n April 19, 1995, around 9:03 a.m., just after parents dropped their children off at day care at the Murrah Federal Building in downtown Oklahoma City, the unthinkable happened. A massive bomb inside a rental truck exploded, blowing half of the nine-story building into oblivion.
A stunned nation watched as the bodies of men, women, and children were pulled from the rubble for nearly two weeks. When the smoke cleared and the exhausted rescue workers packed up and left, 168 people were dead in the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil.

The 168 victims killed in the April 19, 1995, bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Building included babies and grandparents, workers at their first days on the job and those on the verge of retirement.

One woman was seven months pregnant with her first child. Another had had her wedding four days earlier. One baby had celebrated her first birthday the day before. In addition to those who lost their lives, 500 people were injured. Countless others lost friends and relatives.

According to the federal theory, to which the news media ascribed without question, the bombing in Oklahoma City, at the Alfred P. Murrah Building on April 19, 1995, was the work of American dissidents bent on a violent overthrow of the government. Congress responded by immediately enacting legislation to give the government unprecedented latitude with the invasion of individual privacy.

All evidence actually points to a well planned, sophisticated government operation put into motion months earlier, with a massive cover-up controlled by the U. S. Justice Department, and carried through and beyond the "Star Chamber" charade of trials in Denver in 1997.

Pat Shannan's documentary of startling facts never made public by the establishment news media about the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Building in Oklahoma on April 19, 1995. This video contains interviews of witnesses, investigators, experts, and other revealing facts the public needs to know and never was revealed by the news media. It was professionally recorded in Oklahoma City and various other locations around the nation.

Unresolved Death In Oklahoma By Michael A. O'Camb - For Immediate Distribution 7-24-98

In the first minutes and hours following the blasts that devastated the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in downtown Oklahoma City, the morning of April 19, 1995, a number of selfless individuals risked life and limb to rescue many of the victims. Among them were Oklahoma City police officers, Terrance Yeakey, Gordon Martin and Ken Griffin, a number of Oklahoma City firefighters, Dr. H. Don Chumley, G.S.A. employee Mike Loudenslager and others.

In the aftermath of the "bombing" the name Mike Loudenslager holds particular significance in the hearts of many families in and around Oklahoma City. And this is so, because of the forewarning he gave to a number of those who had children in the Murrah Building's day-care center. In the weeks preceding the bombing, G.S.A. employee, Michael Loudenslager, 48, became increasingly aware that large amounts of ordnance and explosives were in the building and strongly urged (along with the operator of the day-care center) a number of parents to take their children out of the Murrah Building.

This situation arose after other employees became concerned with an increased amount of ordnance (missiles) being brought into the building by the B.A.T.F. and D.E.A. As a result of this concern, a grievance was filed with G.S.A. by the building's security director. The result was, the man who had complained lost his job there. Then, after the operator of the day-care center (the security director's wife) notified the fire marshals after some remodeling had been done (as her license required her to do), the fire marshals were denied access to do their inspection by federal agents and told to leave! And the day-care operator lost her contract.

As a result of this (fearing the worst with all the talk around town of a possible bombing), Mike Loudenslager and the day-care center operator then told many of the parents to get their children out. And, because of their warnings, far fewer children were in the day-care center on that horrible Wednesday morning than there otherwise would have been. A number of families, in and around Oklahoma City, have these two people to thank for their children's lives today.

Shortly after the bombing, Michael Loudenslager was actively helping in the rescue and recovery effort. A large number of those at the bomb-site either saw or talked with him. During the course of the early rescue efforts, however, Mike Loudenslager was seen and heard in a very "heated" confrontation with someone (there). Much of his anger stemmed from the fact he felt the B.A.T.F. was in large part responsible not only for the bombing, but for the death and inury to those inside, including all the children.

To the absolute astonishment of a large number of police officers and rescue workers, it was later reported that G.S.A. employee Mike Loudenslager's body had been found inside the Murrah Building the following Sunday, still at his desk, a victim of the 9:02 A.M. bombing! This, mind you, after he'd already been seen alive and well by numerous rescue workers at the bomb-site AFTER the bombing! He is also officially listed as one of the 168 bombing fatalities.

The question now becomes: Was he murdered and placed at his desk by federal agents? Or was he just simply murdered by them and SAID to have been found at his desk? Access to the inside of the building, from shortly after the bombing onward was extremely limited to nearly all but federal employees by the F.B.I.

His death is UNQUESTIONABLY the most important sidelight of the Oklahoma City bombing. Mike Loudenslager's murder, most assuredly was one of the major factors leading to the demise of both Dr. H. Don Chumley and later Terry Yeakey!

For whatever reason, the Oklahoma City Police Dept. has always down-played Officer Terry Yeakey's presence at the Murrah Building the morning of April 19, 1995, even though a large number of Oklahoma City police officers, firefighters, emergency personnel and survivors KNOW he played a much larger role in the early rescue-effort than he's given credit for.

In an effort to cover up Mike Loudenslager's murder and to intimidate others who were there early-on that morning, someone has taken out a number of internal witnesses. Dr. Don Chumley AND Terry Yeakey, both, besides being at the Murrah Building that morning, shared one other commonality. Each at the time of his "death" was attempting to deliver EVIDENCE concerning the fact Mike Loudenslager was alive and well AFTER the bombing, and also to get certain other facts out about the "bombing" as well.

In Terry Yeakey's case he thought he was delivering evidence and information to a multi-county task force who would help get the truth out. That's how he was set-up. In Dr. Chumley's case, he was killed, some months earlier, when his personal jet aircraft "crashed" while attempting to do the same thing.

Were the deaths of Jack Colvert, Jackie Majors and Buddy Youngblood also directly related to the cover-up of Mike Loudenslager's murder? Each of them had been at the Murrah Building that morning and each had also seen Mike Loudenslager ALIVE and well after the bombing.

Others who were there that morning have also felt threatened. Officer Gordon Martin, for one, feels at least two attempts on his life have been made. Other police officers and emergency services personnel fear for their personal safety as well. And while all this goes on, the moguls of the major-media remain silent! The so-called "fourth pillar of democracy" - the press - once again falls flat on its face, foresaking its sacred duty to REPORT THE NEWS. Remember, Hell is just as hot for those who go there for sins of OMISSION as those who go for sins of COMMISSION!.

Another interesting case of "suicide" in Oklahoma, since the bombing, is that of Kenneth Trentadue, who as the result of violating conditions of his parole in California, was re-incarcerated and sent to a federal (transfer) facility in Oklahoma. Mr. Trentadue, the brother of a prominent Salt Lake City, Utah attorney, supposedly committed suicide by hanging himself. But in actuality managed to commit a "suicide" very similar to TerryYeakey's (minus the gunshot-wound-to-the-head). Only Kenneth Trentadue's was committed with knotted or "braided" bedsheet, barely long enough to fit around his neck in a "suicide-proof" prison cell.

THE SALT LAKE TRIBUNE later reported the trustees who cleaned Mr. Trentadue's cell after his "suicide" found copious amounts of blood inside. This included bloody fingerprints up a wall, to within a few inches of a "panic button" on or near the ceiling. This certainly is not consistent with hanging.

When his family was contacted by prison officials and informed of his "suicide", they were asked if they wanted his remains cremated. They indicated they did not, and after a very difficult time and much red-tape, the body was finally shipped back to them.

Being very skeptical as to a suicide, family members removed the mortuary make-up and were shocked to find part of his skull crushed, his knuckles damaged, bruises, puncture-and-slash-wounds over a good portion of his body (including the soles of his feet) and his throat slashed. Boot heel marks were apparent around the right eye and on his chest. All evidence points to the fact Kenneth Trentadue was subdued after a fight - brutally beaten, tortured and murdered!

(Update: THE SALT LAKE TRIBUNE, Sat. July 11, 1998 - states M.E. says Trentadue death "suicide"!). This case is "supposedly" being looked into by U.S. Sen. Orrin Hatch.

Former 7-term U.S. Rep. George Hansen of Idaho and his organization, The United States Citizens Human Rights Commission, IS, however, actively pursuing it.

Former Rep. Hansen was himself unjustly convicted and imprisoned and spent a number of years literally as a political prisoner in the federal penal system until his case was finally decided by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Many Americans who are familiar with the Trentadue case see a chilling similarity between Officer Terry Yeakey's "suicide" and Kenneth Trentadue's. Especially when each occurred in such close proximity to the other, in and around El Reno and Oklahoma City, AFTER the bombing.

Like Terry Yeakey, Kenneth Trentadue, (although smaller) was also a powerfully-built man. He lifted weights regularly, had a 19-inch neck and was a street-fighter with street savvy. In short, he knew how to take care of himself.

Many now wonder if Kenneth Trentadue might have had information regarding the Oklahoma City bombing, or its aftermath, that certain agents wanted him taken-out for. And many also wonder why a man re-incarcerated for violating his parole would REQUEST solitary confinement. What was Kenneth Trentadue afraid of?

Could the murder of Murrah Building G.S.A. employee Michael Loudenslager and the subsequent cover-up be the reason for (many of) the unresolved deaths in Oklahoma since the bombing? A growing number of Americans certainly think so.

http://www.okcbombing.net/News%20Articles/Editorials/mike_laudenslager.htm

The terror loosed in Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995, was created by criminals and murderers directed by and paid for by the federal government. This is the only conclusion that can be reached by a calm analysis of the facts.*

The case of Sgt. Terry Yeakey is only one of a myriad of dramatic stories that could be told—stories just waiting for Hollywood, but out of bounds for public consumption.

It has been nearly 10 years since Oklahoma City’s Murrah building was blown apart one quiet April morning. Contrary to news reports, the persons found guilty and sentenced for the Murrah bombing atrocity could not have been solely responsible. An Oklahoma City police sergeant became aware of this before anyone else, apparently during the first hour of rescue. He paid for that discovery with his life.

Yeakey, an African-American hero if there ever was one, was a giant of a man with a heart as big as the rest of him. As the first cop on the Murrah building scene following the explosions, he became a crusader for truth. There is a memorable news photo of his 6-foot, 3-inch, nearly 300-pound frame sprinting down NW 5th Street toward the building on one of the many rescue missions he performed that ugly day. He worked for 48 hours without sleep.

After numerous private investigators produced evidence of multiple explosions, unexploded bombs being hauled away by the authorities, and the incapability of an ammonium nitrate fuel oil bomb to cause the kind of devastation seen in downtown Oklahoma City, a giant government cover-up became obvious.

But Yeakey knew it long before the rest of us. Only a couple of hours into the rescue, Yeakey became painfully aware of something disturbing. Did he somehow figure out that the building had been blown from the inside and that the news reports were fabrications?

Did he overhear a strange conversation from some of the many Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) agents who were on the scene sooner than they should have been?

Whatever it was, Yeakey was upset. He called his wife that morning crying, “It’s not true. It’s not what they are saying. It didn’t happen that way.”

Yeakey ran back and forth into that concrete mess of bricks and mortar all day long and continued beyond exhaustion, far into the night.

In a cadre of heroes that day, Yeakey’s performance was outstanding. On May 11, the following year he was scheduled to receive the Medal of Valor from the Oklahoma City Police Department (OCPD). He never got it. He was murdered on May 8, 1996, in the country, two and a half miles west of the El Reno Penitentiary. His body was found a mile from his blood-soaked car.

The official report said “suicide.” However, many people who knew Yeakey have questioned that, as the inside of Terry’s private automobile was described by witnesses as looking like someone had “butchered a hog” on the front seat. There was much blood on the back seat, too, but little or none where his body was found a mile away.

More suspiciously, his private bombing reports were missing from his car and have never been found.

According to the report, while still inside his Ford Probe that he had parked on a lonely country road, Yeakey slashed himself 11 times on both forearms before cutting his throat twice near the jugular vein. Then, apparently seeking an even more private place to die, he crawled 8,000 feet through rough terrain and climbed a fence before shooting himself in the head with a small caliber revolver, which he apparently took with him to the hereafter.

Independent investigators speculated that had Yeakey shot himself with his own gun, a Glock 9mm, there would have been significantly more damage to his head than was evident.

What appeared to be rope burns on his neck, handcuff bruises to his wrists, and muddy grass embedded in his slash wounds strongly indicated that he had some help in traversing his final distance.

However, the information about the victim undergoing a violent beating prior to his “suicide” was left off the medical examiner’s report.

The bullet’s entrance wound was in the right temple, above the eye. It went through the policeman’s head and exited in the area of the left cheek, near the bottom of the earlobe line. The trajectory was from a 40-45 degree angle above his head. There were no powder burns.

According to unnamed officers, 40 or more law enforcement personnel were at the scene combing the area for the “suicide” weapon, but were unsuccessful for more than an hour.

But after an FBI helicopter landed at the scene carrying FBI SAC Bob Ricks, “Yeakey’s weapon” was suddenly discovered only five minutes later. Of course, it was not Yeakey’s police issue handgun, and the description of the weapon has never been made public, but the official record immediately became that of “suicide.”

One of the last people Yeakey talked to was a friend who knew he was on a mission of private investigation. Yeakey had told him that he was on his way to El Reno to check out something, but first he had to shake the FBI agents who were following him.

He reportedly stopped at a café in El Reno and spoke with a friend and had either lunch or coffee there around noon. His body was found at 1:30 p.m. the same day, yet his family was not notified until the following day on May 9.

Tonya Yeakey, the mother of his children, later reported in a radio interview that Yeakey had shared a secret safe deposit box with Dr. Charles Chumley at one of the downtown Oklahoma City banks. Despite denials by OCPD officials, Mrs. Yeakey maintains that Yeakey and Chumley were friends even before the bombing and that they had conferred several times regarding pictures from the scene and the distorted truth of the official story.

She suspects that the bank box contained incriminating pictures, but the private bank box in mention was closed and its contents emptied immediately after Yeakey’s death. Mrs. Yeakey does not know who authorized it, and whatever contents were there have never surfaced.

Chumley had only worked side by side with Yeakey during those first hours and days of rescue, but also had defied the federal officers at the scene who reportedly attempted to have him falsify reports.

Chumley, a private pilot, had also died mysteriously when his plane went into a nosedive from 6,000 feet into a cabbage field following a takeoff from Amarillo in August 1995. FAA investigators found “nothing mechanically wrong” to cause such a bizarre accident and it remains a unsolved.

Including Chumley and Yeakey, there have been more than 30 suspicious deaths of witnesses who harbored information pertinent to the truth in the OKC case. During recent decades, much of the FBI has earned the reputation of being more of a government protectorate than an efficient investigative agency.

Although the Yeakey incident occurred 30 miles away in a different jurisdiction, the investigation was quickly taken out of the hands of the El Reno police and the Canadian County sheriff and turned over to the OCPD and the FBI. No homicide investigation was conducted, and there was no autopsy.

The funeral director reported that the cuts described as “superficial” in the medical examiner’s report were so severe that they had to be sewn up to prevent leakage before the body could be embalmed.

One retired cop, who preferred anonymity, suggested that the strange hush-up of a cop killing was easily instigated by the FBI because of its knowledge of drug crimes within the ranks of the OCPD.

“It’s a hammer that [FBI agents] have held over our heads for a long time,” he said.

In an exclusive interview with American Free Press, Mrs. Yeaky said that her husband had been upset by something he had seen under the day care center during the rescue operation. He had wanted to go back and photograph it, but the officials would not let him onto the site again.

She said Yeakey had been ordered by his superiors at OCPD to rewrite his nine-page report to omit and alter certain facts and to condense it to but one page.

She said she was told by her husband’s superior, Lt. Joann Randall, in a brief but hostile telephone exchange, to “tell Terry that if the new report is not submitted by the end of the week, he will be put on reprimand.”

Mrs. Yeakey also said Yeakey was supposed to be decorated for his work as a rescue person, but didn’t really want the limelight. She said Yeakey felt the investigation was fraudulent and didn’t like the fact that the OCPD was honoring people who weren’t deserving.

Yeakey had told friends that he was going out of town to hide or secure “evidence of a cover-up of the bombing by federal agents.”

WHO KILLED TERRY YEAKEY? - by Pat Shannan

Most people today believe someone other than James Earl Ray shot Martin Luther King. They have judged the facts, not the standard news media spin. Someday the world opinion will do an about-face and swing in favor of another unjustly convicted man, Tim McVeigh. If AP and the talking heads would only report the truth about ANFO and its impotency, most of the thinking public would have to conclude that Tim McVeigh could not be guilty of murdering anyone. This is already a known fact, but the media are suppressing it. Contrary to news reports, the persons found guilty could not have been solely responsible. An Oklahoma City police sergeant became aware of this before anyone else, apparently during the first hour of rescue. He paid for that discovery with his life.

Terry Yeakey was a giant of a man with a heart as big as the rest of him. I wish I had known him. He was a crusader for truth. Whenever his name is mentioned, I think of the news photo of him sprinting down NW 5th Street toward the Murrah Building on another of the many rescue missions he performed that ugly day. In his blue uniform, he tends to remind us of a NFL linebacker about to put the sack on an unfortunate quarterback, but this is quickly overridden by the grave concern on the face of a policeman in a panic to save lives.

After numerous private investigators produced irrefutable evidence of multiple explosions, unexploded bombs being hauled away after the fact, and the complete and total incapability of an Ammonium Nitrate Fuel Oil (ANFO) bomb to cause the cause the kind of devastation seen in downtown Oklahoma City, a giant government cover-up became obvious.

Only a couple of hours into the rescue, Sgt. Terrence Yeakey became painfully aware of something disturbing. Did he somehow figure out that the building had been blown from the inside and that the news reports were baloney? Did he overhear a strange conversation from some of the many ATF agents who were on the scene sooner than they should have been? Whatever it was, Terry was upset. He called his wife that morning crying - the big ol' Teddy Bear of a guy was crying - and saying repeatedly, "It's not true. It's not what they are saying. It didn't happen that way." Terry Yeakey may have been the first to discover the sham.

He ran back and forth into that concrete mess of bricks and mortar all day long and continued beyond exhaustion, far into the night. He scraped and crawled and dug until his fingers bled and then kept digging some more. In a cadre of heroes that day, Terry's performance was outstanding. On May 11th, the following year he was scheduled to receive the Medal of Valor from the Oklahoma City Police Department. He never got it. He was murdered on May 8, 1996, in the country - two and a half miles west of the El Reno Penitentiary.

The official report said "Suicide," and anyone who believes an ANFO bomb destroyed Murrah and the other surrounding buildings will believe this. According to the report, Terry slashed himself eleven times on both forearms before cutting his own throat twice near the jugular vein. Then, apparently seeking even a more private place to die, he crawled another mile of rough terrain away from his car and climbed a fence, before shooting himself in the head with a small caliber revolver. What appeared to be rope burns on his neck, handcuff bruises to his wrists, and muddy grass embedded in his slash wounds strongly indicated that he had some help in traversing this final distance.

The bullet's entrance wound was in the right temple, above the eye. It went through the policeman's head and exited in the area of the left cheek, near the bottom of the ear lobe line. The trajectory was from a 40-45 degree angle above his head. There were no powder burns. No weapon was ever reported as found at the scene, but independent investigators speculated
that had Yeakey shot himself with standard police issue - a Glock 9mm or a .357 Magnum - his head would have been far more destroyed than it apparently was.

One of the last people Officer Yeakey talked to was a friend who knew he was on a mission of private investigation. Terry had told him that he was on his way to El Reno to check out something but first he had to shake the FBI agents who were following him. He was traveling in his private automobile, and witnesses said later that the inside looked like someone had "butchered a hog" on the front seat.

While political assassinations within American borders have become more prevalent in recent years, the ploy to place the blame on someone else - even the victim himself - is nothing new. Neither is the gullibility of the American public.

CONSIDER:

* June 12, 1963 -- Civil Rights and NAACP leader Medgar Evers is shot to death in the driveway of his home in Jackson, Mississippi. In the ensuing daylight hours, a high-powered rifle is discovered stashed in the brush near where the killer had lain in wait for the ambush.

* November 22, 1963 - President Kennedy is shot to death in Dallas, allegedly from the 6th floor window of the School Book Depository Building at Dealy Plaza. A high-powered rifle is found stashed behind boxes across the room on that 6th floor.

* April 4, 1968 - Dr. Martin Luther King is shot to death on the Lorraine Motel balcony in Memphis, allegedly from the rear window of a run-down flophouse across the street. A high-powered rifle is dumped two doors away at the front of the flophouse and recovered only minutes later.

Political assassinations and their perpetrators were beginning to take on a pattern of incredible stupidity, at least from the government's perspective and news media spin.

In all three cases, the FBI took charge of the investigations.

In all three cases, the bullets could not be matched to the guns.

In all three cases, evidence was suppressed and mysteriously disappeared.

In all three cases, the FBI became highly suspect.

In all three cases, the crimes were declared "solved," but the facts never meshed with the solutions, and grave doubt lingered about the guilt of the three "lone nuts" blamed for the murders.

With the recent passing of former Alabama Governor George C. Wallace, news reports reminded us of the five bullet wounds suffered by him in the May 15, 1972 attack by Arthur Bremer. Some reports reduced it to four at the time, while most avoided the issue entirely.

Here was the problem: Bremer emptied a five-shot, Model 36, Smith & Wesson snub-nosed revolver. Whether Wallace took only four hits or all five, who can explain the other three wounded people? A Wallace bodyguard and a Secret Service agent were seriously wounded and a female campaign worker was hit in the leg. Not even would Arlen Spector be foolish enough to try to create two or three "magic bullets" in this case, and the silence at the time was deafening.

Then those who subscribe to the university propaganda regarding the utter folly of even suggesting a dreaded conspiracy say, "Yeah, well, now I guess you're going to tell me that Sirhan Sirhan didn't kill Bobby Kennedy, either."

No, we won't say such a politically incorrect thing if you can tell us exactly how the powder burns got behind Senator Kennedy's right ear. Famed Los Angeles coroner Thomas Naguchi stated that the gun barrel would have had be within two inches to create the burns. Dozens of witnesses said Sirhan was never closer than "three to four feet." The FBI explained this away by claiming "Kennedy turned his head" following the initial shots, but all ignored the inexplicable powder burns. Then there is the problem with the eleven bullets (found in the walls and people) emerging from an 8-shot Iver Johnson revolver.

Sometimes the perpetrators can fool even their own users. Yes, Sirhan believes he killed Senator Kennedy just as Tim McVeigh apparently believes he blew up the Murrah Building. But the facts show that either supposition is totally impossible.

During the ensuing decades, the Federal Bureau of Investigation has fairly earned the reputation of being more of a Government Protectorate than an efficient investigative agency. One need only reference the cases in more recent years of Gordon Kahl, KAL 007, Tupper Saussy, George Hansen, the Weaver family, the mass murder of the Branch Davidians, the faked suicide of
Vince Foster, the Oklahoma City bombing(s), the farcical case against the Montana Freemen, and the likely shoot-down of TWA Flight 800 for confirmation of this on-going duplicity between government and news media.

Although the Yeakey incident occurred some thirty miles away in a different jurisdiction, the investigation was quickly taken out of the hands of the El Reno police and the Canadian County sheriff and turned over to the Oklahoma City Police Department and the FBI. No homicide investigation was ever conducted, and there was no autopsy.

In an interview with Terry's widow, Tonia Yeakey revealed that her husband had been very upset by something he had seen under the day care center on April 19th. He had wanted to go back and photograph it, but the officials would not let him onto the site again. The Oklahoma Bombing Investigation Committee (OKBIC) speculates that what Terry saw may have coincided with the possible evidence of another unreported bombing device uncovered by their "science people."

Mrs. Yeakey also said that Terry was supposed to be decorated for his work as a rescue person, but didn't want to be put in the limelight. Terry felt the investigation was fraudulent and didn't like the fact that the OKPD was honoring people who really weren't deserving of the honor.

Sgt. Yeakey had told friends that he was going out of town to hide or secure "evidence of a cover-up of the bombing by federal agents." It was his day off, and he was traveling in his private automobile. In his last known conversation, Terry reportedly told a friend that he "was being followed by the feds and had to shake them." Previously, his household had been
subjected to numerous threatening phone calls by persons unknown, threats which have not ceased even with his death.

Tonia Yeakey has moved five times in three years since the Oklahoma City tragedy. She continues to get intimidating letters and threatening phone calls. Since her husband's death, her home has been broken into and personal threats have been written on her living room walls. She remains in fear for her life, constantly seeking asylum, with no place to turn.

Sgt. Terry Yeakey was murdered, and just as with the absurd conclusions in
the Vince Foster case, the closing of the case as a "suicide" is ludicrous.

A NEW THEORY WITH OLD FACTS
by Pat Shannan

"All the evidence and expert opinion point to a conspiracy extending far beyond the involvement of McVeigh and Nichols; involvement that strongly suggests overt or covert actions on the part of federal agents without the knowledge of either McVeigh or Nichols," says Carl Worden, Liaison & Intelligence Officer of the Southern Oregon Militia. To at least a few million people, this is certainly not any hot news, but his revelation of a very suppressed news story prior to the 1995 Oklahoma City disaster may be. (See related story)

There were enough clandestine characters hanging around Oklahoma City during those days to fill a James Bond movie. ATF's paid informant Carol Howe had provided information that the Murrah Building was one of three potential targets. On April 6th, Cary Gagan gave U. S. Marshals in Denver the information that "a federal building would be blown up in either Denver or Oklahoma City within two weeks." Then, thirty-eight minutes before the blasts on April 19th, the Department of Justice in Washington received a telephone call pinpointing the Murrah Building.

THE ANFO BOMB

The prosecution built its whole case around a bomb allegedly made from a mixture of ammonium nitrate fertilizer and diesel fuel oil (ANFO). For a year or more prior to the Murrah blasts, BATF had been blowing up car bombs at the White Sands (New Mexico) Proving Grounds. According to Newsweek magazine (June 5, 1995), "This project, code-named `Dipole Might,' is designed to create a computer model to unravel terrorist car and truck-bomb attacks. By coincidence, an ATF agent assigned to `Dipole Might' happened to be in Oklahoma City on April 19th, working at the federal courthouse, which stands across the street from the Murrah Building." That agent, Harry Eberhart, called his Dallas office moments after the explosions to report an eruption of several thousand pounds of ANFO.

Yes, it was quite a coincidence! Newsweek didn't tell us that there had not been a reported ANFO crime in the U.S. since 1970, so this Operation Dipole was about as necessary as those $600 toilet seats purchased by the Pentagon a decade or two ago. Yet one of the operatives of Dipole just happens to be across the street in back of the scene at the precise moment of the multiple detonations and, with the X-ray vision of Superman, makes an immediate diagnosis and reports to his superiors the cause of the blast. From his position, even if he had been asleep at the first blast, it would have been almost impossible for him to have missed the multiple explosions which lasted a full ten seconds. Hundreds of other witnesses are aware of this, although many were coerced into changing their stories. None was called to the federal grand jury.

One has to wonder what facts Agent Eberhart used to form his convictions. Experts tell us that there are two identifying signatures from a blast of ammonium nitrate and fuel oil: One is fire, the other is a lingering nitrate gas. Neither was present at the Murrah Building, evidenced by the hundreds of rescue workers on the scene without gas masks. The only flames present were the automobile fires on the street and in the parking lot of the Journal-Record Building, directly across from the Murrah entrance. All of the facts notwithstanding, the first government fabrication was born, remained healthy, and was quickly growing to early maturity. The New American magazine and William Jasper have long referred to "the government's obstinate adherence to this tottering premise - in the face of monumental evidence to the contrary - to be one of the most troubling aspects of the case."

The first expert to go public with the ANFO discrepancies was USAF Brigadier General (ret.) Benton K. Partin. Sitting in his living room in Virginia and merely looking only at photos in Time, Newsweek, and U.S. News was enough to catch his discerning eye. The exposed rebar on the severed columns at the third floor level was adequate evidence for Partin. He knew that an air blast from a truck on the street could never remove reinforced concrete and steel. Then he noticed the remaining standing columns between the truck and the one taken out in the left center of the Murrah Building. He knew this was impossible, unless there were charges planted at the collapsed column.

Partin noted three such columns from the magazine photos and found a fourth by viewing expanded fire department photos on a later visit to Oklahoma City. Later study revealed the macabre evidence of a fifth charge having been detonated underneath the children's nursery on the second floor.

General Partin's credentials and military record are impeccable. Most of his 31-year career in the air force was spent in demolition. He headed up the USAF's Explosive Research Laboratory. If the FBI were really looking for the truth in this case, could they find a better expert witness than Ben Partin? The theory of the ANFO bomb exploding in a truck on the street and wreaking the kind of damage seen for blocks around is akin to a pea-shooter bringing down a spaceship.

Take it to the bank. There was an enormous explosion inside the Murrah Building. Hundreds of witnesses confirm the fact, and the evidence was/is everywhere. Even today, three and a half years later, the pock-marked buildings on Broadway (two and three blocks away, facing away from the blasts) and elsewhere attest to the fact that this massive damage throughout the immediate downtown area could not have been administered by a solitary ANFO explosion encapsulated inside a paneled truck.

A year ago following the McVeigh Star Chamber proceeding in Denver, I wrote that a better depicting title for our two-hour documentary on the subject ("Murder in the Heartland") might have been "Chimera in the Heartland." In Greek mythology, the chimaera was fire-breathing monster represented with the head of a lion, the body of a goat, and the tail of a serpent. By modern-day definition, a chimera is a creation of the imagination, an impossible and foolish fancy. Both would portray the case accurately -- The chimaera in Oklahoma City; and the chimera at the Denver trials.

In that video documentary, we laid out three possible scenarios, before settling on #3 - General Partin's - as being the most likely to have happened. #1 was disregarded almost as quickly as it was considered. The supposition that the truck bomb on the street ignited explosives stored by BATF and DEA on the 8th and 9th floors, which in turn decimated the floors beneath, violated as many or more laws of physics than the single ANFO bomb theory.

Theory #2 always had merit but was so hard to prove. How do you document evidence on a secret weapon about which maybe twelve people in the world have knowledge? We are talking about the "pineapple bomb" which had been brought to our attention by Ted Gunderson months before we began shooting the video in mid-August of 1995.

While in Las Vegas filming Gunderson, we got more details about this super bomb from a former CIA operative who understood how it worked and knew where it had been used in the past. He had only high praises for its inventor, Michael Riconosciuto, and lamented the fact that Michael had been "railroaded into prison to shut him up," and referring to the former child prodigy as "by far, the smartest man I ever met."

Michael Riconosciuto had literally grown up in the CIA. His father was an operative in the `50s and `60s. Michael was recruited for duty before he entered college at Cal Poly at age 17 and remained with "the company" for twenty-five years. Ted Gunderson had worked with him in the solving of no less than five murder cases during the 1980s. Much of Michael's research efforts since the mid-1970s had been spent on developing a super bomb. Immediately upon seeing the results of the Murrah explosion on television, he called his old friend Ted Gunderson in Las Vegas and said, "That was not ANFO. That was our bomb!"

According to Riconscuito, the type bomb detonated was an Electro-Hydrodynamic Gaseous Fuel Device, otherwise known in the inner circles as a Barometric Bomb. It has been classified as Top Secret due to the ease with which the bomb can be created. A piece to fit the confusion puzzle at Murrah might be found in the fact that the explosive is ammonium nitrate, which is detonated approximately ten seconds later in a secondary blast.

The complete assembly resembles a propane tank with a zig-zag shaped wedge surrounding the outside diameter of the tank. When the primary initial blast takes place, the top of the tank flies upwards and the bottom of the tank opens up into a flower petal shape. Immediately, the ammonium nitrate mixes with the shattered micro-encapsulated aluminum silicate to create an even more devastating explosion fuel cloud. This cloud is then energized with a high potential Electrostatic Field resulting in the creation of millions of microfronts. The cold cloud is the then detonated a

second time with another PETN charge, which was previously cushioned from the first blast due to a shock- absorbing cavity. This time the cold cloud ignites, creating a shock wave surpassing the traditional effects of TNT. The most astounding effect of this type of detonation is the immediate atmospheric overpressure, which has a tendency to blow out the windows of any structure within the vicinity of the blast.

(There were many survivors inside the Murrah Building who first felt a slight rumble, alerting some to take cover. The Water Board tape recording, replayed on our documentary video, depicts a definite "pop" some five seconds prior to the eruption.)

After the Las Vegas visit, I decided that the video of the Murrah Building mystery could not be complete without an interview with Michael Riconoscuito. Ted Gunderson agreed and set up the appointment. I met him at the Atlanta airport in September of `95, and we drove together to the federal lockup in South Carolina where Riconosciuto was being held on a thirty-year sentence for drug-possession - a charge which he, too, complains of being a phony one created only to remove him from circulation.

Meanwhile, Partin and Gunderson were in the midst of a talk show feud. Partin resented the intrusion into his bailiwick by a neophyte touting some unknown super weapon, while Gunderson, admittedly operating on limited and second-hand information, was convinced his sources were legitimate and that the CIA certainly could be harboring a secret weapon about which even the top brass of the USAF would not be aware. They reached a stalemate when Partin refused to go on the air anymore with Gunderson.

I was dumbfounded as everyone else. After talking with a dozen or more highly experienced munitions and detonation personnel - from farmers who had blown away stumps to Navy Seals who had sunken ships - I knew that a simple ANFO bomb had not wreaked this kind of havoc. General Partin's facts in evidence served to confirm what had been only theories of many others such as this writer who barely passed high school chemistry. But even those who flunked Physics and Logic could understand the Partin report. Apparently this group did not include the some 60 congressman and senators to whom Partin hand-delivered his eight-page letter on Capitol Hill. Only one had the courtesy to respond, said "It's too deep for me," and passed it on the FBI.

What if both Partin and Gunderson were right? How would it mesh? During our prison interview, I asked Michael Riconoscuito: Could there have been four of the super bombs placed at the strategic third-floor columns pointed out by General Partin?

"No way!" Michael responded unhesitatingly. "I was surprised there was so little damage as it was." His experience had taught him that a simultaneous detonation of four of the Barometric Bombs would have made downtown Oklahoma City look like a post-war Hiroshima and Nagasaki. He admits on camera that the CIA had used one in Beirut in 1984.

"Okay," I said. "Then let's say a single super bomb was on the third floor in between the front column damage and the center column damage pointed out by General Partin. How do you account for the numerous columns left standing, some even between the bomb [wherever you place it] and the collapsed columns? His reply was sincere but failed to convince me. "That's indicative of our bomb. It skips around and passes over. It also can be omni-directional or set low enough to encompass only a 15 degree pattern." In fact, we believed this revelation to be so confusing that to use it in the documentary would serve more to dilute than enhance his theory. We left it in the can.

For three-plus years, I remained satisfied that the building was blown from the inside and that the truck bomb was but a diversionary "firecracker" which might have removed a few windows at best. Then came the similar explosions at the embassies in Africa and the TV pictures, which looked like a re-run from April of `95. The talking heads said it was ANFO in a truck. Witnesses in the first reports (always watch for the early reports) said that they heard a "pop," followed six or seven seconds later by this tremendous and very familiar eruption appearing to go straight up through the building. One rescuer wondered out loud to a reporter, "How can we have dead people on the 14th and 15th floors from a truck bomb on the street?" FBI agents did not have to travel to Nairobi to know that a fertilizer bomb was not responsible for this catastrophe.

All the OKC discrepancies began creeping back. No OKC witnesses recalled seeing any other truck parts that fateful morning, except that dubious rear axle with the supposed VIN which allegedly directed the FBI to the Kansas rental agency and McVeigh. (Ford Motor Company wrote to Ted Gunderson that year saying that FORD does not put Vehicle Identification Numbers on its rear axles.) But where were the front seat, the yellow RYDER-lettered panel pieces, and the steering column? Surely ANFO could not disintegrate an engine block. And what blew that 12 x 30-foot crevice eight feet deep into the earth through the asphalt and concrete?

In 1997, pictures surfaced of a large Ryder truck parked in a small military compound and secured behind a Cyclone fence. Hawkers of the photos said they were taken in "early April of 1995, near Oklahoma City." Not exactly true. We found the man who was responsible. He is a charter pilot in Tulsa who prefers we not use his name and to do so would serve no useful purpose. This man had heard of the black helicopters and unmarked military convoys rumored to be moving around the country. In November of 1994, he was flying from Oklahoma City back into Tulsa when he noticed the aforementioned military installation beneath him. He grabbed his camera, fired a couple of shots, and promptly forgot about it. Not until long after the Murrah disaster did he happen to be combing through some of his old pictures when he noticed the yellow Ryder truck parked right there among all the unmarked army green!

Was this Ryder truck later blown up in the Oklahoma wilderness by Operation Dipole Might and were these the parts displayed in the Denver courtroom to further hoodwink the jurors? The small military compound outside of Tulsa was dismantled only days after the bombing. When the prosecution team hauled a half a ton of Ryder truck parts into the courtroom in Denver a short time later, we knew the likely significance of this second Ryder truck. No witnesses could remember seeing anything like these wrinkled remains on the streets of Oklahoma City. Had Harry Eberhart been playing his Dipole Might games in the country pastures, southwest of Tulsa in 1994-95? It now seemed likely. Why else did the prosecution team not show the Denver jury the surveillance tapes from the YMCA Building directly across the street from the Murrah entrance? The FBI had boasted that they had secured these tapes only hours after the incident and that they would "show everything."

That answer, too, became obvious: Exculpatory and damning. The tapes might have shown 1] someone other than Tim McVeigh emerging from the driver's seat of the truck; and/or 2] a very recognizable John Doe 2 (as witnessed) emerging from the passenger's side; and/or 3] the smoke first rising from the truck following the Barometric Bomb's initial "pop"; and/or 4] the Murrah Building erupting from the inside and blowing out at almost the precise second the truck is blown to smithereens by the second stage of the super bomb. Or maybe it would have shown a diversionary Ryder truck pulling away moments before the blasts and the source from the street being something else entirely.

Michael Riconoscuito was right about the super bomb but wrong about its placement. It was not in the building but on the street. With its direction reduced to 15 degrees and aimed directly out the right hand side of the truck toward the Murrah Building, we have the answer to why several witnesses saw what they described as "a rocket being launched upwards through the Murrah Building (African witnesses described the same scene in August of 1998).

But the real damage to Judge Al Murrah's namesake was provoked from the inside at the four columns at the third floor level where Gen. Partin said they were. Probably C-4 or C-5. These charges collapsed the six floors above right down upon the nursery on the second floor. Later evidence during cleanup showed a likely fifth charge had been placed underneath the second floor nursery, the remains of which were buried before pictures were taken. (This was the first disturbing evidence seen by OKC Police Officer Terry Yeakey, which led to his private investigation and eventually his murder. See related story.) All of this accounted for the huge indentation seen in news pictures at the left side of the front view, at least thirty feet east of the front door - the location of the alleged huge crater in the driveway.

ANFO was never a diversion in the truck. It was never a diversion anywhere. The super bomb in the truck along with the explosives inside the building, each acted as a diversion for the other. (There was no evidence of ANFO at the scene, and the FBI report that granules were found on Tim McVeigh's shirt proved to be a fabrication.) People didn't know what they saw and heard. Governor Frank Keating had it right (before someone told him to hush up) when he said the first day, "It was a highly sophisticated operation carried out by a highly sophisticated group of people." He never repeated it.

A few witnesses saw an unmarked helicopter hovering over the Murrah Building immediately after the explosions. One with whom I spoke in May of '95 described her experience. She worked on the twentieth floor of the Kerr-McGee Building, two blocks away and towering over Murrah. Debbie was in the hallway outside of her office when the building shook and one of her co-workers was knocked to the floor. After tending to her friend momentarily, ascertaining that there were no injuries, she ran to her office window to see the smoke cloud rising from the Murrah Building. Right there above it was a black helicopter. She estimated that no more than thirty seconds had passed.

"My goodness, how did the news media get here so fast," she exclaimed to anyone listening. Then she remembered that the TV news people fly around the city in white choppers with big call letters announcing which channel they represent. This was no news helicopter!

Was the real culprit actually in the helicopter above? Was the audible "pop" from the Barometric Bomb his cue to start counting? Did he then electronically detonate the charges inside the building at the moment the second blast went off inside the truck? Was the mysterious Harry Eberhart purposely stationed across the street for the sole purpose of releasing the ANFO lie to his home office and eventually the public? Was he the one who sent the earlier voice-mail message to his (unwitting?) ATF brothers, warning them "not to come to the office" that morning?

At the time, domestic anti-terrorism legislation was stalled in Congress. Richard K. Moore wrote: "In my opinion. . . . the goal of the OKC operation was to pass the Anti-Terrorism Bill without debate. If there had been debate, then the issues of constitutional liberties and the creation of a police state would have been raised in public debate. Our rulers prefer that the police state be implemented without the public noticing. By creating a climate of national hysteria, using a staged "terrorist attack," the Bill sailed through with no debate or discussion. Mission accomplished."

Just as with the Kennedy and King assassinations, all these are only a few of the detailed questions to which we will probably never have answers. Those few with factual information, should they come forward, would be under the same death sentence as the Terry Yeakeys of the world who wander onto that hallowed ground of truth.

Fed Informant Documents Treason in OKC Bombing
by Pat Shannan

As a self-confessed "international importer and domestic transporter," Cary Gagan, 54, admits that he is "no choir boy." But neither is he a cold-blooded killer, he is quick to add. As a government informant with an immunity grant, he took every step he could to help the federal government stop the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing, of which he had solid prior knowledge, but "they let it happen," says Gagan. "They" were the FBI, the United States Attorney, and many agents of the U. S. Marshals Service.

On March 13th, Mr. Gagan gave a two-hour deposition before a newly formed citizen's committee known as the Oklahomans for Truth. A court stenographer and videographer were present.

Upon viewing the tape, Denver Whistle Blower Stewart Webb said, "These well documented charges amount to no less than treasonous acts by those sworn to `defend and protect against all enemies foreign and domestic.' These people should be tried and, if found guilty, swiftly executed."

Prosecutors would later make a big noise about the ANFO bomb being built at Geary Lake State Park in Kansas. (Count 35 of the eventual indictment reads: "On or about April 18, 1995, at Geary Lake State Park in Kansas, McVEIGH and NICHOLS constructed an explosive truck bomb with barrels filled with a mixture of ammonium nitrate, fuel and other explosives placed in the cargo compartment of the rental truck.") But it is Cary Gagan's testimony that he, under instructions from a federal agent, delivered a mixer and what he believes to have been bombing materials to a service station in Dwight, Kansas on April 10th, nine days prior to the Murrah explosions.

A former acquaintance who happened to be in the right place at the right time - this time in March of 1994 - Gagan had again met two Middle Easterners named "Omar" and "Ahmad" for whom he had once performed some undercover favors while they all were involved in international "importing." In September, Omar, Ahmad, and a third, yet un-named conspirator paid Cary Gagan $250,000 to haul 15-20 timers and detonators across the border from Mexico. Six months into this new relationship, Gagan saw the blueprints of the Alfred P. Murrah Building in Oklahoma City spread out on the motel room desk and listened to a discussion "in either Arabic or another foreign language." Gagan speaks only English, but by this time realized that an attack was about to occur sometime in the near future.

On September 14, 1994, immediately after receiving the suitcase full of cash, Gagan went to the U. S. Marshals and obtained a grant of immunity from the United States Attorney, Henry Solano. He was allowed to keep the money and the immunity from prosecution was supposed to be in exchange for keeping the authorities informed. It may be the only grant of immunity in a domestic terrorism case in the history of America. The Justice Department would later regret having issued it and still has not washed the egg from its own face for doing so. But Cary Gagan went to work as a federal informant, thinking he would be able to prevent the upcoming terrorism. An opportunist, he was aware of federal statutes providing for between $500,000 and $2,000,000 in reward money for preventing an act of domestic terrorism.

Over the course of the next six months, Gagan was perplexed by the lack of interest in the information he was providing. No one was returning his phone calls - not the U. S. Attorney, not the Marshals, not the FBI. Nor could he understand why he was never polygraphed, a standard operating procedure for law enforcement officials before issuing immunity to informants.

"Even my attorney told me before I went in the first time, `Gagan, they're going to polygraph you,' and I said, `Fine, let's get after it. Let's just do it.' But they never did, and they're supposed to."

(After the building was blown out, Brig. Gen. Ben Patron and other demolition experts showed with graphic evidence beyond a reasonable doubt how the building was blown from the inside. At least four charges were detonated at strategic columns on the third floor level, dumping the higher floors into the second floor nursery. Gen. Partin emphatically asserts, "This is not conjecture, and it is not a theory. This is the way it the building came down." Gagan's testimony finally fingers a potential source.)

Next, the federales labeled Gagan as a "mental case," but even in this alleged state of dementia, he has litigated and prevailed over the Colorado Attorney General in recent court cases. Once, when he was in custody in a separate case, he was relegated to the funny farm for thirty days observation and tests. The results showed that he was of above average intelligence with no paranoia, etc., and capable of speaking for himself in courtroom argument. Indeed, he was. According to Gagan, the Attorney General had altered trial transcripts before passing the case on to the Appellate Court. The U. S. Supreme Court reversed the conviction in favor of Gagan on these grounds, but no disciplinary action was taken against the prosecutors, who settled with him out of court.

In October of 1995, grand jury member Hoppy Heidelberg was removed from duty without cause by Federal Judge David Russell. Of course, Heidelberg and all close observers knew the real cause was Heidelberg's persistence in asking too many sensitive questions about the Oklahoma City bombing case. He had sat on that jury since the previous January, three months prior to the explosions at Murrah.

Frustrated at the U. S. Attorney's reluctance to pursue anything which did not point toward the guilt of Tim McVeigh and Terry Nichols, Heidelberg had written a letter to Judge Russell outlining what was being ignored and should be investigated by that grand jury.

"I thought it was the grand jury's job to investigate, but I was learning more about this case from reading the newspaper and watching television than I was from sitting in on the closed sessions on the panel," Heidelberg says from his horse ranch today.

"Defiant Grand Juror Pulled From Okla. City Bombing Case," barked the front page of USA Today. Following Heidelberg's 2-page letter citing 11 pivotal points of neglected investigation, Judge Russell responded with one curt paragraph: "Effective immediately, you are dismissed from the grand jury. Your obligation of secrecy continues. Any disclosure of matters that occurred before the grand jury constitutes a contempt of court. Each violation of the obligation of secrecy may be punished cumulatively. Sincerely, David L. Russell, United States District Judge."

When it became evident that the second impaneled grand jury in OKC was going to be another whitewash, the non-profit corporation named "Oklahomans for Truth Committee" was formed by Heidelberg, who was now more "defiant" than ever to get to the truth. In the fall of last year, he also ran an ill-financed campaign for governor, in hopes of meeting Gov. Frank Keating in debate, but it was not to be. On election day, Heidelberg's vote count was insignificant.

Only hours after the Murrah explosions, Gov. Keating was seen on national television announcing the fact that unexploded bombs had been discovered and were hauled from the Murrah Building for examination. He confidently assured Americans that all of these bombs carry "signatures" and as soon as the experts could examine them, "We will know exactly who is responsible for this." He has never mentioned this in a public statement again.

Later, when confronted with the evidence that the bombs could not have been ANFO, Keating responded to a reporter, "I really don't care if the bomb was fertilizer or not, it's irrelevant to me!" (With reference to the murdered Branch Davidians in Waco, Keating is reported to have also insensitively stated, "If you expect me to feel sorry for those people, I'm not. Those people, including the 17 children, got everything they deserved." Reported by Louis O'Neal from conversation in the Governor's office.)

This very important point is not irrelevant to Hoppy Heidelberg and the Oklahomans for Truth. If the bomb was not fertilizer - and experts continue to point out that it certainly was not - then the conviction and death sentence of Tim McVeigh is a travesty of justice. But Keating, formerly an FBI agent, federal prosecutor, and high-ranking BATF official in Washington, has been mending public relations fences for the government ever since his slip of the tongue on April 19th 1995. The same man who publicly announced that "this was a very sophisticated operation by a very sophisticated group of people," soon was cheering the convictions of two very unsophisticated farm boys. "These two bottom-crawlers pulled this off and there is nothing more to be said - except that they should be convicted and executed as quickly as possible." (Los Angeles Times, 1/28/96, 15 months before the trial McVeigh trial began.)

A recent raid on the one-time home of Terry Nichols has uncovered more evidence implicating federal agents in the bombing of Oklahoma City's Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building on April 19, 1995.

A source has told AFP that bomb components discovered at the former home of the OKC bombing accomplice have been linked to a federal informant who investigators believe lied during the trial of Timothy McVeigh, who was executed after his conviction in the bombing.

There are now serious allegations that the FBI, using an informer as a conduit, supplied McVeigh and Nichols with the blasting components the two used to construct explosive devices, one of which may have been employed in the tragic Oklahoma City bombing.

Although there was much recent media hoopla surrounding the March 31 FBI raid on Nichols's vacant home in Herington, Kan., the entire story, which is not being told by the mainstream media, suggests evidence of federal government complicity in events leading up to the OKC tragedy.

While the media reported that previously undiscovered explosives were found on the raid at Nichols's home, adding further fuel to widespread public belief that Nichols, and McVeigh, were solely responsible for the OKC bombing, there's much more to the story than meets the eye.

In fact, AFP has learned that Nichols himself apparently leaked the information about the previously undiscovered cache in his Kansas home.

Why Nichols did so is the real story behind the story that the media seems to be keeping under wraps. Nichols's apparent goal in sharing this information was to provide information not only to bust the man who allegedly supplied the material, an FBI informant named Roger Moore, Nichols being certain that Moore's fingerprints would be on the material, but also to expose the FBI's role in supplying Moore the material in the first place.

Those familiar with the details of the case say Nichols has evidently come to conclude, as have many independent investigators, that he (Nichols) and McVeigh were being manipulated prior to the bombing by federal authorities in what was intended to be a 'sting' the feds would use as proof of their skill in tackling domestic terrorist threats from radical right wing extremists.

However, it is believed, the sting went awry, possibly manipulated by others outside the loop, and the bombing occurred.

Now, in prison for life, Nichols evidently hopes to expose the role that Moore and his live-in girlfriend, Karen Anderson, played in the events.

Moore and Anderson gave testimony in the federal trial, helping to convict Nichols. But independent investigators have said all along contradicting the FBI's reliance on Moore and Anderson that their testimony was obviously perjured.

Subject: Re: Terry Nichols -- Herington explosives cache -- Federal grand jury
Date: Wed, 15 Jun 2005 00:04:33 -0400

A second source reports that Terry Nichols was taken from Florence ADMAX on Thursday, 9 June, to appear before a grand jury in Denver. It is claimed that Nichols' attorney, Brian Hermanson, was physically present in Denver and available for consultation with Nichols. Questions focused on "others" involved in OKC bombing. While Nichols initially was somewhat responsive, he changed his stance when he concluded that he was being "manipulated," specifically when the questioning purposefully avoided Roger Moore and Karen Anderson. This is apparently the point at which he refused to respond to questions other than those of a congressional committee. For obvious reasons, Nichols is not concerned with a contempt-of-court citation. Nichols apparently claims that he has "proof" (documents in a safe) of the involvement of various TDs ("Top Dogs") behind McVeigh, including one TD who occupies a high position in the US govt.

While I am inclined to credit the potentially verifiable "facts" (Denver, 9 June, grand jury, Hermanson's presence), I have no opinion on other claims (focus of questioning, TDs, etc.)

FYI, a source (close to members of Terry Nichols' family) has reported to a colleague that Nichols was recently (last week, possibly) called as a witness by a federal grand jury. The grand jury was apparently inquiring into the Herington explosives cache and, inter alia, questioned Nichols about Greg Scarpa, Jr. Nichols claims that he refused to testify, said that he would speak only in response to a Congressional subpoena. Nichols apparently fears that the FBI has put out the word at Florence ADMAX that he has become a "snitch" and that his life is in danger as a result. [Note that there have been two inmate killings at Florence ADX in the last couple of months, the first in its decade-plus history.]

http://www.mail-archive.com/cia-drugs@yahoogroups.com/msg00241.html

On 31 March and 1 April the FBI recovered a hidden cache of explosive components at 109 South 2nd Street, Herington, Kansas.

On 1 March 2005 I notified staff of Congressman Delahunt (letter attached) and the FBI (telephone call and faxed copy of the Delahunt letter) of the existence of a cache of hidden explosive components anticipated to be recovered and used in a future act of domestic terrorism, possibly on 19 April 2005. On 3 and 4 March the FBI refused to accept details of this cache (location, contents) from the primary informants, Florence ADMAX U.S. Prison inmates Gregory Scarpa, Jr., and Emilio Bravo.

On 10 and 11 March my colleague Angela Clemente and I visited Scarpa, Jr., obtained the details (detailed information on the contents of the cache and its location within a house at 109 South 2nd Street, Herington, Kansas) and immediately provided these, via an intermediary, to homeland security officials. On 22 March, via another intermediary, we provided this information to officials of the National Security Council and the Department of Homeland Security (receipt acknowledged in each case), and on 23 March we also notified staff of Congressman Rohrabacher (letter attached).

Below you will find concise but yet complete, comprehensive account this astonishing affair.

The press has, essentially, been as adament as the FBI in its refusal to acknowledge the true story here. My final notes to several cognizant reporters are also attached. An excerpt:

Over the course of the past week (in fact, earlier), (a) Scarpa and Bravo should have been moved from Florence ADMAX (where they are receiving repeated, and sincere, death threats) to a secure witsec facility, and (b) heads should have rolled, especially at the FBI. But, in fact, the true story continues to be ignored or covered up, by members of Congress with whom we have been in contact, by DoJ, by FBI, ..., and by the press.

I had thought that, when Scarpa and Bravo are killed at Florence, this entire affair would finally explode into public view. Now, I think that this consumation is precisely what the FBI et al. most devoutly wish. The murders will be entirely ignored, as will the underlying story of FBI incompetence, sloth, venality, ... And the cognizant (responsible and culpable) officials will continue plodding toward their promotions and eventual (inflated) pensions.

This egregious case demands an intensive inquiry by your office, preceded by action to secure the safety, in fact, lives, of Gregory Scarpa, Jr., and Emilio Bravo.

I am prepared to assist you in any appropriate manner. You may reach me at 906-370-9993.

A close analysis of Terry Nichols and Ramzi Yousef timelines creates a compelling, if still circumstantial, case — and offers clues to where the smoking guns may be found

By J.M. BERGER
INTELWIRE.com

In November 1994, Terry Nichols and Ramzi Yousef both walked on the grounds of the same college campus in the Philippines.

Whether their paths crossed is a question that dogs researchers.

But their respective itineraries are separated sometimes by a matter of yards, feet or even inches, within a span of days, hours and sometimes minutes.

http://intelwire.egoplex.com/nichols022004.html

A Philippine undercover operative and one of his wives claims that Terry Nichols, later convicted for the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995, meets with al-Qaeda bomber Ramzi Yousef in the Philippines at these times. The operative, Edwin Angeles, was the second in command in the militant group Abu Sayyaf from 1991 to 1995 while secretly working for Philippine intelligence at the same time (see 1991-Early February 1995). In 1995, after the Oklahoma City bombing, he will claim in a videotaped interrogation that in late 1992 and early 1993 there are meetings in the southern Philippines between Yousef, Nichols, and a second would-be American terrorist named John Lepney. There are additional meetings with the same people and others in late 1994. For about a week, Angeles, Yousef, Nichols, and Lepney, are joined by Abdurajak Janjalani, the leader of Abu Sayyaf, two members of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF), Abdul Hakim Murad and Wali Khan Amin Shah (both of whom are working with Yousef on the Bojinka plot (see January 6, 1995), and a half-brother of Yousef known only by the alias Ahmad Hassim (this is a probable reference to Yousef’s brother Abd al-Karim Yousef, who is living in the Philippines at the time). Elmina Abdul, Angeles’ third wife, will add additional details about these 1994 meetings in a taped 2002 hospital confession to a Philippines reporter days before her death. She only remembers Nichols as “Terry” or “The Farmer” and doesn’t remember the name of the other American. She says, “They talked about bombings. They mentioned bombing government buildings in San Francisco, St. Louis, and in Oklahoma. The Americans wanted instructions on how to make and to explode bombs. [Angeles] told me that Janjalani was very interested in paying them much money to explode the buildings. The money was coming from Yousef and the other Arab.” [Gulf News, 4/3/2002; Insight, 4/19/2002; Manila Times, 4/26/2002; Insight, 6/22/2002]

Last November 17th, Indianapolis Star writer James Patterson wrote a story on the Davis-Vogel-OKC-Ashcroft developments that was picked up nationally by the Associated Press. In the article, entitled "Missing evidence from Oklahoma City," Patterson wrote: "The FBI doesnt want to talk about it, but the evidence keeps mounting. Critical evidence that several Middle Eastern men may have been connected to the Oklahoma City bombing appears to have been kept from the public by the FBI."

"Officially, the FBI has dismissed the possibility of a John Doe No. 2, an olive-skinned man whose sketch they released immediately after the bombing, or other suspects," said Patterson. "But current and former FBI agents in Oklahoma City say they received documents pointing to another person or even a cell of Middle Eastern operatives. At a minimum, Congress should question one former FBI agent who says he obtained 22 affidavits and more than 30 witness statements describing sightings of Middle Easterners with McVeigh."

The Star article states that FBI "agents believe if that evidence had not been suppressed by the FBI, it could have helped uncover plans leading to the Sept. 11 attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon." Patterson quotes an unnamed former FBI agent as stating: "We did have some Oklahoma connections to the events in Washington, D.C., and New York City. We did find out that one of these individuals was trying to take flight training at a Norman [Okla.] flight instruction school."

On May 10, 2005, attorney Jesse Trentadue gave a lengthy interview that was broadcast on KTOK talk radio news in Oklahoma City.

Trentadue made the following allegations and described his proof for the allegations:

McVeigh was trained at Elohim City in far Eastern OK by an FBI informant and operative in how to build the bomb used to blow up the Murrah building that killed 168 people on April 19, 1995.

McVeigh funded the OKC bombing with monies stolen from Midwest bank robberies that were directly aided by an FBI informant and operative, a member of the Midwest Bank robberies, and another individual who operated out of the FBI controlled Elohim City operation.

The FBI was directly complicit in the OKC bombing and the murder of 168 US citizens and was actively covering up the FBI involvement using a US Senator to continue the coverup. US Republican Senator Don Nickles from OK agreed to help the FBI cover up the murder of Jesse Trentadue’s brother, Kenneth Trentadue at the OK Federal prison transfer center in OK in 1996 in order to also help cover up the FBI role in causing the OKC bombing. Trentadue has Freedom of Information Act request documents that reveal Senator Nickels criminal coverup role.

Trentadue cited a Federal judge ruling just announced that ordered the FBI to do a more thorough search of FBI records on the Kenny Trentadue murder, but not of the OKC bombing case which the FBI and DOJ have announced has been closed. The Federal judge gave the FBI until June 15, 2005 to complete its search. The judge excoriated FBI director Mueller. The judge accused the FBI of lying about FBI records in court related to Kenneth Trentadue’s murder and the OKC bombing. The FBI also had filed an appeal with a Federal court trying to limit the requirements of the freedom of information act law to only allow one search of documents even though it was proven that the FBI is intentionally hiding documents in a separate facility, not logging many of these documents in FBI computer databases and misspelling names so they cannot be located in computer searches of FBI documents.

THE SECRETS OF TIMOTHY McVEIGH
by Sherman H. Skolnick 06/15/01

Shackled and hand-cuffed to major financial forces, the moguls of the monopoly press believe the secrets of Timothy McVeigh ended when he ended. And the stooges, masquerading as our leaders, governing nowadays without our consent, are inclined to believe that as well.

What they did not realize is that some of their supposed confidential conversations were not that hush-hush. Were overheard and noted, even apparently taped. What did they know and not tell us? Information confirmed to them as correct but kept from the common people?

[1] That the American secret political police had McVeigh under video and audio scrutiny from at least thirty days prior to the multiple bombings on April 19, 1995, of the Alfred P. Murrah Building.

[2] McVeigh was surveilled in Kansas and Oklahoma in the company of two middle-eastern types, partly disguised. As known to the FBI , the American CIA, and other espionage agencies, foreign and domestic, his two handlers accompanied him in a late model four-wheel drive pick-up truck.

[3] As these agencies corroborated, McVeigh's supervisors were actually Iraqi military officers, from intelligence units, quietly brought into the United States at the end of the brief Persian Gulf War, 1991. They were part of more than four thousand of the same, supposed defectors, arranged by then President George Herbert Walker Bush. The Elder Bush, many do not know, for the decade of the 1980s, was the PRIVATE business partner of Saddam Hussein, the Iraqi strongman. Together, they shared billions and billions of dollars of kick-backs and "protection" funds, from the weak oil sheikdoms of the Persian Gulf. A little known Chicago federal lawsuit was brought, in October, 1990, during the lead-up to the shooting war, to keep concealed the related bank records showing the clandestine partnership. The case involved the records of the Chicago unit of Italy's largest bank, owned in part by the Vatican, Banca Nazionale del Lavoro, BNL. The Federal Reserve Board wanted the House Banking Committee Chairman to agree never to use the records because he refused to sign a secrecy oath.

As the only journalist attending the court hearing, I interviewed some of the participants in the back of the courtroom.I asked and received identical answers three times, to be certain of the crucial data. They confirmed the Bush-Saddam relationship and the monstrous kick-backs from the sheikdoms. Only one publication, a populist newspaper, The Spotlight, penetrated the nationwide censorship and ran my exclusive story, August 19, 1991. The case was entitled People of the State of Illinois ex rel Willis C. Harris, Bank Commissioner vs. the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the House Banking Committee, No. 90 C 6863, in the U.S. District Court, and later heard in the U.S. Court of Appeals, 7th Circuit, Chicago. The three-judge federal appeals court panel was dominated by the infamous Chief Judge Richard A. Posner [(312) 435-5806] [Visit our website for our story "Chief Crook Enters Microsoft Case".] Posner and his virtual shadow, federal appeals Judge Frank H. Easterbrook [(312) 435-5808], although on the bench, continue to represent reportedly the billion dollar stock portfolio of the oil-soaked Rockefeller's University of Chicago, were they used to be law professors. [The two judges have reportedly failed to disclose the relationship in their mandatory annual Federal Financial Disclosure Report.]

As part of the cover-up, Chief Judge Posner ordered the Bush/Saddam/BNL case removed from the courthouse. Later, Posner and his shadow Easterbrook, as a reprisal for my reporting the case on my TV Show, unconstitutionally ordered me and a TV program associate of mine, Joseph Andeuccetti, barred from all the federal courtrooms in the 7th Circuit, Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. [The U.S. Supreme Court refused a remedy to this blatant First Amendment violation.]

[4] Of the more than four thousand Iraqi military officers brought into the U.S. by then President Bush, more than five hunded reside with their families in Lincoln, Nebraska, and two thousand with their families reside in Oklahoma City and right nearby.

[5] As actual cronies, although little known or understood, the Elder Bush and later as President, William Rockefeller Clinton, arranged for these supposed defectors to have housing, to be usefully employed, and to have other financial and related provisons, for the Iraqis and their families. Jointly, the Elder Bush and Clinton were in a position to know full well that some of these military officers were double-agents, trained in dirty bloody tricks. Little-known, the Elder Bush has reportedly been a major stockholder of a French firm, American LaFarge, which reportedly makes the ingredients for poison gas, supplied to Saddam Hussein. The Iraqi strongman, during the Iraq-Iran War, 1980 to 1988, used the poison gas against hordes of very young Iranian soldiers as well as against Saddam's own domestic dissidents, the Kurds. A director of American LaFarge has been Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Both the Elder Bush and Clinton knew, as Presidents, what the American common people generally do NOT know about the end of the Persian Gulf War. Namely, tens of thousands of Iraqi soldiers, mostly conscripts, were proceeding under a white flag of surrender when they were shot from behind, on the ground and from the air, as the U.S. Military had been ordered. Some estimate as many as 150 thousand young Iraqis were thus the victims of these War Crimes. Many still alive, were pushed by U.S. military bulldozers---Nazi-style---into mass graves in the desert. Under strict censorship, the U.S. pressfakers were not permitted to publish or air pictures of bodies, only miles and miles of blown up military trucks, tanks, and other Iraqi military equipment.

In the Islamic world, were the Oklahoma secrets known, they might correctly feel the Iraqis got justifiable revenge in causing, so far, the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil. Used were domestic dissident patsies and surrogates for Iraq which has been interwoven with the business affairs of the Bush family and Bill and Hillary Clinton, and Richard Cheney.

[6] As confirmed as to contents, by the FBI/CIA/intelligence agencies surveillance of Timothy McVeigh in the company of his Iraqi military officer handlers, McVeigh and his handlers carried around several suitcases. Some of them contained highly effective C-4 explosives. One suitcase contained a lower level sub-atomic device, known as "Red Mercury". The suitcase nuke had been developed by the Soviets and made available to their client-state, Iraq. The shearing off of the steel pillars of the Murrah Building was NOT done by a fertilizer truck-bomb from in front of the building. Rather, by devices in the parking section of the basement.

As reported by a researcher, "Jane Graham,a sixty year old Federal Housing Services employee, was on the ninth floor of the Murrah Building when she saw, heard and felt the rolling tremor of the building accompanied by a slow rumbling explosion. About 6 to 8 seconds later, she was struck by a much more powerful and sudden explosion that lifted the floors of the building straight up. About 3 hours after the explosions took place she saw and later obtained video recordings of the federals pouring wet concrete into the 25 foot crater in the basement of the Murrah Building. Even though she demanded to testify before the Grand Jury she was not allowed to do so. Nor was she allowed to testify at all concerning any of the proceedings surrounding the Oklahoma City Massacre. Many other witnesses report similar experiences. Most witnesses are too fearful to speak out." As sent to us by e-mail from Reinhold Sommerstedt wealthassure@earthlink.net, 6/8/01.

Independent persons, with radiation gauges, called Geiger Counters, tried to measure the radiation after the explosions, but were not permitted to get that close. In the past, I have been heckled for my exclusive stories that nuclear-type radiation residue, from tritium, was found and secretly measured by government operatives in the bombsite. Luckily or otherwise, what was discovered were left-overs of tritium. Unlike plutonium, tritium does not have a hundred-year or more "half-life", the period during which it can still greatly harm. Some contend the half-life of tritium is as little as thirty days.

Critical of the fertilizer truck-bomb theory, author David Hoffman in his book did state: An article in The Nashville Tennessean insists Saddam Hussein has been developing 220 pounds of Lithium 6 a year. Lithium 6 can be converted to TRITIUM, an essential ingredient in thermonuclear reactions." (Emphasis added.) And in a footnote " 'Iraq Also Worked on Hydrogen Bomb', Associated Press, quoted in The Nashville Tennessean, 10/9/91, as quoted in Charles T. Harrison, 'Hell in a Hand Basket The Threat of Portable Nuclear Weapons', Military Review, May, 1993." The Oklahoma City Bombing and the Politics of Terror, Feral House, original 1998 Edition, page 14.

[7] Before and after the apparent death of Timothy McVeigh, several persons, apparently family members of network newsreporters, and some reporters themselves, discussed some items mentioned here, with retired network reporters, Establishment journalists, retired FBI officials, news network bosses, and such. Apparently they did not know they were being overheard and in some instances taped. The conversations corroborate that the top honchos of the news networks in America knew about the FBI/CIA surveillance of McVeigh PRIOR TO THE BOMBINGS and were aware of the FBI/CIA audio/video taped surveillance. BUT the data was censored at the highest level of the U.S. Government and the monopoly press. Further, the discussions showed that the FBI/CIA have closed circuit video showing an Iraqi military officer supervising the one purporting to be McVeigh near the bombsite.

[8] In his heavily documented and detailed book, author David Hoffman raises questions that there may have been others posing as "Timothy McVeigh" and that "McVeigh" was under mind control. That is, that the bombings may have been orchestrated or allowed to happen as an espionage event. Several persons claiming to be "Timothy McVeigh", all staged apparent events, many miles apart, that someone would remember. All the while the person doing something very odd, emphatically proclaims "My name is Timothy McVeigh".

For many years suppressed in the U.S. and not allowed to be sold in bookstores had been a best-seller in various languages in Europe. In English, called "Farewell America", it was written by operatives of the French CIA under the pen-name "James Hepburn". They penetrated the plot against President John F. Kennedy but because of complex reasons, too many to list here, they did not see fit to warn him. The book shows how the American CIA used several persons, not all of them actually looking that much like Lee Harvey Oswald, staged odd events and commotions to bring attention to themselves, and then loudly and emphatically proclaimed "My Name Is Lee Harvey Oswald".

[9] Sarcastic sorts even raise the question Was the REAL "Timothy McVeigh" put to death? Or, for that matter, was ANYONE put to death in the death room at Terre Haute Prison on June 11, 2001? They say, if "McVeigh" were given a sedative to put him to sleep, and slumber, then how was it that at the end HIS EYES WERE OPEN?

[10] This item requires a little background. Little-known outside the news industry, the major radio news outlets, linked to the networks like in New York, have available several different news "menus" from the network. They are shown the menus just before the top of the hour so the local outlet news director can select. Sometimes they are ORDERED not to use certain items for their part of the nation. For a long time, during the night, California radio outlets of news networks, would use Menu One items, the best, sometimes revealing news items. Chicago radio stations on the other hand, would use only "soft-balls", Menu Five or further down than that. Funny thing, that has been recently reversed. For example, CBS Radio News during the night was putting on real hot stuff, about political assassinations and such. Why? The reporters were worried that their daytime bosses would go along with a merger with a foreign firm endangering the older reporters' pension rights and such. Thus Menu One was blackmail against the editors, against the would-be merger partner.

On the day "McVeigh" reportedly was snuffed, June 11, 2001, cbsnews.com on their website put the following sly statement "Media witnesses described McVeigh as having a nearly shaved head, LOOKING OLDER, and thinner than in previous encounters with the public" (Emphasis added.) Did CBS want to raise questions with sharp-eyed sorts that maybe the REAL McVeigh was not the one in the prison death room? Sort of Menu One blackmail? [A division of CBS has supplied equipment and trained personnel to the American CIA and the Pentagon for military and espionage games planning and such.]

[11] In a previous story, I raised some of the questions and answers of WHY. Such as, the Elder Bush and his secret business partnership with Iraqi strongman Saddam Hussein. Such as, Richard Cheney, a major stockholder of oil patch machinery supplier Halliburton, and recent CEO of the firm, secretly is supplying, through Halliburton foreign units, oil machinery and other items, in violation of national security and violation of the embargo. Such as, White House occupant and "resident" George W. Bush covering up the Oklahoma bombings to protect his father. Such as, Bush Family crony, Clinton, having perpetuated the cover up for various reasons.

So, some in key places somehow thought a lot of the above was hush-hush and not known to more independent sorts. Now they know better.

The popular conception was spun by the press corps like a clay urn: McVeigh, the volatile minute man, was so bitter after failing to make the Army's "elite" Special Forces, so stuffed full of the froth of the Turner Diaries, that he vented his rage on the Alfred Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City.

But Captain Terry Guild, McVeigh's' former platoon leader, told reporters that the failure to become a Green Beret left the Iraq War veteran "upset. Not angry. Just very, very disappointed." In the Army, he demonstrated a willingness to carry out orders, any orders. He trained on his own time while other soldiers languished in their bunks or caroused at the PX. As a civilian, Timothy McVeigh continued to dwell on the military. In 1992 he took a job with Burns International Security Services in Buffalo and was assigned to the security detail at Calspan, a Pentagon contractor that conducts classified research in advanced aerospace rocketry and electronic warfare. Al Salandra, a spokesman for Calspan, told reporters that McVeigh was "a model employee."

"He was real different," Todd Regier, a plumber, told the Boston Globe. "Kind of cold. He was almost like a robot."

Within a few months, his manager planned on promoting McVeigh to the supervisory level. But McVeigh's bitterness, once directed at the military, "was becoming directed at a much larger, more ubiquitous enemy." It was in Buffalo, as a civilian, that McVeigh's rage peaked. He complained that federal agents had left him with an unexplained scar on his posterior, implanted him with a microchip. It was painful, he said, to sit on the chip.

It's conceivable, given the current state-of-the-art in classified mind control technology, that McVeigh had been drawn into an experimental black project.

Jeff Camp, who worked as a guard with McVeigh in upstate New York after high school, told Newsweek that the bomber was "a very strange person. It was like he had two different personalities." The press has ignored the rise of mind control operations and technology, but electronic monitoring of the brain has been perfected in research laboratories more secretive than the military science units that once tested nuclear isotopes on crippled children.

The generals keep it close to their armored vests, but the miniature implantable monitor was declassified long ago. Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico, for instance, markets a sensor implant sealed inside a "hermetic biocompatible package" that runs on a tiny power coil, complete with a programmable sensor and telemetry circuits. Sandia's sales literature notes that the implant's design "is founded on technology originally developed for weapons."

The Pentagon's electromagnetic arsenal is cloaked by the "nonlethal defense" program the media has been busily selling as a "humane" alternative to conventional death-dealing conventional arms.

From the Pentagon's electromagnetic underworld came Timothy McVeigh, the "robotic" recruit obsessed with visions of Waco and Ruby Ridge. If he had indeed been implanted, McVeigh marched in step with a small army of glassy-eyed assassins.

No Programmed Killer's Hall-of-Fame would be complete without a bust of Dennis Sweeney, the student activist who murdered Allard Lowenstein, the famed civil rights and anti-war activist. Lowenstein was suspected by many of fronting for the CIA. A Yale graduate, he marched in the Freedom Summer of 1964 in Mississippi, campaigned for Adlai Stevenson and Robert Kennedy. Yet he was a close friend of William F. Buckley, the garrulous CIA asset and Lowenstein's conservative counterpart. He qualified for the Nixon enemy list, but associated with the coalition of felons occupying the White House. He ran the National Student Association before the CIA took over.

For several years, Lowenstein attempted to prove that a conspiracy was responsible for the deaths of John Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr. and was also responsible for his own political downfall ... a malevolent force that would explain the civil rights movement's decline. Sweeney, who had protested with Lowenstein in Mississippi, shot his tumultuous mentor seven times at Rockefeller Center. The assassin remained calm and did not flee.

He maintained that the CIA, with Lowenstein's help, had implanted him with a telemetric brain device fifteen years earlier, and made his life an unbearable torment. Voices were transmitted through his dental work, he said, and he attempted to silence them by filing his false teeth. Sweeney blamed remote "controllers" for the assassination of San Francisco mayor George Moscone.

The murders of Moscone and City Supervisor Harvey Milk had all the earmarks of mind control. Dan White, their assassin, had been a paratrooper in the 173rd Airborne Division, in which capacity he served in Vietnam. He was discharged from Fort Bragg in 1967, returned to San Francisco and joined the police department. He lived in Sausalito, drove a Porsche and generally lived far beyond his means. In 1972 he gave it all up and took a vacation since known as White's "missing year."

Back in San Francisco, he joined the fire department. His temper tantrums were an embarrassment to co-workers, though his work record was without blemish. In his run for the Board of Supervisors, White spoke as if he was "programmed," according to Stan Smith, a local labor leader. During Board sessions, White was known to slip into lapses of silence punctuated by goose-stepping walks around the chambers.

White used illegal hollow-point bullets. After Milk's body was cremated, the ashes were enshrined at his prior direction with bubble bath, signifying his homosexuality, and several packets of Kool-Aid, a clue that Milk left behind, per the will he'd revised a week before the shootings, to signify Jim Jones of the People's Temple, a CIA mind control experiment that ended with the destruction of 1200 subjects.

"I can be killed with ease," Milk noted in a poem written the month he died, "I can be cut right down." In his new will, he wrote: "Let the bullets that rip through my brain smash every closet door in the country."

Allegations of classified federal mind control operations have surfaced repeatedly, erupting from hidden pockets of the "national security" underground. In 1984, Francis Fox of Coral Gables, Florida, the owner of a prestigious bridal shop, announced that she'd been subjected to a traumatic set of mind control experiments by CIA and military psychiatrists. She spoke to reporters for the St. Petersburg Times for three hours. The story, "Military Controls My Mind, Woman Says," appeared on March 6, 1994. "Fox said her father was a Cuban-American," the Times reported. "He went into the U.S. military and was stationed in Panama, Germany and several U.S. bases, including MacDill in Tampa." She was tormented for a year, while her father was visiting Cuba. She was subjected to ritualized trauma by her father on instructions from the CIA, Fox believes, to "split" her and "deposit the painful memory with several alter personalities."

Five months after the Oklahoma bombing, freeway sniper Christopher Scalley claimed to take direction from "electronic appliances," as reported by the San Francisco Chronicle on August 19, 1995:

Why Evidence on I-80 Sniper Languished - CHP was given suspect's license number in June

Auburn, Placer County- The California Highway Patrol received information almost two months ago leading to the man arrested Thursday in the Interstate 80 sniping spree, but an official acknowledged yesterday that the CHP did not pass it on to local investigators.

David Morillas of Loomis said his wife Carla wrote down the license number of a truck that passed them after the side rear window of their car was blown away, showering their sleeping 5-year- old son with glass in what is now thought to have been the sniper's first attack, in Citrus Heights, a Sacramento suburb, on June 27.

"We kept thinking that the CHP was checking into it,'' Morillas said. He said yesterday that after his car window shattered, he saw a red Toyota pickup suddenly slow down and shift into the right lane on the roadway.

Morillas said he slowed down alongside the truck and yelled through an open window. "I was shouting at him. 'Did you see what happened to my window?'.

. . Finally, he said, 'I didn't see nothing.' He was kind of talking weird, mumbling. I couldn't understand him.''

The tie-in between the June 27 shooting and the other 14 sniper attacks was not made until this week, when Carla Morillas spoke to sheriff's officers. The officers discovered that the license plate number she had reported matched the tag number of their suspect, Christopher Shaw Scalley, 48, of Applegate, who was arrested Thursday.

According to arrest documents, Scalley told Placer County authorities that he had been receiving messages via radio waves and electronic appliances, and had heard voices telepathically from passing vehicles. Scalley had been arrested before for the sale of controlled substances and for driving under the influence.

Scalley had been missing since his home was searched Tuesday. He was spotted Thursday by a television news crew in his red pickup outside a home in Carmichael, where a friend of Scalley's reportedly committed suicide Wednesday....

Advances in 'overhead' sensors - satellites and UAVs (Unmanned Aerospace Vehicles) included - will create opportunities not only to detect targets but to track them as they move. In (U.S. Air Force Joint Chief of Staff) General Fogelman's view, "this is kind of a revolution in warfare," - Interview with General Ronald R. Fogelman, Jane's Defense Weekly, 1995

McVeigh's rage at a target "larger" and "more ubiquitous" than the military was incited at Calspan, within a year of his failed Special Forces entrance examination, several months AFTER leaving the Army.

Calspan and electromagnetic mind control both have roots at the same Ivy League institution - Cornell University, Ithaca, New York. Calspan was founded in 1946 as Cornell Aeronautical Laboratory. And Cornell was also the contract base for the CIA's "Human Ecology Fund," a fount of financial support for classified experimentation at the country's leading universities.

Cornell Aerospace was reorganized in 1972 and renamed Calspan. Six years later, the firm was acquired by Arvin Industries. Recently, Arvin-Calspan merged with Space Industries International (SII), a commercial space- flight venture based in Texas. During the Reagan-Bush era, SII expanded from a staff of 33 to over 2,700 employees.

Timothy McVeigh was assigned to the conglomerate's Advanced Technology Center in Buffalo, N.Y. (Calspan ATC). ATC sales literature boasts a large energy shock tunnel, radar facilities and "a radio-frequency (RF) simulator facility for evaluating electronic warfare techniques." One Calspan research lab specializes in microscopic engineering. Calspan literature boasts that ATC employs "numerous world-renowned scientists and engineers" on "the cutting edge" of scientific research.

The technology is well within Calspan's sphere of its pursuits. The company is instrumental in REDCAP, an Air Force electronic warfare system that winds through every Department of Defense facility in the country.

The week before the bombing in Oklahoma City. A rash of newspaper stories reported that a disembodied, rumbling, low-frequency hum had been heard across the country. Past hums in Taos, NM, Eugene, OR, Timmons, Ontario and Bristol, UK were (despite specious official denials) attuned to the brain's auditory pathways. Brain telemetering systems are a subset of the Pentagon's "non-lethal" arsenal. The dystopian implications were explored by Defense News for March 20, 1995: "Naval Research Lab Attempts to Meld Neurons and Chips: Studies May Produce Army of 'Zombies.' Future battles, the newspaper reported, "could be waged with genetically engineered organisms, such as rodents, whose minds are controlled by computer chips engineered with living brain cells.... The research, called Hippocampal Neuron Patterning, grows live neurons on computer chips. 'This technology that alters neurons could potentially be used on people to create zombie armies,' Lawrence Korb, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, said."

The president of SII is former space shuttle astronaut Joseph P. Allen, whose early accomplishments included a Fulbright scholarship to Germany (1959), and nuclear research at Brookhaven National Laboratory (1963-67), under investigation by the Department of Energy in 1994 for conducting secret radiation experiments on human subjects. Dr. Allen was recruited by NASA in 1967. He has also served as a staff consultant to the President's Council on International Economic Policy, and was a NASA assistant administrator for legislative affairs (1975-78).

From the "mammal tracking" folk at Eglin AFB hails Richard Covey, a former astronaut who has flown four shuttle missions and took five spacewalks, currently SII's director of business development. Covey the fighter hawk served two tours of Duty in Vietnam, and flew 339 combat missions. An Air Force release notes that his immediate postwar assignment was to Eglin AFB, where he was joint director for electronic warfare testing of the F-15 Eagle.

Another ranking scientist at Calspan, Paul Brodnicki chaired the technical program at a conference on electronic warfare simulations held in February, 1994 at the US Army Research Laboratory in Adelphi, Maryland. Topics on the itinerary included off-board "Radio-Frequency Self-Protection."

Calspan places much research, emphasis on bioengineering and artificial intelligence. In May, 1995, Lames Llinas of the Buffalo division gave a talk at the Navy Center for Applied Research in Artificial Intelligence in Washington, D.C. While making his rounds at Calspan, perhaps Tim McVeigh picked up a company newsletter that discussed the work of Cliff Kurtzman, a graduate of UCLA and MIT's Space Systems Lab and a "team leader" in the R&D of artificial intelligence and telerobotics.

Besides the Air Force and NASA, Calspan is a ranking subcontractor of Sentar, Inc., an advanced science and engineering firm capable, according to company literature, of creating artificial intelligence systems. Sentar's customers include the U.S. Army Space and Strategic Defense Command, the Advanced Research Projects Agency, Rockwell International, Teledyne, Nichols Research Corp. and TRW.

The "guilt by association" prize goes to retired Brigadier General Benton Partin of the USAF, who laid responsibility for the Oklahoma bombing on "leftists" conducting a "psycho-political operation going on at the present time against the 'Christian Right' bogeyman." The payoff, Partin insisted darkly, was a propaganda victory for "a world commonwealth of independent states" plotting to "criminalize the patriotic support of Constitutional rights."

Partin called a one-hour press conference at the National Press Club in Washington D.C. on June 15. The conference was attended by over 100 reporters, representing every major broadcast, newspaper and wire service, independent news firm and the foreign media.

But then Brig. Gen. Partin was not a disinterested party. He served 31 years in the Air force, in the research, design, testing and management of weapons development. He was commander of the Air Force Armament Technology Laboratory. He boasts that he held authority over all advanced weapons concepts R&D'd by the Air Force and its high-tech contractors - which would, of course, include Calspan.

The connection to Timothy McVeigh, and the nature of the sensitive, classified work done by the firm, have somehow escaped the notice of the press. The sole exception was a cursory mention of Calspan that appeared in the Boston Globe a few days after the blast.

But CIA watchers everywhere caught their breath when CNN announced that a psychological trauma team, mustered by the American Psychological Association, would converge in Oklahoma City to treat survivors of the explosion and the victims' families - led by none other than Dr. Louis Jolyon West of UCLA's Neuropsychiatric Institute. Dr. West is a sinister creation of the Agency's mind control fraternity. Among other totalitarian projects, he has studied the use of drugs as "adjuncts to interpersonal manipulation or assault," and employed pioneers in the field of remote, electronic mind control experimentation at UCLA.

West has recommended to federal officials that drugs be used to control "bothersome" segments of the population:

"This method, foreseen by Aldous Huxley in {Brave New World} (1932), has the governing element employing drugs selectively to manipulate the governed in various ways. In fact, it may be more convenient and perhaps even more economical to keep the growing numbers of chronic drug users (especially of the hallucinogens) fairly isolated and also out of the labor market, with its millions of unemployed.

To society, the communards with their hallucinogenic drugs are probably less bothersome--and less expensive--if they are living apart, than if they are engaging in alternative modes of expressing their alienation, such as active, organized, organized, vigorous political protest and dissent."

IN ORDER TO FULFILL HIS MILITARY OBLIGATION, McVeigh signed on with the Army National Guard in Buffalo, where he landed a job as a security guard with Burns International Security. McVeigh was assigned to the night shift, guarding the grounds of Calspan Research, a defense contractor that conducts classified research in advanced aerospace rocketry and electronic warfare.

In a manner mirroring his conduct in the service, McVeigh became the consummate security guard. Calspan spokesman Al Salandra told reporters that McVeigh was "a model employee." Yet according to media accounts, McVeigh had lost his confidence, and his cool.

"Timmy was a good guard," said former Burns supervisor Linda Haner-Mele. He was "always there prompt, clean and neat. His only quirk," according to Mele, "was that he couldn't deal with people. If someone didn't cooperate with him, he would start yelling at them, become verbally aggressive. He could be set off easily."

According to an article in the Washington Post, co-workers at a Niagara Falls convention center where he was assigned described him as "emotionally spent, veering from passivity to volcanic anger." An old friend said he looked "like things were really weighing on him."

"Timmy just wasn't the type of person who could initiate action," said Lynda Haner-Mele formerly of Burns Security, where McVeigh worked in early 1992. "He was very good if you said, 'Tim watch this door -- don't let anyone through.' The Tim I knew couldn't have masterminded something like this and carried it out himself. It would have had to have been someone who said: 'Tim, this is what you do. You drive the truck...'"

Mele's account directly contradicts the testimony of Sergeant Chris Barner and former Private Ray Jimboy, both of whom served with McVeigh at Fort Riley, and claimed that McVeigh was a natural leader. This also contradicts McVeigh's service record, which rated him "among the best" in leadership potential and an "inspiration to young soldiers." "He had a lot of leadership ability inside himself," said Barner. "He had a lot of self confidence."

Apparently, "Something happened to Tim McVeigh between the time he left the Army and now," said Captain Terry Guild.

"He didn't really carry himself like he came out of the military," said Mele. "He didn't stand tall with his shoulders back. He kind of slumped over." She recalled him as silent, expressionless, with lightless eyes, but subject to explosive fits of temper. "That guy didn't have an expression 99 percent of the time," added Mele. "He was cold."

Colonel David Hackworth, an Army veteran who interviewed McVeigh for Newsweek, concluded that McVeigh was suffering from a "postwar hangover." "I've seen countless veterans, including myself, stumble home after the high-noon excitement of the killing fields, missing their battle buddies and the unique dangers and sense of purpose," wrote Hackworth in the July 3rd edition of Newsweek. "Many lose themselves forever."

Although such symptoms may be seen as a delayed reaction syndrome resulting from the stress of battle, they are also common symptoms of mind control.

It is also interesting to note that the Calspan Advanced Technology Center in Buffalo, NY (Calspan ATC), where McVeigh worked, is engaged in microscopic electronic engineering of the kind applicable to telemetrics. Calspan was founded in 1946 as Cornell Aeronautical Laboratory, which included the "Fund for the Study of Human Ecology," a CIA financing conduit for mind control experiments by emigre Nazi scientists and others under the direction of CIA doctors Sidney Gottlieb, Ewen Cameron, and Louis Jolyn West.

According to mind control researcher Alex Constantine, "Calspan places much research emphasis on bioengineering and artificial intelligence (Calspan pioneered in the field in the 1950s)." In his article, "The Good Soldier," Constantine states:

"Human tracking and monitoring technology are well within Calspan's sphere of pursuits. The company is instrumental in REDCAP, an Air Force electronic warfare system that winds through every Department of Defense facility in the country. A Pentagon release explains that REDCAP "is used to evaluate the effectiveness of electronic-combat hardware, techniques, tactics and concepts." The system "includes closed-loop radar and data links at RF manned data fusion and weapons control posts." One Patriot computer news board reported that a disembodied, rumbling, low-frequency hum had been heard across the country the week of the bombing. Past hums in Taos, New Mexico, Eugene and Medford, Oregon, Timmons, Ontario and Bristol, England were most definitely (despite specious official denials) attuned to the brain's auditory pathways.

"The Air Force is among Calspan's leading clients, and Eglin AFB has farmed key personnel to the company. The grating irony -- recalling McVeigh's contention he'd been implanted with a telemetry chip -- is that the Instrumentation Technology Branch of Eglin Air Force Base is currently engaged in the tracking of mammals with subminiature telemetry devices. According to an Air Force press release, the biotelemetry chip transmits on the upper S-band (2318 to 2398 MHz), with up to 120 digital channels."

There is nothing secret about the biotelemetry chip. Ads for commercial versions of the device have appeared in national publications. Time magazine ran an ad for an implantable pet transponder in its June 26, 1995 issue -- ironically enough -- opposite an article about a militia leader who was warning about the coming New World Order. While monitoring animals has been an unclassified scientific pursuit for decades, the monitoring of humans has been a highly classified project which is but a subset of the Pentagon's "nonlethal" arsenal. As Constantine notes, "the dystopian implications were explored by Defense News for March 20, 1995:

"Naval Research Lab Attempts To Meld Neurons And Chips: Studies May Produce Army of 'Zombies.'

"Future battles could be waged with genetically engineered organisms, such as rodents, whose minds are controlled by computer chips engineered with living brain cells.... The research, called Hippo-campal Neuron Patterning, grows live neurons on computer chips. 'This technology that alters neurons could potentially be used on people to create zombie armies,' Lawrence Korb, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, said."

"It's conceivable," according to Constantine, "given the current state of the electronic mind control art, a biocybernetic Oz over the black budget rainbow, that McVeigh had been drawn into an experimental project, that the device was the real McCoy."

What this defense department newsletter may have been discussing is the successor to the "Stimoceiver," developed in the late 1950s by Dr. Joseph Delgado and funded by the CIA and the Office of Naval Research. The stimoceiver is a tiny transponder, implanted in the head of a control subject, which can then be used to modify emotions and control behavior. According to Delgado, "Radio Stimulation of different points in the amygdala and hippocampus [areas of the brain] in the four patients produced a variety of effects, including pleasant sensations, elation, deep, thoughtful concentration, odd feelings, super relaxation, colored visions, and other responses."

According to Delgado, "One of the possibilities with brain transmitters is to influence people so that they conform with the political system. Autonomic and somatic functions, individual and social behavior, emotional and mental reactions may be invoked, maintained, modified, or inhibited, both in animals and in man, by stimulation of specific cerebral structures. Physical control of many brain functions is a demonstrated fact. It is even possible to follow intentions, the development of thought and visual experiences."

As Constantine points out, the military has a long and sordid history of using enlisted men and unwitting civilians for its nefarious experiments, ranging from radiation, poison gas, drugs and mind control, to spraying entire U.S. cities with bacteriological viruses to test their effectiveness, as was done in San Francisco in the late 1950s. The most recent example involves the use of experimental vaccines tested on Gulf War veterans who are currently experiencing bizarre symptoms, not the least of which is death. When attorneys representing the former soldiers requested their military medical files, they discovered there was no record of the vaccines ever being administered.

Timothy McVeigh may have unknowningly been an Army/CIA guinea pig involved in a classified telemetric/mind-control project -- a "Manchurian Candidate."

WEEKLY WORLD NEWS EXPOSE!

FLATHEAD LAKE, Mont. - Convicted Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh survived his "execution" and was spirited away as part of an intricately planned govermenrt scheme to prepare him for his new life underground. The covert CIA operation was organized weeks before the staged execution at the U.S. Penitentiary at Terre Haute, Ind., according to longtime federal whistle-blower Stewart Webb and others opposed to what they described as America's "Shadow government" and the New World Order: "McVeigh never wanted to be executed," Webb told Weekly World News in an exclusive interview. "And he wasn't--he went out the back door."

Incredibly, sinister forces within the government were aware of the former Special Forces dropout's plans to bomb a federal building--and steered him to the Oklahoma City facility because they wanted incriminating government records that were stored there destroyed, Webb disclosed.

One hundred sixty-eight innocent people died on April 19, 1995, because sinister government leaders and bureaucrats wanted to demonize the burgeoning militia movement by linking ultra right-wing patriots to the bombing, and to get antiterrorism legislation passed quickly, he said.

The diabolical plan worked perfectly. Even though militias had no involvement in the terrorist act, they were viciously attacked in the press. "McVeigh hurt us," John Trochmann, founder of The Militia of Montana, told The Washington Times in a telephone interview. "We don't beleive in violence. We're trying to get citizens to rally with us against the government."

According to the astonishing scenario drawn by Webb and other sources in three states, including former government agents, the scheme to save McVeigh's life was hatched after he refused to "walk the plank" and threatened to reveal the wider conspiracy. So the CIA arranged for the phony execution, and flew McVeigh from Terr Haute to a closely guarded island on Flathead Lake in northwestern Montana.

McVeigh 33, spent nearly two weeks enjoying the outdoors--and undergoing a series of silicone injections and other treatments from a CIA employed plastic surgeon to change his facial features.

Then he was whisked off to a new location, a highly placed contact told Webb.

"About 20 people were on him, they were heavily armed locked and loaded," Webb reported. "He even had his own food taster."

The Las Vegas--based investigator claimed the Bush family, the Clintons and other major players on the national political scene are deeply involved with other federal officials in large scale fraud against American taxpayers and other crimes.
Webb played major roles in exposing a series of national scandals, including the Silverado Savings and Loan debacle in Colorado; and the so-called Keating Five campaign contribution affair tied to the

Lincoln Savings deal in Irvine, Calif., that reputedly funneled hugh amounts of money to John McCain and other prominent U.S. Senators.

"But this is the only time I've ever encountered such massive resistance," Webb said of McVeigh's brilliantly executed excape from death.

These are some of the shocking facts and developments uncovered by Webb and other investigators, including current CIA employees:

**McVeigh did not act alone, and several players, including a pair of terrorists attached to the Iranian embassy in Mexico City, were involved in the bombing conspiracy.

One of the Iranians married a woman who worked at the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building so he could use her to keep up-to-date on activities there. She was unaware she was being used and was killed in the bombing.

**The CIA and other federal agencies were tipped off in advance that "a lone ranger" named Timothy McVeigh was planning to bomb a federal building in either Omaha, Kansas City or Oklahoma City.

**CIA operatives and other federal agents working on the clandestine project steered McVeigh to the Oklahoma City structure because sensitive records tied to the scores of government scandals surrounding the Clintons and other national leaders were stored there.

Sensitive records collected during the investigation by Special Prosecutor Ken Starr
on the mystery deaths surrounding the Clintons, including the Vince Foster case, had been transported to Oklahoma City for safekeeping, according to Webb.

Additional documents relating to the Madison Savings and Loan, Twin Cities Bank, and other Clinton scandals--and drug-money laundering by high government officials--were also destroyed in the blast, Webb's investigation revealed.

**Plans for the killer to hide out at the Ted Turner ranch were scrapped when Webb's radio reports of McVeigh's survival turned up the heat, and he was moved to an isolated fishing cabin on the lake near Montana's borders with Idaho and British Columbia.

**A plastic surgeon gave McVeigh a series of silicone injections to change his features over a period of about two weeks. His fingerprints were also altered.

**After the identity change McVeigh was moved to an even more secure location--believed to be the super secretive U.S. Air Force Base north of Las Vegas known as "Area 51" to be further prepared for life underground. McVeigh was not trained as a regular CIA operative, but was a contract agent whose training was with Special Forces. So he was reportedly taught how to keep a low profile, and trained in the language of his new home land--in a so-far unknown foreign country.

DAVIS, THE FORMER TV REPORTER FOR KFOR-TV in Oklahoma City, began investigating the bombing the day after the attack. In seven years, she's accumulated 26 affidavits and more than 100 hours of taped interviews. In particular, she zeroed in on a group of Iraqis who worked for Samir Khalil, a Palestinian-born businessman and owner of a property-management company in Oklahoma City. Davis also did pieces on John Doe No. 2, the mysterious figure identified in initial police bulletins as having been seen fleeing the federal building after the bombing. The FBI later announced that John Doe No. 2 never existed.

One of the Iraqis, Hussain Alhussaini, later came forward and identified himself as the person being fingered in Davis' television reports as John Doe No. 2. He sued the reporter for defamation. A federal judge dismissed the suit; Alhussaini has appealed. (See: Heartland Conspiracy, published in the L.A. Weekly, Sept. 28-Oct. 4, 2001.)

The TV reporter, who has since quit the station, also interviewed Lana Padilla, Nichols' first wife. She told Davis that McVeigh had given her ex-husband thousands of dollars and paid for his first trip to the Philippines. Nichols, who is now awaiting trial in Oklahoma City on state murder charges, traveled extensively to the islands and eventually married a Filipino woman. Padilla has now been subpoenaed as a prosecution witness in Nichols' state case.

Davis also turned up material that appeared to connect Nichols to Ramzi Yousef and Abdul Hakim Murad. Yousef, the convicted mastermind of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, is now serving a life sentence in federal prison. He also had hatched unrealized plans to blow up 12 airliners and to assassinate Pope John Paul II.

Murad, a confederate of Yousef, is also in federal custody. He told Philippine police about a plot to hijack an airliner and crash it into CIA headquarters. Murad also claimed in 1996 that a large number of Middle Eastern men were being trained at U.S. flight schools in connection with these plots. This information was passed on to the FBI. What the agency did with it is unknown.

Court documents, related to this alleged Filipino connection, were attached to a motion filed by McVeigh's defense team in 1996. One is an FBI memo detailing a conversation between Murad and a U.S. prison guard after the Oklahoma City bombing. Murad told his jailer that the Filipino Liberation Army was responsible for that attack. The memo also cites a note Murad gave his guard, reiterating this claim.

Another exhibit from the defense motion is an affidavit filed by Edwin Angeles, a founder of Abu Sayyaf, a Filipino terrorist group. Angeles, who was assassinated by former comrades, wrote in 1996 that he was at a 1991 meeting in Davao City, attended by Yousef, Murad and Nichols, at which, they discussed "bombing activities, providing firearms and ammo" to terrorists and "training in bomb making and handling" of explosives. Nichols, he claimed, was introduced to him as "the farmer."

In February 1995 -- months before the Oklahoma City blast -- the House Task Force on Terrorism issued a warning that Middle Eastern Islamists, under the leadership of Iran, were preparing a series of terrorist attacks against the U.S. An update, issued in March 1995 -- just a month before the bombing -- stated the target list had shifted from Washington, D.C., to government installations and buildings in America's heartland. The task force distributed these alerts to federal intelligence and law-enforcement agencies. In 1996, terrorism-task-force director Bodansky gave a copy of the original warning and update to Davis. Reportedly Bodansky, recently passed on Davis' affidavits and taped interviews to the U.S. House Government Reform Committee, about which he refuses to comment. "I work for the government, and I can't talk about Oklahoma City," he said.

Other connections...

Nick Berg is an American who will become known for being beheaded on video in Iraq in 2004 (see March 24-May 11, 2004). It will later come out that he had a curious connection to Zacarias Moussaoui. In the autumn of 1999, Berg is a university student in Norman, Oklahoma, where Moussaoui will attend flight school in early 2001. According to Berg’s father, one day Nick Berg is riding a bus to his classes and he meets Moussaoui on the bus. Moussaoui asks him for his password so he can use Berg’s laptop to check the Internet. Berg gives him his password. FBI investigators later will discover Moussaoui’s use of this password, and will interview Berg about it in 2002. Berg will be cleared of any criminal connection with Moussaoui. Jayna Davis, a former NBC reporter known for her controversial investigation of the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing, calls the explanation as to why Moussaoui had Berg’s password “totally nonsensical.” She will note the low odds of anyone being able to log onto the Internet on a bus in 1999 and will say, “You’re sitting on a bus. It’s a five- to ten-minute ride. How in the world would a stranger sitting next to you say, ‘Hey, can I borrow your laptop computer because I want to log on to your e-mail?’” She also notes that the FBI insists Berg gave his password to an acquaintance of Moussaoui, while Berg’s family insists it was Moussaoui himself on the bus. [NewsMax, 5/18/2004; CBS News, 5/21/2004] The London Times will note that this acquaintance “is believed to have been Hussein al-Attas,” Moussaoui’s roommate when he will be arrested in Minnesota in August 2001. The Times will note that Berg’s “past links to an al-Qaeda terrorist have raised questions in some quarters as to whether he might even have been working for the intelligence services.” [London Times, 5/23/2004]

Unanswered Questions...

IN THE NINE MONTHS SINCE THE Weekly first published details of Davis' story, new information has emerged that raises more questions about the FBI's investigation into the bombing:

# On April 19, 1995 -- immediately after the bombing -- the FBI sent an urgent request to the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency requesting 10 Arabic linguists to help in its Oklahoma City bombing investigation. Linguists, serving on a 30-day loan, would not be permitted to monitor electronic surveillance.

# After McVeigh's arrest, the FBI was contacted by the Defense Department to see if they still needed the linguists. According to an April 22, 1995 memo from the Department of the Army, an FBI agent said the linguists were being used to "monitor wiretaps of radical fundamentalist Islamists to protect the President from possible attack" during his upcoming appearance at an Oklahoma City memorial service.

# On August 2, 1995, Federal Protective Services special agent Thomas Williams sent a memo to his branch chief, John Crowe, detailing his communication with terrorism task-force director Yossef Bodansky. In it, he states Bodansky told him that a lot of names that came up in NBC reports (by TV journalist Jayna Davis) overlapped with the names of suspects Bodansky had compiled.

# In a taped conversation between Bodansky and Davis on May 18, 1996, Bodansky tells the reporter that by mid-April, intelligence information suggested that government buildings had been specifically targeted. He said the intelligence had been accumulated over 18 months. He also said he had gotten another warning from Israeli intelligence, a week before the bombing, that an attack would be launched in America's heartland.

# Also on May 18, Bodansky faxed two notes to Davis in which he provides more details about the task force's intelligence analysis. Bodansky writes that after the bombing, it was determined that Oklahoma City had been "on the list of potential targets." The second note states that "The initial forensic investigation of the explosion in Oklahoma suggested strong similarities to bombing techniques used by Iran-sponsored Islamist terrorists, including the car bomb that destroyed [a] building in Buenos Aires on 18 July 1994."

# An undated intelligence report by Bodansky discusses alleged terrorist training inside the U.S. that included some "Lilly Whites," people whose background would not tie them to terrorism. Bodansky states the training was ordered by Iran and conducted by Hamas operatives. His intelligence sources told him that the training occurred at a camp near Chicago. The first camp was allegedly held in 1990 and included about 25 trainees, who used code names. One group, he states, was reportedly given instructions on building car bombs from available materials. The second training occurred in 1993. It was specifically for Lilly Whites. They also used code names and were given state-of-the-art car-bomb training. Bodansky's sources also report that at least two of the 1993 participants came from Oklahoma City.

# During a legal dispute with her former employer Bodansky wrote Davis a letter of support stating, "Having studied the material provided by Ms. Davis very closely, I consider it most sensitive, reliable and important evidence for the Task Force investigation." Bodansky also wrote, "Having carefully studied these tapes, as well as other work of Ms. Davis, I'm convinced that the witnesses she had interviewed provide credible testimony."

# During a civil suit for defamation against Davis and KFOR-TV, Hussain Alhussaini, a former Iraqi soldier, submitted psychiatric reports from 1997, in which he states that he worked for a while at Boston's Logan Airport (where two of the planes were hijacked on September 11). Alhussaini first told his psychiatrist that he quit his airport job because "If anything happens there, I will be a suspect." Then he later contradicts himself, saying that he wants to look for another job "because he feels unsafe in the environment he works in, in the airport, given the recent events involving his being previously suspected of involvement in the Oklahoma bombing." In a 1998 deposition, Alhussaini states he is still working at the airport and has fears of losing his job. Alhussaini's specific job was never identified. Alhussaini still appears to be living in Massachusetts. The Massachusetts Port Authority, which oversees Logan's operations, declined comment on Alhussaini's current work status or his airport duties.

Either convicted Oklahoma City bombers Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols were part of a conspiracy, possibly involving Middle Eastern and Filipino connections, or they were not. Seven years later, the authorities have still not fully examined this question.

http://www.laweekly.com/2002-07-25/news/an-oklahoma-mystery

Tim McVeigh was supposedly executed by lethal injection after he was found guilty of the Oklahoma bombing. He was just another one of those disenchanted "lone bombers" (like "lone gunman") who just wanted to blow up a lot of people, or so the press would have you believe. They suggested that he was upset with the government over the Waco disaster, so detonated a fertilizer bomb that destroyed most of the Murrah Building and killed over a hundred innocent people, including many children.

We won't go into the extensive evidence showing that Tim McVeigh did not blow up the building, and I'll show who really did it. One clue:

Osama bin Laden and the Arabs had NOTHING to do with it. The evidence is in many places on the internet, and eventually I will write about it on my website. But it takes time to write these extensive exposes.

Right now we'll just look at the facts of Tim McVeigh's supposed execution.

As a physician, keeping close watch on the commercial news, I KNEW for a fact, they had no intention of executing Tim McVeigh, for reasons I will soon disclose.

Tim McVeigh was not a disgruntled member of some rag-tag militia. He worked for the CIA. But this was a false flag operation, meaning a purposeful disaster planned against a government's own citizens, in this case the U.S. government against U.S. citizens, to frighten the people, to get them to surrender their rights willingly, and to further the government's goals of increased control. Primarily, it was done by the U.S. Government in order to get the Anti-Terrorist legislation passed - which, indeed, DID happen within weeks of the Oklahoma bombing.

In America, these False Flag operations have happened many times in the past, most notably at Pearl Harbor. The goal of the government at that time was to frighten the people enough to make them willing to go to war and die, or to be willing to send their sons to war to die, but NOT for freedom, but instead, to further the aims of the One World Government run by the Illuminati/Zionist Jews. Those terms will soon be defined on my website home page.

Back to Time McVeigh's supposed execution

1. After a prisoner is sentenced to death, he has many chances for appeal and they virtually all take them, anxious to stay alive at any cost. Yet Tim McVeigh asked for his execution date to be moved up. That is almost unheard of.

2. While in prison, Tim McVeigh was visited numerous times, apparently 18 times, by a psychiatrist named Dr. Louis Jollyon West, often referred to as Dr. Jolly West. Dr. West was the chairman of the department of Psychiatry at UCLA, but his real job was as a CIA asset, in charge of the MK Ultra Mind Control program. Dr. West had also paid visits to Sirhan Sirhan, another supposed lone gunman, accused of killing Robert Kennedy, but in reality a product of the CIA mind control program, set up as the patsy.

Dr. West was also the psychiatrist employed by the government to evaluate the "mental condition" of Jack Ruby after he shot Lee Harvey Oswald. You may not know that when Ruby was interrogated, he told the FBI that there was a huge conspiracy surrounding the JFK assassination and he could only expose it if they moved him to a safe place - which they refused to do.

Naturally, the government, who was involved in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy through the Zionist Jewish controlled CIA and the Zionist Jewish controlled mafia, wanted Ruby to be declared mentally ill to debunk his talk of conspiracy. Dr. West was happy to comply with the diagnosis of mental illness for Jack Ruby.

3. Before Tim McVeigh's scheduled execution, the state announced that none of his organs would be donated after his execution. This very strange. A state OWNS the body of an executed prisoner, and can receive $200,000 or more for the body parts of a young healthy specimen like McVeigh.

4. Before his execution, the state announced that Tim McVeigh's medical records would be sealed for 25 years. The question is, Why?

5. Tim McVeigh's lawyers petitioned a judge to rule that no autopsy would be done on his body after his execution, a highly unusual request.

6. The IV that was supposed to deliver the lethal injection dose to Tim McVeigh was placed, of all places, in his leg! I knew right then that they were NOT going to execute him. This was a fake execution, to pacify the families of the victims involved in the bombing disaster. The public doesn't understand what every surgeon and anesthesiologist knows very well. There is no large vein close enough to the skin surface in the leg to place a large enough needle or catheter to deliver the proper dose that would reach the vital organs fast enough to kill a person cleanly. It would be a mess.

IVs are placed in the arm, hand, occasionally in the foot, but not in the foot for extensive or difficult procedures, and certainly not in the foot or leg for an execution. If an IV cannot be placed in one of these upper extremity locations because of previous injury with scarring, or some other reason, then a small incision is made in the area near the clavicle to gain access to a large vein going directly to the heart.

7. One of the witnesses at Tim McVeigh's supposed execution was Susan Carlson, a reporter for WLS-AM Radio in Chicago. She stated on the air that McVeigh " appeared to be still breathing or what appeared to be shallow breathing, even after being pronounced dead, and his eyes
remained open." There were ten media people present and no one contradicted her. But the mass media in Chicago, including apparently her own radio station, immediately suppressed her story.

In case ANYONE doesn't know this, when a person is DEAD, he does NOT continue to breathe - even to breathe "shallowly." When a person is DEAD, he doesn't breathe AT ALL!

Why would the government go to such great lengths to DECEIVE the public with a FAKE execution?

First of all, Tim McVeigh is a valuable asset for the CIA, particularly if he is under mind control, an almost certainty because of his many visits from Dr. "Jolly" West. They've invested much time and money in his programming and he performed well - he kept his mouth
shut (unlike Lee Harvey Oswald who declared for the TV cameras when he was arrested, "I didn't do it. I've been made a patsy!"). A little plastic surgery, a name change, and Tim McVeigh will be off on another CIA project.

And as I stated earlier, the government wanted closure to this event - the Oklahoma Bombing, to get it off the front pages, to satisfy the families of the victims that the "guilty" one was now dead, and to attempt to put a stop to the investigation of the truth by many on the internet who have exposed the government's involvement. The CIA particularly, wanted to put this whole matter to rest - permanently.

But that will never happen until the full truth has been brought to light. One other interesting twist to this story. The person who was involved in choosing the people who would observe Tim McVeigh's execution was none other than Chandra Levy, the young intern in the Bureau of Prisons who had an ongoing affair with a married California Congressman, Gary Condit.

But Chandra Levy would not live to see McVeigh's execution. She was murdered before his execution took place.

Why would someone at the low level of an intern be involved in such an important mission as this? Well, it turns out that Chandra Levy was not so "low-level" after all. Apparently she was working with the Israeli Mossad and had computer access to a significant amount of rather high-level sensitive information in the Bureau of Prisons and other governmental areas.

Maybe she learned "too much" and had to be eliminated by the Mossad! Then, as in any "good" False Flag operation, apparently they tried to set up Gary Condit as the "fall guy."

Tim McVeigh's first execution date was set for May 16, 2001 but was postponed until June 11, 2001. Chandra Levy disappeared from her home sometime between May 1 and May 9, 2001, a time when she had planned to go back to California to receive her graduate degree. But there is evidence that she was turned up briefly in Israel during that time, right before she permanently "disappeared."

On May 22, 2002, her skeletal remains were found in Washington's Rock Creek Park where a year earlier, shortly after her disappearance, a massive police search had produced no results. Could her disappearance and murder have been a result of her inside knowledge about McVeigh's coming fake execution? Or had she been caught snooping in unauthorized computer areas where she may have had access to inside information on the coming 9/11 World Trade Center False Flag operation?

Louis Jolyon ("Jolly") West (1924 in Brooklyn, New York - January 2, 1999 in Los Angeles) was an American psychiatrist, human rights activist and expert on brainwashing, mind control, torture, substance abuse, post traumatic stress disorder and violence[citation needed].

Louis "Jolly" West was born in Brooklyn to immigrant Russian Jewish parents and grew up in Madison, Wisconsin. His family was poor, but he was determined to get a good education. Shortly after he had entered University of Wisconsin-Madison, he enlisted in the U.S. Army. In the Army Specialized Training Program he studied at the University of Iowa and the University of Minnesota School of Medicine, from which he graduated in 1948.

He transferred to the U.S. Air Force Medical Corps, and five years later he was appointed Chief of Psychiatry Service at the Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. In this position he studied U.S. pilots and veterans after they had experienced torture and brainwashing and been forced to give false confessions as prisoners in the Korean War. He was ever since interested in the subject of brainwashing. He served as an expert witness in the case of Patricia Hearst.

At the age of 29 he was appointed professor and Head of the Department of Psychiatry, Neurology and Biobehavioral Sciences at the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine, the youngest man to have held a chairmanship in psychiatry in the United States so far.

1969 he was appointed as head of department and director of the Neuropsychiatry Institute at UCLA. His research covered many fields: alcoholism, hallucinary drugs, sleep deprivation, violent behavior, the hippie culture and cults.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Louis_Jolyon_West

Dr. West devoted much energy to the study of alcoholism, hallucinatory drugs, sleep-deprivation, and violent behavior. He also researched the “hippie” culture. Many people resent his research, vexing groups with anti-psychiatric agendas such as the Church of Scientology, while others regard him as something of hero to psychiatry. West advocated human rights and was an expert on cults and brainwashing, serving as an expert witness in the Patricia Hearst case.

After a position at the University of Oklahoma as head of the Department of Psychiatry, Neurology and Behavioral Sciences that began in 1954, Dr. West came to UCLA to become director of the Nueropsychiatric Institure and chair of the Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences in 1969. He was with us twenty years until his death January 2, 1999 at age 74.

Dr. Louis Jolyon "Jolly" West, CIA "Cult Expert" and Brainwasher

Yes, there were some good nominees for the first trophy, but this was actually a pretty easy decision to make. The winner, Dr. Louis Jolyon "Jolly" West, professor of psychiatry at UCLA, in many ways has merely culminated a lifetime of nefarious behavior in reaching this infernally climatic point. Having said that, don't think that Dr. West was given this award out of sympathy over being ignored, a la Henry Fonda's Oscar for On Golden Pond. No, like any other notoriety that Dr. West has received, it has been thoroughly earned by his special brand of despicable behavior.

First a little history of the dear doctor: Dr. West, in case you didn't know, is a psychiatrist notorious for his participation in CIA mind control experiments, including the infamous MK-Ultra project. The activities of Dr. West are rather legendary in some circles, and he is featured prominently in Acid Dreams: The CIA, LSD, and the Sixties Rebellion, by Martin A. Lee and Bruce Shlain, about the untold story behind the hippie drug culture. According to a biography courtesy of Parascope, West once injected an elephant with a lethal dosage of LSD. Then, in 1964, Dr. West examined Oswald's assassin Jack Ruby in his jail cell, and concluded that Ruby, who was claiming a right-wing cabal was responsible for JFK's murder, was paranoid and mentally ill. He placed Ruby on "happy pills", which left Ruby quite unhappy. He died of cancer two years later, after claiming he had been injected with cancerous biological material. In the seventies, West formulated plans for the Center for the Study and Reduction of Violence, originally proposed by then-Governor Ronald Reagan. West described the program as an attempt to predict occurrences of violent behavior in specific population groups. According to Dr. West, "The major known correlates of violence are sex (male), age (youthful), ethnicity (black), and urbanicity." Dr. West then discussed a wide variety of treatments, including chemical castration, psycho surgery and experimental drugs, which were to be co-ordinated with a California law enforcement program, using computer databases to track "pre-delinquent" youth for preemptive treatment, i.e. young blacks with no criminal record. The California State Legislature officially dismantled plans for the Center after information regarding the program was leaked to the press, although if you believe that ended it, you certainly are a sap. Perhaps it's best to let an expert on CIA inhuman behavior, Alex Constantine, describe what is among the worst of Dr. West's "experiments" (at least known about), performed through the Stanford Research Institute:

Apart from monitoring the health of the subjects, according to SRI spokesmen, Dr. West conducted his own experimental studies of the "phenomenology of dissociative states," or multiple personalities, at the Institute. Dr. Colin Ross, a specialist in dissociative disorders, offers that Dr. West's work for the CIA centered on the biology or personality of dissociative states. Many victims of the CIA-anchored experimentation have been left with multiple personalities induced at a young age, and it is certain that the CIA can trigger induced multiple personalities electronically from a remote source to commit any act on cue, the ultimate Manchurian Candidate.

Currently, Dr. West is on the air as a commentator on psychiatric matters on KCAL television in Los Angeles, after previously being used as a "cult expert" on stories involving the "Branch Davidians" (as they've been labeled) of Waco and the People's Temple of Jonestown, both which have CIA fingerprints all over the place. And it is under this disguise that Dr. West receives this special honor.

When the 39 "suicides" were being reported upon in Rancho Santa Fe, the korporate press brought out the usual suspects in denouncing these strange cults which are a sinister outside threat to our decent society. Leading the charge was Dr. West. "It's really ruthless to exploit people on the basis of their illnesses," he proclaimed with an air of moral disgust. "To go after people with medical problems because you know they're more vulnerable... and pull them into something that could cost them their lives is as bad as you can get." He would later pronounce, "I see them victims of a hoax. There was villainy here."

Orwell would be proud, as Jolly West knows a thing or two about exploiting ill people with medical problems and costing them their lives. For once, though, Dr. West does not lie: he is about as bad as you can get, and the korporate press' use of him as a mouthpiece shows the transparent fraudulence of their reporting. (Later, Dr. West, naturally, linked blame of the cult deaths to the internet, in a quote for a L.A. Times article titled, "Cult Targeted Web Sites for Abuse, Depression Victims".)

The book is still open on Heaven's Gate, but if it was just another CIA brainwashing experiment, there certainly wouldn't be anything new in this. And so, while his generally vile behavior is enough for him to be recognized as a demon-in-the-flesh, it is the remarkable ability to use his forked tongue and crocodile tears and be a true deceiver that makes him so worthy on this honor, as he managed to lay blame on "suicidal cults" and the all-dangerous internet for social calamities that are at least partially masterminded by Dr. West and his repulsive ilk. And for this, we salute you, Dr. West, as Beast of the Month. Congratulations, and keep up the great work, Jolly!!!

Dr. West is now a commentator on psychiatric matters on KCAL television in Los Angeles. Send your comments to kcalnews@studio.disney.com.

Dr. West was the chief architect of the Center for the Study and Reduction of Violence as Director of the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute. Citing Samuel Chavkin's work, "The Mind Stealers, Psychosurgery and Mind Control" [1] :

The center was to be set up to develop "behavioral indicators, profiles, biological correlates," to assist "school administrators, law enforcement personnel and governmental departments" to detect and control "overt expression of life-threatening behavior by identifiable individuals and groups."

In explaining the work of the center, Dr. West said that "in some patients, outbursts of uncontrolled rage have definitely been linked to abnormal electrical activity in deeply buried areas of the brain ... For many years, neurologists have measured the electrical activity of the brain with electrodes attached to the scalp ... Now by implanting tiny electrodes deep within the brain, electrical activity can be followed in areas that cannot be measured from the surface of the scalp."

The future looked even more promising, Dr. West declared. "It is even possible to record bioelectrical changes in the brains of freely moving subjects, through the use of remote monitoring techniques."

Many critics of Dr. West's proposal were up in arms over the fact that two junior high schools would provide much of the source material for the investigation into the genetic factors which predisposed violence, "one in a predominantly black ethnic area; the other in a predominantly Chicano area." One of most persistent critics of the center proposed by Dr. West was Dr. Isidore Ziferstein, associate clinical professor of psychiatry at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute.

"We have a new situation on our hands," Dr. Ziferstein said. "Because of the intensifying economic decline it is inevitable that more and more jobless will go beyond the limits of the law to satisfy their needs. There are probably upwards of 30 percent of our population who are permanently impoverished ... And once these 30 percent become convinced that the democratic process is not working for them, they become desperate and may resort to violent means. There is a rising radicalism in their midst and there is an uppitiness among the blacks and the Chicano prisoners which prison officials find intolerable.

"To subdue them, the authorities are using new methods. They're employing the psychiatric armamentarium and a new technological tool set -- what has come to be known as psycho-technology. Under the guise of therapeutic behavior modification they're applying anything from Anectine and other aversive drugs to psychosurgery."

For the first time in the history of the United States, criteria were to be set up for the labeling of individuals believed to be potentially criminal, even though they had committed no crime ... those to be drawn upon for experimentation would be children, minority group members, and prisoners.

Dr. Ziferstein scorned the idea of "predicting" which people are potentially violent. "This means labeling persons as potential criminals, and involves a serious threat to civil liberties."

This is an update of the Mike Gadbaw story which appeared on September 11, 2002. Mike was a friend of Timothy McVeigh and until recently lived in the McVeigh house near Kingman, Arizona. He appears to have been maneuvered by elements of the US government to behave in a certain, controlled manner. He has suffered in his attempt to break free of this mind-control.

The reader may wish to revisit the article, found on Rumor Mill News http://www.rumormillnews.com/cgi-bin/archive.cgi?read=24470, at or Here http://www.apfn.org/apfn/okc-911.htm and Here and elsewhere.

Although Mike remains free, he has undergone a number of disturbing experiences since the story appeared. His rescuer, Robbi Borjeson, MD, has experienced some unpleasantness as well in her efforts to keep him out of the hands of the Veterans Administration. That was later.

For economic reasons, however, Dr. Borjeson originally felt Mike needed to be near the VA in Prescott, Arizona so as to obtain his free medication for seizures, namely Phenobarbital and Dilantin. The reader will remember that Mike´s seizures originated in the MK-Ultra program at the University of Minnesota sometime after his naval service during the Vietnam War.

The first article ended with Dr. Borjeson leading Mike away from Kingman, Arizona to the Navajo reservation near Window Rock. She felt that he could hide out there for a while and be protected by her friends there. This turned out not to be true and Mike had to move on. The Navajos were not friendly or sympathetic with Mike´s plight. He also told us that he felt helplessly drawn back to Kingman. This would remain a struggle to the present day.

It must be understood that Mike has been mentally institutionalized for around twenty-five years, since his three-month brainwashing session at the University of Minnesota sometime around 1978. The VA has controlled him with medication and a monthly stipend, plus a Social Security check. His goal is to become independent of the Veterans Administration. But in all these years Mike has been essentially house-bound and immobilized. I helped him buy a vehicle and he pretty much had to re-learn how to drive. His friends were stunned to learn that he could drive a car.

He made his way back to Kingman, meandering around, visiting three small lakes – Munds, Indian and Groom – in central Arizona. He said that the names of these obscure lakes triggered something in his mind.

During this time his ATM card became useless except as a credit card. But he could not obtain cash with it despite sufficient funds in his account. Dr. Borjeson accompanied him to Mojave Federal Credit Union to assist with his problem. The MFCU official replied that he had made “too many withdrawals on his ATM card,’ and, according to new guidelines of the USA PATRIOT Act, he was required to have a permanent address. The credit union somehow knew that Mike had not been living in the Tim McVeigh house in Golden Valley for the last two months. The official cited Section 326 of the PATRIOT Act.

Dr. Borjeson asked the official if she had a copy of Section 326? She said no and became upset, turning the matter over to her supervisor. Mike told this woman that he was going to close his account. She responded that Mike´s VA check would be returned and he would have to make other arrangements to receive it.

Mike would find in the months to come that his Social Security number would apparently be a red flag to employers, and steady employment would be difficult to obtain, although he would find temporary labor jobs.

Dr. Borjeson led Mike to Prescott to find a job and a place to live and, as mentioned, to continue to receive his VA-subsidized medication. She warned Mike not to talk with anyone but just renew his prescription and get out. Her fear was that Mike would somehow be lured back into some sort of mind control program. Mike was very skeptical regarding her warning but was somewhat nervous about losing his monthly stipend. Dr. Borjeson assured him that it could not be taken away from him.

Mike´s nervousness was over his failure to visit the Prescott VA for about a year and the doctors there labeling him as “defiant.’ That visit was caused by a “stroke’ he´d allegedly suffered at the time of Tim McVeigh´s execution. But his treatment for “stroke’ did not include any special medication such as Warfarin or Coumadin blood thinners. Robbi Borjeson notes that Mike has neither a history of irregular pulse nor high blood pressure, the common causes of stroke. Based on the experiences in Golden Valley of Dr. Borjeson and Mike, as well as this writer, it is likely that Mike had been felled by a microwave attack. He was kept there for a week but got no new medication for stroke. He was not examined by his neurologist during this time.

Mike told us that his medical and service records are for some reason not available. He said that his former private doctor in Kingman, a Dr. Lee, told him that his medical records were not obtainable from the Veterans Administration. Dr. Lee´s whereabouts are unknown now. He said that Tom Murray at the Kingman Disabled American Veterans office told Mike that his service records had, in some way, been destroyed in Quantico, Virginia. However, Mr. Murray informed me recently that Mike´s records could be obtained through the VA regional office in Phoenix. Mr. Murray categorized Mike as “seizure disorder, house-bound.’ Apparently Dr. Borjeson and Mike have at least discounted this category. It was Tom Murray who introduced Mike to Tim McVeigh.

By early December, 2002 Dr. Borjeson and I were trying to persuade Mike to leave Prescott. He was examined by the VA´s “Red Team’ on the 5th. Dr. Borjeson advised him not to submit to this examination but he ignored her. He said he would be fine. But at the end of the day on the 5th he called Dr. Borjeson and said he couldn´t remember a thing that had happened that day. “You didn´t have the EEG, did you?’ He answered that he couldn´t remember and that he was quite frightened. He´d been there the whole day but could describe nothing that had happened to him.

Dr. Borjeson drove to Prescott from Phoenix on the 9th to check on his condition. At the American Suites motel, while she was there, Mike was apparently microwaved when he went out to his vehicle. He came back to the room with his abdomen hard and painfully distended, with angry lesions on his abdomen and thighs.

Kind of ironic ehh....Chandra Levy was in charge of Timothy McVeigh's visitors....of whom Dr. West of MK-ULTRA fame was a frequent visitor...

Chandra Ann Levy (April 14, 1977–ca. May 1, 2001) was an intern at the Federal Bureau of Prisons in Washington, D.C., who disappeared in the spring of 2001 and is presumed murdered after her skeletal remains were found in Rock Creek Park. The investigation into her disappearance uncovered an extramarital affair with then-U.S. Representative Gary Condit,[1] a Democrat representing California's 18th congressional district and a senior member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.

As part of her studies, she moved to Washington, D.C., to become an intern with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Shortly before her death, this internship was abruptly terminated when her academic eligibility was found to have expired.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chandra_Levy

In all the horror and psychodrama that ensued after the September 11th terrorist attack on America, the scandal involving Congressman Gary Condit and the missing intern, Chandra Levy, was swept under the rug. However, strange as it may be, the mystery of the Chandra Levy disappearance is intimately connected with the war on terrorism and especially with the September 11th hijackings and mass murders.

Just two months prior to her disappearance, Chandra and her mother, Susan, flew to Israel where Chandra was photographed in odd, but revealing, esoteric poses amid ancient ruins. These pictures were later published in Talk Magazine (Aug. 8, 2001) and elsewhere.

An accumulation of evidence indicates that the 24-year old Levy was a youthful recruit of the Israeli Mossad, that nation's premier spy agency. In that capacity, she had served as an intern in the executive offices of California Governor Gray Davis, an Illuminati initiate, and that is where she first met Mr. Condit, also an Illuminati servant.

In Washington, D.C., Ms. Levy not only began a relationship and affair with Gary Condit, she also was introduced to the perverted inner sex lives of numbers of other congressmen, all of whom are part of D.C.'s exclusive satanic brotherhood.

Working at the top level of the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the ingenious Chandra was able to obtain highly classified information pertaining to Timothy McVeigh, then awaiting execution in a federal penitentiary. She came upon documents linking McVeigh to a broad, Illuminati-U.S. intelligence operation involving FBI and CIA-sponsored domestic "pseudo terrorists" (McVeigh, Nichols, et. al), Arab Islamic agents, and foreign intelligence services (Germany, Britain, and Israel).

Gary Condit is himself a senior member of the House Select Committee on Intelligence, a fact that Chandra Levy used to good advantage in her role as a Mossad agent. Ms. Levy requested Condit obtain for her a position at CIA headquarters, suggesting that if he did not, certain "private things" about Condit's intelligence connections and his grotesquely satanic, sexual misconduct might be made public.

I believe that at that point Chandra Levy had somehow stumbled onto the most shocking intelligence secret of the last few decades—the horrific Illuminati plot to manipulate so-called Arab Islamic terrorists to smash airliners into the World Trade Center Towers and the Pentagon.

http://www.texemarrs.com/112001/mysterious_riddle_chandra.htm

Gary Condit never killed Chandra Levy. Something bigger than both of them killed her. One year after Chandra Levy disappeared in April 2001, a dog walker found Levy's remains in Rock Creek Park. In May 2002 her body appeared in an area that had been thoroughly searched by dozens of police cadets. No one has been charged in her death.

This week, former congressman Gary Condit sued three supermarket tabloids for $209 million, claiming they defamed him by printing articles suggesting he killed Washington intern Chandra Levy. The stories appeared in The National Enquirer, The Globe and The Star. These stories, which appeared in the hazy, crazy days of summer just before the World Trade Center attack, mesmerized America as only sleaze can and portrayed Condit as a murderer and sexual deviant. He lost his bid for reelection in California.

Conveniently, the MOST important aspect of the Chandra Levy murder case was almost NEVER MENTIONED. Not the fact that Chandra Levy and Congressman Condit were having a torrid affair. No, the unreported story is deeper and darker and perhaps too strong for official sanction. One tabloid story, which may hint at the truth, and that Condit took offense to was entitled: "Condit’s Goons Killed Pregnant Chandra." When former politico Condit filed his mega-million dollar lawsuit against the tabloids, American Media--the umbrella group of the tabloids--responded: "We fully stand behind the editorial integrity of what we have published and we vigorously defend any suit filed by Mr. Condit." Either the Congressman is bluffing or the tabloids have some bombshell waiting to be unveiled. Probably the case will be settled out of court and We The People will never know about the motive behind one more fissure in the edifice of our crumbling Republic.

"Is it a coincidence that Gary Condit’s sweetheart goes missing just before the terrorist attack of September 11th 2001?" asks Canadian weblog columnist A.Longson, of I-Spy-Online in a story entitled, "Is Gary Condit Intelligence Committee Seat Connected To The Vanishing And Probable Murder Of Chandra Levy?" Obviously inquiring minds want to know but only in Canada and NOT in Washington DC. Adds Longson: "Does the fact that Chandra Levy was Jewish and had recently returned from a trip to the Middle East have some connection? Is it possible that Condit did not kill Chandra but indeed did know what happened to her? And if he did know is it any wonder he refuses to talk?"

Levy, 24, vanished from her apartment in the Spring of 2001. Her credit cards, driver's license and airline tickets were all neatly arranged. Obviously someone knew she was leaving and that someone was not about to let that happen. Her aunt said she had been conducting an affair with the married congressman. After many interviews, police said Condit was not a suspect. Most people simply wondered if Condit, a six-term Democratic representative from California, had gotten away with the perfect crime, seducing an innocent, wide-eyed intern, before jilting and then murdering her. According to the Mainstream American press--tabloid in nature and timid by character—the public only wanted to know if Condit killed Chandra. All that summer of 2001, the fixation danced around the truth, as evident by these headlines.

Condit Passes Polygraph He Paid For—Washington Times, July 14

Levy Looked Up Map Of A Rock Creek Site--Washington Post, July 15

Police See Nothing To Link Missing Intern--New York Times, July 16

Park Searches Yield No Clues About Levy’s Whereabouts--CNN, July 17

Chandra Searchers Find Tennis Shoes In Washington Park—FOX, July 17

FBI Dismisses Condit Polygraph Results--The New York Times, July 19

Nowhere mentioned was The Condit Intelligence connection.

In the true X-Files tradition of bumbling agents Skully and Muldar, the FBI tossed agent Bradley Garrett into the Chandra Levy case. Garrett was also the gumshoe in charge of the Mary Mahoney murder investigation as well as the Vince Foster "suicide". Like Levy, Mahoney was a DC intern who knew too much. Some time after announcing to friends she intended to expose the Clinton White House "sexcesses" Mary and two co-workers were gunned down, execution style with silenced pistols, in a trendy Georgetown Starbucks where the three of them worked. Predictably the "Fibbees" rounded up a sap, a small time loser with a rap sheet, Carl Cooper, and questioned him for 54 hours straight and pinned the Mahoney crime on him. Cooper later recanted his "confession". Now Garrett was assigned to find the missing links in the Levy affair.

Very likely, Gary Condit never killed Chandra Levy. Something bigger than both of them probably killed her. Yet what was the ONE thing that the mainstream media almost NEVER MENTIONED? Condit worked in Intelligence and perhaps Chandra knew too much, which information Condit may have unwisely passed to shadowy people in power, who removed a person perceived as a threat to Condit or to their own hold on power. Also likely that Condit was told to keep his mouth shut or the same thing would happen to him.

According to TV talk show host and noted muckraker, Sherman Skolnick, www.skolnicksreport.com Levy may have been an intelligence agent. As farfetched as it seems, Skolnick theorizes Levy may have worked as an unofficial double agent for Mossad. Whether for political blackmail or cultural loyalty by Levy, whether this is all wild conjecture by Skolnick or not, Washington DC--like Alice’s Wonderland--is never what it appears to be, with shifting loyalties and undercurrents of deception. Gary Condit, Democrat Congressman, was indeed a member of the House Permanent Select Committee on INTELLIGENCE and therein lies a clue, ignored by the watchdogs of our so-called "free" press.

"Some stories remain incomplete. Sometimes for months. Sometimes for years," says Skolnick. "We are NOT conspiracy theorists. (But) did Ms Levy, using her position in the key place in the Federal Bureau of Prisons apparatus, unearth details tending to incriminate George Herbert Walker Bush and his son George W among others? Ms. Levy was inquiring into a great little-mentioned secret. That is, the disappearance, reportedly, from the US prison system of Carlos Enrique Ledher Rivas. Ledher was the co-founder of the Medellin Dope Cartel in Columbia. He became a key witness in the dope trial against Panama strongman Manuel Noriega who had been seized by the Elder Bush as President and his Military/CIA." Skolnick theorizes that Levy found out something that endangered her life, some awful truth that the war party could not allow to surface.

Investigative reporter Jim Rarey of www.konformist.com stated in "CHANDRA, JOYCE AND MARY—R.I.P", a story referring to an unsettling number of conscientious DC interns turning up missing or dead, "As scandal after scandal swirled around them, they may have become privy to information that made them dangerous to powerful people."

Like activist Skolnick, reporter Rarey believes Chandra Levy may have unearthed some information through her research work at the Bureau of Prisons that terrified either Condit or people more powerful than a mere Congressman. Hence her Soviet-style "disappearance." Was Chandra's death caused by a lover's quarrel or sexual blackmail, as the mainstream press conjectures, or was she involved in something more sinister, something related to her work at the prisons, something the war party may have wanted to cover up?

"Chandra’s interest in those subjects was confirmed by no less a person than Gary Condit," says Rarey. "He told a Newsweek reporter they talked about the upcoming executions of Oklahoma City bomber Tim McVeigh and drug trafficker Juan Raul Garza. ‘She seemed to have a lot of interest in those two things,’ said Condit, ‘a lot more interest in them than I did.’"

"Why is the monopoly press always pointing to corruption elsewhere instead of right here in America?" Skolnick rightly asks. "For a price, we are told, a major criminal in Mexico in Mexico can walk right out of prison and disappear. Is the same true in the US?"

"We may never know what information these women possessed that may have led to their demises." Rarey concludes. "Certainly if they confided in any friends, it would take a tremendous act of courage for those friends to come forward, given what happened to Chandra, Joyce and Mary."

What I think is interesting about that whole Condit scandal is that he met with Dick Cheney on the very day Chandra Levy disappeared (5/1/01), during the very hours of her disappearance (revised by the FBI/DC police in late summer '01 to approximately 12:00 noon to 3:00). Condit met with Cheney at 12:00 that day. Also, no one--not the FBI, not the DC police, nor any member of the corpo/fascist 'news' monopolies--ever asked Cheney or his aides about that meeting (though it became public knowledge in June '01, when Condit released his schedule for Levy's disappearance day, 5/1/01)--not even to verify that the meeting took place. Late in the summer, Cheney aides planted a story in Newsweek giving Cheney's version of the meeting (only twenty minutes long, routine political meeting, two aides present, nothing untoward) and stated that neither they nor Cheney had ever been asked about it, by anyone.

There was a lot going on that summer that would change U.S. history forever, including Donald Rumsfeld pulling all NORAD decisions into his own hands, in June '01, Cheney's secret energy meetings (mapping/dibbying up of Iraqi oil fields) in spring '01, warnings to Bush Jr. that "Osbama bin Laden" was "determined to strike in the United States"--ignored--a big headline House investigation of the FBI for murky reasons, with Gary Condit a member of the House Intelligence Committee (privy to many secrets), John O'Neil (Al Qaeda Yemen money trail investigator) was drummed out of the FBI for no good reason (and took a job as a private security consultant for the WTC and died there on 9/11), apparent Islamic jihadists were running loose all over the country taking flight lessons and getting lapdances, and Colleen Rowley was getting denied a routine FISA warrant to open Zacharias Moussoui's computer (where she would have found--surprise, surprise--the name and email password of Nicholas Berg, who was later famously, allegedly beheaded on video in May 2004, probably to distract people from the Abu Ghraib torture photos, some of which had just been made public).

Busy, busy summer for fascists, global corporate predators, war profiteers and the secret government, who were all about to make the biggest killing from taxpayers possibly in the history of organized government. LOTS AND LOTS of get-humongously-obscenely-rich schemes were laid down that summer, while the U.S. preoccupied itself with the seamier aspects of Gary Condit's affairs. Chandra Levy's disappearance could be connected to some of it, in ways we don't yet know. The FBI connection interests me--along with the Cheney meeting with Condit, of course. Levy wanted Condit to get her a job with FBI apparently so that she could stay in DC, he could divorce his estranged wife and marry her, and she could live out her DC dreams. (She was a temporary U.S. Bureau of Prisons intern that summer, whose internship was mysteriously cut short, two weeks before she disappeared.)

According to Skolnick, while working at the press office of the Federal Bureau of Prisons she may have learned of the Bush family connection to the OKC bombing and/or their partnership with Columbian drug cartel baron Carlos Lehder.

Some background.

In the late 1970s, Jeb Bush was installed as the head of the Venezuela unit of Texas Commerce Bank, a principal owner of which was his father, George Herbert Walker Bush. The bank unit reportedly became part of the money laundering of proceeds from the Colombia Medellin Drug Cartel co-founded by Carlos Lehder as a Bush Family business partner. The Drug Cartel was moreso headquartered in the U.S. than in Colombia. It was part of the whole CIA operation to the southern states of the United States, headquartered, in part, through an airport in western Arkansas, at Mena. The Elder Bush, his sons Jeb and George W., and Ollie North, and Bill Clinton, were all part of the operation. Guns were smuggled by CIA airflights to Central America with side-trips to Colombia to pick up huge shipments of cocaine which supported the Colombia economy moreso than coffee.

The tiny First National Bank of Mena, Arkansas, was purchased by the Riady family, ethnic Chinese tied to Bill Clinton and the Bush Family. The bank reportedly was a transmission point for the huge dope cash flow which went up to Garfield Ridge Trust & Savings Bank, Chicago. The Chicago bank for many years had as a principal stockholder Cong. Dan Rostenkowski. For years a Chairman of the Board of the Chicago bank was a reputed former U.S. Secret Service official, Dan Shannon. Rostenkowski, called Rosty for short, was closely aligned with the Chicago markets, the next transmission point of the dope loot from Rosty's bank. That is, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the Chicago Board of Trade, and a sort of basement, step-sister operation called Chicago Board Options Exchange.

http://www.skolnicksreport.com/claffair2.html

In 1987, Lehder was extradited to the U.S. where he was convicted of federal criminal charges and originally sentenced to more than a life term. This was reduced through a deal he made with then Vice President Bush’s staff in exchange for making Noriega the fall guy.

Hey, somebody had to do it.

This allowed the “Iran-Contra” discovery process to go only so far.

In the introduction of Al Martin’s book,
The Conspirators, Secrets of an Iran-Contra Insider: it is stated,

“Iran Contra is a euphemism for the outrageous fraud perpetrated by government criminals for profit and control. Offhandedly, this inaccurate term entered history as shorthand for the public scandals of illicit arms sales to Iran coupled with illicit weapons deals for Nicaragua. The real story however is more complex.

When George Bush, Bill Casey and Oliver North initiated their plan of government-sanctioned fraud and drug smuggling, they envisioned using 500 men to raise $35 billion.
When Iran Contra fell apart, they ended up using about 5,000 operatives and making over $350 billion in covert revenues.”
On page 15:

“(Operation) Sledgehammer was essentially a contingency operation to institute a putsch against the United States Government (with the tacit support of said government) should knowledge of Iran-Contra become publicly disseminated.

The feeling was that if people were to know the quantities of narcotics and weapons being dealt and the enormity of State-sanctioned fraud against U.S. banks (and other financial institutions which taxpayers ultimately guarantee), there would be such a reaction among the people that in order to divert public attention, it might be necessary to institute a putsch having the tacit agreement of the Reagan Administration.

There were some speculative media pieces done on Operation Sledgehammer in the late ‘80s and the early ‘90s, but it was nothing substantial. The few documents regarding Sledgehammer that had leaked out in late 1986 and early 1987 wound up in the hands of the attorney Paul Wilcher, for example.

And we all know what happened to Wilcher…

As a matter of fact, Danny Casolaro actually wound up with some of them, but unfortunately he was liquidated before he could do anything with them.
….Regarding Operation Sledgehammer-all those who ever attempted to publicly disseminate any genuine documents or information have now been liquidated, some 36 people in all.”

One wonders what Chandra Levy found out.

Al Martin has apparently been able to strategically use his information to stay alive.

It perhaps didn’t work for long for Gene “Chip” Tatum, a pilot who claims to have flown many loads of cocaine up from Central America for his handler Oliver North under orders from George Bush. He reportedly recently showed up “deaded” on a beach in Central America.

However, he did get out some documents that seem to give much detail on the Family business.

By the way, the Family does have many loyal partners who serve in the various Family businesses.

Their newest business office is located at quite an exclusive address.

Back to the Chandra Levy/Bush Connection. Skolnick gets the last word. This is from his report.

As of now, there seem to be two possibilities. Either Ms Levy has been snuffed out to protect members of the Bush Family and their partnership with drug cartel baron Carlos Lehder and his disappearance from the Federal Prison System. With the Bush Family members if this opened up widely publicly, being subject to federal criminal prosecution for dope money laundering and treason.

OR, Ms Levy is parked somewhere overseas, Paris or Tel Aviv, where her details would suddenly surface starting in some major foreign press outlet. In Europe, top officials mumble that George W. is incompetent on financial matters and foreign affairs. Overseas there has started an attack on the so-called U.S. Dollar. Are the profound secrets of McVeigh and Carlos Lehder in some small part, involved in the attack on the U.S. Dollar which some say started with the French Rothschilds?

On April 19, 1993, in Waco Texas the U.S. government incinerated 86 of it's own citizens for the crime of exercising their constitutional rights of freedom of religion, right to bear arms, and freedom of speech. Timothy McVeigh, who had been at the scene to witness some of the events during the preceding 50 day standoff with U.S. troops, witnessed the inferno erupt on television. Two years later to the day, on April 19, 1995, the Murrah federal building in Oklahoma City was destroyed by a bomb blast. McVeigh was arrested a short time later after being pulled over for driving a car with no license plate and possession of an unlicensed firearm. Several days later he was identified by witnesses as one of two people seen getting out of a Ryder rental truck that was parked in front just before the blast. The other suspect was never identified, and his existence was denied by the government even though he was caught on videotape.

Seven important facts: 1. In April 1995, the Omnibus Counter Terrorism Bill was struggling to get through the US Congress. After the OKC Bombing occurred, the tragedy looked as though it had been tailor-made to rally public support for the tyrannical bill. 2. The morning of the bombing, the ATF office located inside the Murrah building was empty, unheard of at 9 AM on a weekday. 3. Oklahoma Congressman Ernest Istook told a victim in a taped conversation in 1995 that the OKC bombing was a failed a national security operation that used an FBI provocateur associated with a militia. 4. The ATF was already putting out a story that the Murrah Building was bombed "because of Waco" only a few hours after the actual blast and before Tim McVeigh was even arrested. 5. An unexploded bomb was found attached to a gas line inside the building, and a FEMA memo reports at least two additional bombs were found in the Murrah Building. Joe Harp, based on his military explosives experience, identified the additional bombs he saw removed from the building as being military in nature. 6. General Benton K. Partin, USAF (Ret.) stated in his OKC Bombing report to US Congress that "The bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building, Oklahoma City, was not caused solely by the truck bomb. The major factor in its destruction appears to have been detonation of explosives carefully placed at four critical junctures on supporting columns within the building." 7. Prior to the OKC bombing US Senator Arlan Specter as well as Clinton?s NSC director Anthony Lake had been advocating federal national security operations to stop militias in America. Anthony Lake gave a speech to the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) in the Fall of 1994 in which he said the chief cornerstone of government policy was to "pit our society against militias".

There is a link between the Murrah bombing and the events of 9-11. The 1993 WTC bombing materials had been purchased with the credit card of a US Muslim and an FBI provocateur named Melvin Lattimore. Melvin Lattimore was seen by 4 witnesses in McVeigh?s car at the OKC Travelers Aid office adjacent to the Murrah federal building just ONE DAY before the OKC bombing. Six FBI agents spent 9 months browbeating the 4 witnesses, trying to make them change their story about seeing Lattimore at the Travelers Aid. Lattimore was the roommate of the 20th 9/11 hijacker Zacarias Moussaoui while he attended the Airman flight school in Norman Oklahoma in 2000 and 2001. Lattimore was also the roomate of 9/11 hijackers Al Hazmi and Al Shehhi in Norman Oklahoma. Retired Air Force General Benton K. Partin informed AG Ashcroft in August 2001 of the Travelers Aid story in writing and in person. Yet, not surprisingly, nothing was done by Ashcroft about Lattimore.

There is the strong likelihood of extensive drugging and mind control. It was reported that McVeigh recieved some twelve or more visits by Dr. Louis Jolyon West, the UCLA mind control expert for the CIA who pronounced Jack Ruby insane after he suggested a conspiracy in the JFK assassination. He also was the government psychiatrist who handled Sirhan Sirhan while he awaited trial. Jolly West was infamous for his early use of LSD on unsuspecting victims. He was the head of the CIA's mind-control program known as MKULTRA, and was a pioneer of electronic brain experimentation. With the numerous sightings of the John Does with middle eastern features along with the known CIA links to middle eastern terrorist organizations, the statements of explosive experts that the truck bomb alone could not have possibly caused the extensive damage that we saw, the numerous witnesses claiming that they saw bombs being taken out of the Murrah building after the explosion, the incredible unlikelihood of McVeigh being able to pull this off without help in powerful places, and along with the FBI admitting they witheld evidence, we see here a web of lies and deciet that was never untangled.

The truth about what happened in Oklahoma City will never be told by the government, or their willing accomplice, the mainstream press. Nor will they feel any pressure to. The federal government admitted in May 2001 that critical pieces of evidence and witnesses were not allowed to be presented at his trial, delaying his execution another month. But the execution went ahead anyway. The murderers of Ruby Ridge and Waco are free and alive, but on June 11, 2001 Timothy McVeigh was put to death by means of lethal injection at the hands of the U.S. government. He was silenced forever, taking the secrets of Oklahoma City with him. Three months to the day later 9-11 came along with the new laws, new wars, and the new terror that followed. The glaring questions of OKC are now a distant faded memory. And because they got away with this, and 9-11(so far), your government continues to lie, falsely, accuse and kill in order to maintain the balance of power. And because we are saddled with an electorate that is more concerned with watching the next episode of "Cops" instead of standing up for their constitutional rights, these abuses of power continue to grow.
