magic Lantern to capture PGP information to crack encrypted e-mail and intercept Internet data.

Magic Lantern Flaws

Magic Lantern reportedly can be sent in a fashion similar to several virus programs, either as an attachment via e-mail or downloaded from an infected Web site. However, the Magic Lantern program may also be mistaken for a virus program.

The sudden discovery of Magic Lantern caused a flurry of activity from computer software producers. Anti-virus software maker McAfee Associates denied a recent report that it was working with the FBI to ensure its software would not stop the Magic Lantern program. McAfee spokesman Tony Thompson denied it had any contact with the FBI on Magic Lantern.

According to an official statement by the anti-virus maker, "Network Associates/McAfee.com anti-virus programs will continue to protect our customers' computers from any program that intrudes into their system against their desires or without the knowledge of our customer."

Magic Lantern is also not perfect. Magic Lantern suffers from another flaw in that it is not designed to stop other popular computer encryption programs such as Softwar Pcypher and Mystx public key encryption systems.

These encryption software utilities do not use pass-phrase technology and are immune to Magic Lantern-type attacks. E-mail and data scrambling is done with the mouse using data keys that can be stored on offline diskettes, zip drives or CD disks.

CIA Triangle Boy

Yet, as the FBI struggles to introduce its new system to monitor the Internet, the CIA is working to develop a software program that thwarts government monitoring.

The CIA is a major sponsor of SafeWeb, a company that distributes a free program called Triangle Boy. Triangle Boy allows users to surf the Web anonymously. Citizens inside dictatorships are using the program to avoid monitoring by the oppressive regimes.

Triangle Boy operates much like a mail forwarding service. Each user request to view a Web page is scrambled and randomly sent to another machine, which actually performs the request, returning the data to the original user. Triangle Boy is very popular inside China, and the Chinese government is working hard on ways to counter secure access to the Internet.

SafeWeb reportedly receives hundreds of e-mails a day from grateful Triangle Boy users worldwide. However, SafeWeb's growing audience in China, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Syria is in direct conflict with FBI efforts to monitor potential terrorist communications.

Despite the concerns, Triangle Boy's developer, SafeWeb's CEO Stephen Hsu, claims terrorists would not use the program.

"A terrorist would be crazy to use SafeWeb," stated Hsu, who noted that the CIA backs his company.

Yet Triangle Boy can be abused, and software vendors have rushed to develop new programs designed to counter the CIA's secure Internet browser.

Porn or Politics?

"I knew that if I knew about Triangle Boy, anybody who was really interested in porn would know about it too," stated Ed Miller, a security operations manager at Computer Sciences Corp.

Filtering vendor 8e6 Technologies, whose customers include major companies such as Computer Sciences Corp., recently developed a way to block Triangle Boy. 8e6 Technologies declined to comment on how its X-Stop filtering system disables Triangle Boy.

"Several IT (information technology) people at the universities and schools that I consult for did extensive research into this," noted Eric Gerlach, a Network Integration Consultant for Southwestern Bell Telephone.

"I have a few insights and an easy fix for it," noted Gerlach.

Ironically, many inside the computer security field declined to describe ways to stop Triangle Boy – not for technical reasons but for political reasons.

Software experts are usually anxious to publish flaws inside Microsoft operating systems or other major software packages. Yet this is not the case for Triangle Boy.

"Normally, I'm all for publishing flaws in software, but on this one I have to vote against," stated one computer security expert located in the Netherlands.

"The Chinese finally have access to the Internet. The flaws could be used by the Chinese government to block the Internet once again."

The Sons of the Gestapo vs The Sons of the Abwehr


To understand who the Sons of the Gestapo are in current American history, it will be necessary to take a brief history lesson of both Nazi Germany and the international bankers who are behind the push for a world government under their control, i.e. The New World Order.

The Gestapo was Hitler's secret police, its mandate gave it complete power within the borders of Germany. We can compare it to the mandate given to the FBI when the FBI was first created. The FBI was not allowed to carry out operations outside the United States, that job fell to the CIA and other agencies. In Germany the Gestapo was like the FBI, and the Abwehr was like the CIA. The Abwehr was the intelligence gathering agency that operated on a world level. It was headed by Navy Admiral Wilhelm Canaris.
There was animosity and distrust between the Gestapo and the Abwehr. The Gestapo was loyal to Hitler, the Abwehr was behind the conspiracy to assassinate Hitler. The Gestapo followed their leader blindly. The Abwehr understood that Hitler would destroy Germany if they didn't destroy him first.
The Abwehr was made up of the nobility of Germany and Austria, who were steeped in the tradition of the German military as opposed to Hitler's SS and the Gestapo. The Abwehr wished Germany and Austria to regain the power and influence they had before the fall of the Austro-Hungarian empire, a fall that was the first step taken by the NWO in their attempt to create a world government. They knew Hitler was their enemy, and a conspiracy was put into action as far back as 1938 to assassinate him.

They placed a bomb beneath his desk. It exploded, but did not kill him.
After the attempt to assassinate Hitler failed, many of the Abwehr conspirators escaped Europe and eventually were brought to the United States. These men worked with the United States government to create both the CIA and Navy Intelligence as we know it today. The Abwehr men came into the United States before the end of WWII, therefore they had made inroads into the U.S. government long before the influx of German scientists and other high ranking German officers were brought into this
country. When the Gehlen group was brought over, many former Gestapo were part of it. Most of these men were given new identities, sometimes even new faces and fingerprints. By 1955, the United States military and intelligence services had become the new battle ground for the Gestapo and the Abwehr. The feud that had started in Germany was being carried on at a higher level within the U.S.. government and around the world.

The leaders of the Abwehr had discovered the reason that Churchill and Roosevelt would not help them assassinate Hitler. Briefly put, the three leaders along with Stalin, were controlled by the same international cabal. We now call this cabal the New World Order, and we know that it is made up of International Bankers and the corporations they control. This group gained its foothold in the United States in 1913 when it took over control of the United States currency by establishing the Federal Reserve Bank. They went on to finance the Russian revolution, WWI and WWII. All of these were necessary steps on the path to a one world government.

The NWO international bankers controlled Hitler. Hitler controlled the Gestapo. When the Gestapo came to the U.S.., they were controlled by the NWO through the various agencies and foundations that had been established by the NWO to carry out its plan.

The Abwehr arrived first, and they were instrumental in setting up the CIA. Even though it only operated under their control for the first few years, the Abwehr was able to put in place a covert arm of the CIA that has operated independently of the CIA ever since. These men and their physical and ideological descendants, are the sworn enemies of the NWO and their present-day Gestapo lackeys. They still operate out of the covert CIA and a secret Navy that exists within the Navy.

The Gestapo settled into various agencies, and at all levels of government. But their greatest concentration was in the FBI, Secret
Service and the BATF. People in the know in American government know that there has been a long battle between the CIA and the FBI. This battle goes all the way back to WWII and before. It is a battle between freedom and slavery. It is a battle for the domination of the planet. One group will impose slavery, the other group's agenda is opposed to slavery.

The three above named agencies (FBI, Secret Service, and BATF) are where most of them, but not all of them are hiding. Their allegiance is not the U.S.. government, but to their NWO masters; the international bankers and the United Nations. The NWO needs to bring about chaos in America so that it can impose martial law which will be enforced by United Nation troops. The bombing in Oklahoma City was the first step in creating this chaos. Many crucial records from Waco and Ruby Ridge were destroyed in the bombing, but also destroyed were the records of the Germans who were brought into this country after WWII. Their first home in America was in Oklahoma.

The Sons of the Gestapo who are now firmly entrenched in America government believe that they have finally won WWII. They have brought the U.S. to its knees and because of this they feel emboldened enough to proclaim to the world who they are. They know that the media is controlled by the NWO and that they will not be exposed for who they are. The media will point the finger for the recent train derailment at racist groups and the militia, and will further enflame the racial tension that is being created in the country as a result of the Simpson trial. Clinton will use this derailment as another reason to push through his terrorist bill. Like the bombing of the Reichstag, the bombing of OKC and now this derailment have been created by agents within government to bring about a desired result. The Sons of the Gestapo are truly the real sons of the men who planned the bombing of the Reichstag. The virus that infected Germany has been unleashed upon the United States. The CIA now reigns supreme in the international narcotics trade arena. Inevitably, the agency will further infect us with the drug plague; that's simply the way it does business.

The FBI is all but out of the narcotics game, gutted in the May-June battle over who was to blame for September 11. Somebody had to pay for the Bush administration's falling poll numbers, as the facts surrounding the World Trade Center and Pentagon attacks finally began to assemble themselves under full public gaze.

All Americans - Black Americans, especially - should be terrified at the CIA's bureaucratic victory. In the course of more than half a century, the agency's European, Asian and Latin American adventures have led directly to the establishment and continual expansion of the global drug trafficking network. We have now reached the point at which U.S. resistance to the drug trade comes to a full stop.

With the CIA in charge, the War on Drugs is over.

The effective surrender came in late May, when FBI Director Robert Mueller announced that 400 drug agents would be "redirected" to the all-encompassing War on Terror. In addition, the CIA would play a larger role in the FBI's own "intelligence analysis" functions, thus penetrating the J. Edgar Hoover Building, itself. The spook agency's victory was complete.

The FBI's role on the domestic side of the drug trade - that is, what happens to narcotics once they have penetrated U.S. borders - has been seriously curtailed. FBI drug task force manpower is to be reduced by up to two-thirds.

Much more critically, only the CIA will have the resources to track the global drug highways. The Drug Enforcement Administration is puny by comparison, and counts for nothing in President Bush's bogus War on Terror. The DEA has always gotten stomped in turf conflicts with the CIA.

Under this new regime, the world is the CIA's oyster, and the drug lords are its friends. The agency's deepening and multiplying alliances in Latin America and Asia insure that cocaine and heroin will flood the United States in unprecedented quantities.

There is, literally, no one with the will or resources to stem the worldwide flow of drugs into our cities and towns. In a real sense, Bush's war has succeeded in defeating the American people.

The criminals are in charge

In the April 5 issue of Black Commentator, we described the CIA as the virtual architect of the international drug trade. (See Make This Amendment) This air, land and sea highway was established through successive American Cold War deals with criminals, beginning with the Italian and French mobsters who proved so helpful in undermining strong socialist and communist European movements after World War Two. The gangsters were rewarded with impunity in setting up their new drug networks, including the famed French Connection. The CIA was born into a world of narco-dealing intrigue, in which the agency became a central player. Dope gained a strong foothold in the ghettos of the U.S. The CIA made it possible.

The Vietnam War saw the CIA evolve into the international arbiter of the heroin trade. Its Laotian, Thai and Burmese allies were nothing more than heroin traffickers with guns. The CIA's vast logistical resources were placed at the disposal of the drug armies, while client governments facilitated passage of massive shipments through their ports. Over the space of only a few years and under the agency's guidance, the Asian heroin trade increased tenfold! That's how the CIA's armies got paid.

The same formula was later applied in Afghanistan. By now, most Americans are aware that the $2 - $3 billion the U.S. provided to anti-Soviet fighters - almost entirely administered by the CIA - eventually gave us the Taliban and Osama bin Laden. However, the devastation wrought in American cities was immediate. The CIA's Afghan and Pakistani friends, operating with total impunity, took only two years to capture 60% of the U.S. heroin market, from 1979 to 1981.

CIA Afghan chief Charles Cogan dismissed the domestic narcotics disaster. "I don't think that we need to apologize for this," Cogan told the press, in 1995. "Every situation has its fallout."

Back in Afghanistan with a vengeance, the Bush administration is following the lead of the very same CIA agents that brought high quality, cheap heroin to American streets in the early 1980s. Some of these agents are getting old, but the post-September 11 call to arms put them back in business, as reported by USA Today on June 17:

The agency pulled hundreds of retired officers back to active duty, especially those who had worked in Afghanistan after the Soviet invasion there in 1979….

The CIA officers brought with them language proficiency, interrogation skills and Afghanistan expertise that the commandos could not match. They also had clearance to do some things the soldiers could not: hand out large satchels of cash and call in weapons drops to buy information and allegiances from Afghan fighters.

Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld cannot contain his euphoria at the scope and speed of America's deployment of "advisors" everywhere he can find a landing field - most of them either CIA or under agency supervision. (Special Forces troops often operate under direct agency control.) "That is why we're cooperating with Pakistan, that's why we're training people in Yemen and in Georgia and in the Philippines, for them to be able to do a better job of going after them - the terrorists," Rumsfeld told the New York Times, June 17.

Nothing has changed in the past two decades, except the designated enemy. Soviets or "terrorists," it's all the same to Rumsfeld, the man with the corporate executive smile, and Bush, the guy with the crooked one. We refer the reader to the April 5 issue of The Black Commentator:

We must now expect a narcotics onslaught from multiple points around the globe, simultaneously. In the guise of a war on terrorism - which means whatever George Bush wants it to mean - and at breakneck speed, the U.S. is setting up shop in several former Soviet Central Asian republics, as well as the former Soviet Georgia, in the Caucasus. The official excuse is anti-terror, the real reason is oil and natural gas, but the end result will be tons of poppy derivatives bound for the United States: the "fallout."

Indonesia, Yemen and the Philippines are also great places for cultivating drug enterprises to pay off foreign collaborators in the world war on "terror." U.S. intelligence agencies are there, in force, looking for recruits in dark places. We have an idea how they will be compensated. The same actors that brought us the previous drug epidemics are in charge of these far-flung outposts, employing identical modus operandi, infecting yet more regions of the world with their fatal touch.

Standing truth on its head

Certainly, little has changed in Colombia in the two decades since Reagan and his war-dog, Oliver North, tapped and vastly enhanced the CIA's cocaine connections to fund the murderous war against Nicaragua. The U.S. crack cocaine epidemic erupted at precisely this time, the early to mid-1980s.

The Colombian government remains soaked in cocaine money - the archetypal narco-regime - while the guerillas of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC, in the Spanish acronym) are limited to taxing the raw coca crops of the peasants in FARC territories.

Yet, the U.S. corporate media relentlessly repeat as fact Bush's bald lie, that FARC guerillas control the drug trade. This is nonsense. The guerillas dominate remote areas in about a quarter of the country - taxing peasants is about all they can handle. The real international drug trade, which refines, packages, markets and ships the final coca product, is run from offices like any other multi-billion dollar export business, not from jungle hideouts. Cocaine travels to the U.S. in planes, ships and Mexican trucks. The FARC have no air force, no navy, no seaports - in other words, the guerillas have no access to U.S. or Europeans drug markets.

Rich ranchers fund the right-wing private paramilitaries that kill most of the civilian victims of Colombia's 40-year long civil war. The Colombian army closely coordinates its operations with the paramilitaries. The ranchers are at the heart of the Colombian drug machinery. Export-import is their business. Their vast estates are both military bastions and hubs of the cocaine economy, complete with air and surface transportation links to coastal cities. Thissemi-feudal aristocracy will soon enjoy outright rule over the country, in the person of Alvaro Uribe Vélez, who will be inaugurated President in August. Heir to a family of rich ranchers, Uribe is backed by Washington and endorsed by the major U.S. media. George W. Bush's Latin American champion in the War on Terror is, in fact, the charismatic leader of the cocaine barons.

The U.S. has never intercepted any FARC drug shipments. Ever. Such shipments simply do not exist, because FARC is not a player in the international drug game.

George Bush, Condoleezza Rice and the entire, shameless media chorus scream wild fictions in the face of truth. They are absolutely unconcerned that the rest of the world knows perfectly well that they are lying. The Bush administration's propaganda, like Colombia's drugs, is strictly for U.S. domestic consumption.

The FARC must be narco-terrorists, because George Bush says so. Up is down, and down is up.

Governance by lying

The CIA thrives in this Alice in Wonderland world. The Drug Enforcement Administration, on the other hand, deserves our sympathy, even pity. The DEA is made up of cops who don't stand a chance of carrying out real police work in the CIA's domain. On June 19, the DEA's dedicated lawmen were reduced to weak mimicry of the White House political line, as they announced a "first" in the decades-long war against Colombia's FARC guerillas, the purported kingpins of cocaine:

DEA Director Asa Hutchinson today announced the arrest of Carlos Bolas, a Colombian national and a leader of the Colombian narco-terrorist group, Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionaries de Colombia (FARC), for drug trafficking….

For the first time we have not only indicted a member of a terrorist organization involved in drug trafficking, but we have also arrested him.

Bolas, who may or may not be a high-ranking member of FARC, was arrested in the airport of the capital city of Suriname, one of South America's least influential countries. He and three companions, also alleged to be FARC, were not in possession of any drugs. They had been picked up for carrying false passports. Bolas was later found to be on a U.S. wanted list and was turned over to the Americans.

The airport event represents the sum total evidence of narco-trafficking by FARC, a movement that has been fighting for two generations against the rulers of their country, the cocaine capital of the world. Colombia is also the third biggest recipient of U.S. aid dollars, right behind Israel and Egypt. Any sane person must realize that the U.S. is on the wrong side of the Colombian war, and that no American War on Drugs exists. In our April 5 issue, the Black Commentator discussed the consequences of this betrayal:

Ultimately, our own people, neighborhoods and institutions will sicken and die, "fallout" victims in far greater numbers than perished at the World Trade Center….

We are most concerned about the permanent civil strife that drugs have brought to the United States: the one million men and women of color behind bars, largely because of drugs; the neighborhoods and entire cities rendered economically unviable by successive drug plagues; the drug-fueled AIDS crisis; the narco-based police state tactics that have been routine in African American communities since long before the World Trade Center was destroyed; the Black-on-Black crime that has disfigured basic human relations among our people. The list goes on, endlessly.

This is the terror that stalks Black America. This is the battle that demands our uncompromising commitment. We will get nowhere unless we force a change in U.S. foreign policy. That can only come from the U.S. Congress.

The U.S. is now at the beginning of the fifth wave of CIA-facilitated drug inundations. The first, born of the agency's post-World War Two collaboration with European mafia, established the trans-Atlantic heroin route. Next came the CIA's most notable contribution to the Vietnam War, the massive Southeast Asian connection that produced the Great Heroin Epidemic of the late Sixties and early Seventies. Less than a decade later, Afghan and Pakistani allies of the CIA flooded the inner city with more potent and cheaper heroin. Just a few years later the fourth wave broke over America, as crack cocaine made its debut, courtesy of the CIA's associates in Latin America.

The fifth flood has begun. It is already too late to stop it, and there is no U.S. agency that is capable of intervening on our behalf. Bush's global war has left the American public naked to an entire world of drug sources. New routes are being established as you read this commentary. The CIA sits atop its white powder mountain, dispensing impunity to its criminal friends.

Now you know what was at stake in the CIA-FBI bureaucratic war in Washington, four weeks ago. The bad guys won - big time. September 11 wasn't really the issue.

The President took the first steps in enhancing the role of the Director of National Intelligence (Director of the CIA) when he signed three Executive Orders:

1. Strengthen Management of the Intelligence Community (Enhances the stature and authority of the Director of National Intelligence)
2. Created a National Counter-Terrorism Center (Combines the CIA Counter-terrorism Center with all others)
3. Strengthen Information Sharing to Protect Americans (Establishes a presidential board to safeguard civil liberties while combating terrorism)

The CIA Director is now given "expanded authority" but not full control of the roughly $40 billion annual U.S. Intelligence budget and the Director is now directed to "develop, determine, and present" the annual budget for foreign Intelligence programs.

So, what about the FBI?

The FBI has the lowest criminal case-filing rate for prosecution of any law enforcement agency in America. Some report it as low as 40 percent. This means the Federal prosecutors will not take their cases to trial.

Did you know that the FBI could arrest you for lying to them in an investigation? YES, no local sheriff or police office in American can do that without due process, but the FBI can arrest you if you lie or give false answers to any question.

Turf battle between the FBI and all other Federal law enforcement agencies muddles the war on terrorism. The FBI has even been accused delaying the transfer of all Intelligence they collect with the Department of Homeland Security.

The FBI fingerprinting screw-up of an American attorney in Oregon allegedly connected to the Madrid train bombings boggles the mind. Spanish authorities said that the man in Oregon was not a suspect. FBI arrested him anyway. Now we will have another millionaire-in-the-making with a lawsuit against the FBI.

Then there are the questionable activities of the FBI regarding Waco, Ruby Ridge, the Atlanta Olympics bomber, etc. The list goes on and on.

COLUMBUS - The head of a company vying to sell voting machines in Ohio told Republicans in a recent fund-raising letter that he is "committed to helping Ohio deliver its electoral votes to the president next year."

The Aug. 14 letter from Walden O'Dell, chief executive of Diebold Inc. - who has become active in the re-election effort of President Bush - prompted Democrats this week to question the propriety of allowing O'Dell's company to calculate votes in the 2004 presidential election.

O'Dell attended a strategy pow-wow with wealthy Bush benefactors - known as Rangers and Pioneers - at the president's Crawford, Texas, ranch earlier this month. The next week, he penned invitations to a $1,000-a-plate fund-raiser to benefit the Ohio Republican Party's federal campaign fund - partially benefiting Bush - at his mansion in the Columbus suburb of Upper Arlington.

The letter went out the day before Ohio Secretary of State Ken Blackwell, also a Republican, was set to qualify Diebold as one of three firms eligible to sell upgraded electronic voting machines to Ohio counties in time for the 2004 election.

Blackwell's announcement is still in limbo because of a court challenge over the fairness of the selection process by a disqualified bidder, Sequoia Voting Systems.

New York state is in the process of replacing its lever voting machines with new voting equipment, but the state revealed recently that it has found problems with 50 percent of the roughly 1,500 ImageCast optical-scan machines (shown in the video above) that Sequoia Voting Systems has delivered to the state so far -- machines that are slated to be used by dozens of counties in the state's September 9 primary and November 4 presidential election.

The mysteries keep piling up around the Sequoia voting machines used in New Jersey. This time Princeton University computer scientist Ed Felten has uncovered a phantom vote for Obama in summary tapes from three voting machines used in the state's February 5th primary in Pennsauken District 6.

The county clerk reports that 279 votes were cast in the Democratic primary in Pennsauken District 6. The figure apparently comes from memory cards taken from the machines. This number coincides with the turnout number that appears on the summary tapes from the three voting machines in District 6, which show turnout on the machines as 133, 126 and 20.

The problem, however, is that the summary tapes show that the total number of votes the candidates received doesn't match this number. The tapes indicate that the candidates together received 280 votes instead of 279. When the individual numbers for the candidates on the tapes are compared with the individual numbers that the county reports, Obama is shown as receiving 95 votes on the machine tapes, whereas the county clerk's numbers (.pdf) show him receiving 94 votes (again, from numbers taken from the memory cards inside the machines). The question is, why doesn't information taken digitally from the memory cards inside the machines match the summary tapes that are printed from the machines? And why doesn't the number on the tapes that indicates the total number of votes cast for candidates match the number on the tapes that indicates the voter turnout?

Leading voting technology provider Sequoia Voting Systems is pleased to announce the sale of the company to a group of private U.S. investors led by Sequoia's current executive management team.

The investment group, led by Sequoia President & CEO Jack Blaine and company Chief Financial Officer Peter McManemy, purchased Sequoia from former parent company Smartmatic Corporation for an undisclosed sum. As with most transactions involving two private entities, the specific terms of the sale are not being disclosed. However, this transaction does include investment by the management team, a small loan and an
earn-out. This scenario provides an excellent financial structure for Sequoia to leverage and completely eliminates Smartmatic's ownership, control and operational rights of any kind in Sequoia.

On December 22, 2006, Smartmatic Corporation announced the company's intention to sell Sequoia Voting Systems. At that time, Smartmatic CEO Antonio Mugica stated, "Sequoia's customer base has grown substantially and its revenues have increased four-fold. However, given the current climate of the United States marketplace with so
much public debate over foreign ownership of firms in an area that is viewed as critical U.S. infrastructure - election technology - we feel it is in both companies' best interests to move forward as separate entities with separate ownership. As part of this process, we plan to sell our Sequoia Voting Systems ownership."

Confirming rumors I’ve been hearing, the Miami Herald is reporting today that a U.S. Treasury Department entity, the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, is spearheading an investigation of the ownership structure of Sequoia Voting Systems, in particular, links to Venezuelans close to Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez. The CFIUS focuses on situations where foreign investment in U.S. corporations might impact U.S. national security.

The CEO and President of one of America's largest voting machine companies, Sequoia Voting Systems, gave both deceptive, and carefully selective answers in his reply to a letter sent earlier this year from two high-ranking officials in Chicago, according to documents recently obtained during an ongoing investigation by the Brad Blog.

Sequoia's chief executive, Jack Blaine, repeated knowingly false answers, at least three different times, in his January 18 response to Chicago Alderman Edward M. Burke and the Chair of Chicago's Board of Election Commissioners Langdon D. Neal. The pair had written to the company on January 11, expressing concerns about the truth behind Sequoia's claims that they had completely divested from their purportedly "former" parent company, Smartmatic, the Venezuelan-run firm with direct ties to Hugo Chavez and his government.

Last year, as media reports revealed the true extent of Smartmatic's shadowy foreign ownership -- and with it, the direct control of some 20% of U.S. elections -- the firm came under close scrutiny by federal investigators from Treasury Department, the FBI and the IRS. In November of last year, Sequoia announced that it had "completely" divested from Smartmatic in a management team-led buyout, thus ending an official review by Treasury's Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).

But in January, the officials from the Windy City -- where Sequoia holds one of the company's most lucrative contracts -- had continuing concerns about whether the sale was legitimate, or simply a dodge to avoid scrutiny by federal investigators. They were right to be concerned.

In their letter, Burke and Neale requested written responses from Sequoia after what was described as "evasive" and "troublesome" sworn testimony from Blaine the previous year, following "malfunctions of Sequoia voting machines during primary elections held on March 21, 2006."

On October, 10, 2002 Bev Harris, author of the upcoming "Black Box Voting: Ballot-Tampering" in the 21st Century, revealed that Republican Senator Chuck Hagel has ties to the largest voting machine company, Election Systems & Software (ES&S). She reported that he was an owner, Chairman and CEO of Election Systems & Software (called American Information Systems until name change filed in 1997). ES&S was the ONLY company whose machines counted Hagel's votes when he ran for election in 1996 and 2002. The Hill, a Washington D.C. newspaper that covers the U.S. national political scene, confirmed her findings today and uncovered more details.

Everybody loves a good conspiracy theory and the revelation that Nebraska Republican Senator Chuck Hagel once ran and is still a major stockholder in the company that owns the company that counted 85 percent of the votes cast in his very own 2002 and 1996 election races is a potential doozy. His 1996 victory, some will recall, was considered one of the biggest upsets of that election; he was the first Republican in 24 years to win a Nebraska senatorial campaign.

Let me draw a picture here: about 60 percent (and growing) of the computerized ballots cast in elections in the United States now pass through machines whose software is owned, designed and controlled by people who are soul brothers of the Taliban.

Like the other handful of secretive companies that produce computerized voting systems and depend upon the kind of political patronage that Republicans excel at, ES&S is extremely well-connected. Jeb Bush's first choice as running mate in 1998 was Sandra Mortham who, according to the Tallahasee Democrat (October 6, 2002, Page B6), was a paid lobbyist for ES&S and received a commission for every county that bought its touch-screen machines.

Virtually all of the information in this post (as well as The Hill article) was unearthed in nearly two thousand hours of research by a tenacious writer and publicist named Bev Harris, who is the author of a forthcoming book Black Box Voting: Ballot-Tampering in the 21st Century. Harris owns a PR firm called Talion in Renton, Washington, which is just southeast of Seattle. She says she began researching voting machine companies when she discovered that unauditable private, proprietary codes are used for vote-counting, and that ownership of voting machine companies is often kept secret.

When voting machines are used, it is technically possible for secret computer programs to be inserted into these machines before elections that can modify the numbers to produce any desired outcome regardless of the votes cast. These stealth programs can be designed to self-destruct once their work is completed without leaving a trace of their presence.
